Love this place and have had very good experiences every time I come in. I like that they have cucumber! Not every place has it, and I like to get the tropical smoothie, add cucumber to it to get my son's veggies in for the day since he's a picky eater. That comes to kale, spinach and cucumber in one drink. Perfect! If you can't eat your veggies, drink them :) Staff is super friendly and helpful. I ordered one of the peanut butter based acai bowls. It was delicous! The atmosphere was very much an order and leave vibe, not in a bad way at all though! I felt like there were many more options than just juice. You should check this place out for healthier snack options! The location is close to The Village which os a plus in my book. read more

AWFUL experience! Both kids working had zero customer service skills. When ordering at the register, the girl made zero eye contact at all and had the meanest look on her face. I ordered a PB&J smoothie, when I got it, it looked more like juice. It was super liquidy but some how still chunky. I politely asked the worker if she could make the drink a bit thicker as I payed almost $13 dollars and she took it out of my hand, tossed it into the trash and responded, "I guess I can just make you a new one," as she rolled her eyes. After remaking, smoothie was still subpar. I will not be coming back here and will certainly not be back recommending this place to any of my friends/family. Extremely disappointed. read more

Love me some Nektar! But this was the WORSE experience by FAR! Ordered & I knew the worker was new so I was very patient as he was trying to figure out the system & even tipped to show him that he's doing fine. Two customers came in 10 min after me and got their smoothies BEFORE me! I was going to ignore it and not leave a review but then I saw my bowl HA. I pay almost $14 for my bowl & for it be extremely short like half of it full including toppings. Normally is so full that I can't even put a lid on it. Not to mention I asked for extra apples no bananas - I got four small apple slices and a whole lot of bananas. read more

I can't believe how long it took for me to get my one bowl that I ordered. I must have been waiting for close to 30 min and there was only one other person waiting...they came in after me. The bowl was mediocre- you could get the same thing at Jamba for a much quicker wait time. AND they forgot the hempseed on top of the particular bowl that I ordered. Completely unacceptable. I would give 0 stars. This business only offers cashew milk they milk themself and do NOT have any nutritional info they can provide for the fat content of their cashew milk, or any other nutritional content for that matter. I asked and they said they do not have the information kept and do not know the fat content. I am pregnant with major galbladder issues that send me to the hospital, where i can not have more than 10g of fat per 24 hours. I always make food at home and because of the nature of this store looking healthy and like they have options, i decided today to go buy a bowl instead of make my own like ive been doing for months now. Turns out, we dont get to have nice things because for some reason, oatmilk is too much of an ask, or even, just freaking finding out how much fat is in your home made cashew milk. Smile. I can understand only offering nut milks, and not oatmilk. Id just go somewhere else and not leave a review like this. What is absolutely not okay is NOT KNOWING THE FAT OR NUTRITIONAL CONTENT YOURE SERVERING TO PEOPLE OF YOUR IN HOUSE MADE CASHEW MILK , which is why i wrote this review. Learn the nutritional content of your product and i will happily edit this review. But not knowing what youre serving is so beyond not okay. The workers are kind. There are normally two people. There will about 4 or less people and takes 15+ minutes it seems to get a drink, today wasn't that way tho personally for me. It was tho for those in front of me. I feel this isn't the workers fault, they truly just need the boost and confidence in preparation of the drink, bowl, etc. it's definitely tasty. I feel I can wait but they can be given better guidance to power thru from management. From one business owner to another, let's give them a week boost for the new workers so they can be confident in powering thru there work day with customers. read more
