It has become one of my favorites. You select the size (small or large) and the quantity. After paying, I got an alert that my order was received and being worked on and it gave an estimate, but in the same message, it said I would be informed when my order was ready. Well, that last message never came. I still made my way to the store and decided to give them a few minutes because I thought that maybe since they were busy, they probably had not made my drink yet. Orders came and went and still no alert to me. It was then I decided to check with an employee to see if they had my order. It took them a minute, but then they went in what looked like a cooler or fridge and pulled out my drink. I guess they got so busy, they forgot to inform me on the app that my drink was ready to be picked up. In future, I will only order in person as it seemed much quicker to do it that way instead.

Eventually, another worker came out and helped make the orders. I waited about 15 minutes for my bowl. It wasn't a big deal, but it was definitely longer than I have ever had to wait. The group in front of me ordered 2 bowls and theirs came out after mine which was a little weird. There was also another customer who came to pick up an online order and her order didn't get started until after mine was done, so I don't know if online ordering actually speeds the process up.
