The service here was great! My daughter and I had an issue with our drinks and the two young men working that day were extremely professional and helpful. They did everything they could to make it right. To be honest I was expecting a mediocre effort and for them to have a "don't care" attitude because they were so young. They really surprised me and took care of the issue until we were happy with our new drink. I have already forgotten their names but kudos to the guys who turned this problem a good experience. As far as the drinks, they are on par with other Jamba locations I've been to. The company seems to pretty consistent and we've moved 12 times in 21 years so we've been to many locations in many states. read more

WORST Customer service I have ever seen from one of the girls at this location. She was RUDE, disrespectful, unprofessional and arrogant. Went their with my kids and sadly they got to witness what customer service SHOULD not be. Long story short, Their system to scan the apps and to print receipts was not working, which was understandable. They did not have any medium cups so they asked to either order a size up or down, again understandable. The person taking my order was not the problem it was the girl who made my drinks. Two out of three of my drinks was more like juice texture not smoothie and thick so I asked if I can get just one remade, she was absolutely rude about it and took the drink added THREE LARGE SCOOP OF ICE into the blender and re-blended the drink It then just became blended ice with a little tiny bit of flavor. I asked her politely if just adding ice would make it taste water down. She got loud and rude and obnoxious, other customers were starting (embarrassing). I asked if I can get corporates number so I can make sure I would get the points on my app for my purchase. she screamed "I am corporate! And said anything I need would have to go through her, which I don't see how she would add my points if her system was down. I left. I did go back after tasting the drink and it tasted like blended ice to ask for a refund just for my drink, by then the girl had left. The other girls CLAIMED they didn't know who she was. But they did. They weren't able to get my refund because their system was still down but they could take payments. All in all after this incident this will be the last visit for me, will start going to Roxberry, way better customer service and way better drinks. If your looking for recommendations Roxberry, taste way better, customer service is GREAT and same price. read more

This place is a regular haunt for me because I work just a few steps away. Store manager Adam has created a wonderful culture of service, with a young staff that are engaged, polite, courteous and eager to please -- attributes that are indicative of a company and management team that care for its employees. Today was a case in point - because it was Black Friday, I didn't want to risk a long wait in line to pick up my order, so I placed it in the Jamba mobile app when I parked my car. When I arrived at the store 5 minutes later, my order was already waiting for me despite the dozen or more people waiting to place or pick up their order. One of Adam's crew delivered it with a smile as the rest of his staff efficiently handled the controlled chaos of the day. Oh, and you can't beat Jamba's selection of reasonably priced and healthy items -- including my favorite the Açaí Primo Bowl. read more

Located in the courtyard surrounded by Kay Jewelers, Helzberg Diamonds and Williams Sonoma. I think the easiest way to get there is to park in front of Macy's and cut straight through. the service was absolutely horrible i stood there for 40 minutes for one smoothie and pretzels there was no one else ordering or anything. right when we walked in the building she laughed and ran away. once i finally got my food and drink they left a note on the pretzels (see picture) about a personal problem outside of her work and proceeded to hand the bag to me very aggressively. not a single worker was truly trying to help us or give us service. i saw three employees just standing in the back on their phones. this behavior baffles me. read more

I've grown up on Jamba Juice. When I was in high school, I would sometimes ditch class just to get my jamba fix. When we moved to Boise, I didn't think jamba existed here... I was so bummed! Then my handy dandy yelping came into play and I found this location. Man oh man am I glad I did too! During this pregnancy, fruit is about the only thing that I have been able to consume. This local Jamba Juice has pulled through every time to meet my satisfaction of fruit smoothie needs! Lately my standard "go-to" is their Caribbean passion. It's been a favorite of mine since the beginning. I wish there were more Jamba Juice locations throughout the treasure valley. I know they have tried and other stores have closed. The last Jamba Juice location in Boise Idaho. I get Jamba... a lot. Bless their hearts, my order comes out right only about half the time . This is a difficult problem for me because I order through door dash and Uber eats. It almost feels like they are messing with me at this point. I ordered a peanut butter mood yesterday (they ran out of chocolate so we decided to dump Swiss miss in it...) but they also failed to add the bananas, peanut butter among other ingredients . I ordered again today (to get it delivered is about $11 for a medium) and lo and behold they used orange sherbet in my peanut better mood . It is typical for them to run out of ingredients and substitute other things (one time I learned almond butter doesn't taste like peanut butter, but they still charge you the same haha). Two days in a row, so I feel like I have to post this review to save someone from the estimated 20 (I have jamba more than once a week - ) botched peanut butter moods that I have dumped down the drain. I really miss the other locations that got my order right every time. Sad and a huge bummer for me personally. When I go into the mall they are nice and friendly (hence the two stars), and if you go in you can always return something that is made wrong. I miss Jamba Juice in Boise. Great option for a snack/filling drink at the Boise Towne Square mall. They've got a range of sizes, tons of smoothie flavors (mostly fruit, a couple chocolate and/or peanut butter), and some warm sandwiches/wraps/other lunch and breakfast foods. I love coming to jamba! I went there today and they asked me to donate to breast cancer and thought it was so sweet of them to care about breast cancer and touched my heart personally. Speaking of sweet the service and smoothies are the sweetest!
