Found another Starbys drink on Tik Tok so I had to stop in at Starbucks today and get one. Went through the drive thru today. It was lunch hour so it was pretty slow. Got my drink ordered and headed up to the window. It did take a hot minute for someone to come to the window and greet me. I don't mind waiting but I just don't like to sit there like an idiot while doing so. Just poke your head out and say "hi"! "I'll be right with you". The drink I ordered today was a strawberry acai lemonade with cherry. It comes with 3 scoops of cherry but I think next time I'll just get 2 scoops. The cherry is very prominent in the drink. I would like to taste the lemonade and strawberry flavors too. It's very good but it will be better with the modifications next time. I'm sure I'll be at another Starbys soon with another neat drink from Tik Tok. Everything was good today. It just would have been that much better if I didn't sit there for so long without being greeted. read more

Really disappointed with this visit. I ordered a cortado with oatmilk, but it wasn't made correctly. I brought it back to the counter and asked them to remake it, but the second attempt was still wrong -- and I'm pretty sure they even used regular milk instead of oatmilk on the second try. I order cortados often, so I know what to expect, and this just wasn't it. Definitely needs better training and attention to detail. read more

Great location and hours. Unfortunately a manager was talking incessantly in a high-pitched baby voice. She was very loud the entire time I was there. If you're going to sit in the lobby to hold your business meetings, keep your voice down. I don't need to hear you betray people's confidentiality or talk badly about your employees. read more

Generally, I am fine with Starbucks, but if I am going to pay and extra $1.50 for a measly inch of cold foam, let alone over $5 for a single coffee (with no other flavoring), it better be THICK. It is so inconsistent at all three locations I frequent (Glenwood, State St., and Fairview). It's incredibly frustrating that these details are either missed, or the care is just not there. If it looks flat and/or watery, make it again! Things like this are why I wish there were a notes section on the order ahead app. Other than that, the staff is very pleasant, and orders are filled in a timely manner (though, I don't tend to get impatient when I can clearly see they are slammed. Or in general.) All I expect and ask for is a consistent and higher quality coffee. :) read more

I would NOT recommend going to this Glenwood location. I had a couple free drink coupons from a previous poor experience and when I presented my coupons I was rudely told that they do not except those despite the fact that I have used one at the eagle location. The unfriendly lady was very hesitant to hand them back to me even after I informed her that I know I can use them elsewhere. she proceeded to tell me several times to dispose of the coupons. Funny how a previous undesirable experience can lead to another which will probably not be compensated with a coupon. I will not be returning and would rather go out of my way to go to a different location. It is unfortunate that I didn't catch the rude ladies name but fairly certain she was of management position because she stepped in to help a nice young lady. read more

I visit and spend a lot Starbucks stores and hold them to a higher standard than a other coffee places as they charge a premium price for coffee and food, it's hit and miss Like others have said and this is just a slower store which is why it is always claustrophobic in there. Many of the baristas are very nice but This location is not very intuitive and the older manager lady here is sour. Sorry I'm not the only one who has commented on this. It would be helpful to put the mobile orders where customers can get to them. I read more

This Starbucks is amazing. I accidentally submitted my mobile order to the eagle and chinden store and they didn't even hesitate to remake my drink at their store. Super nice and helpful. Friendly. Would recommend and will be the only store I go to! read more

I ordered a mocha and egg bites. The eggs came with a knife. When I asked for a fork I was told that they were out of forks and spoons. If I would have known I was going to have to eat using a knife like half a chopstick set I wouldn't have ordered food! read more

I came in this morning to get a grande vanilla bean with Extra caramel. I paid for the extra caramel and was not given it. I processed to tell the girl who made me my drink and she said "There's caramel in it" I said I paid for extra caramel but it's fine. I was running late to work so I didn't have time to wait for her to fix it which I don't think she would have. As I was leaving I hear her and a few others speak badly about me telling her I got extra caramel. The experience over all wasn't great. The team was playing around. A guy threw a package of coffee grounds to another coworker but it hit the sealing and it was near the customers. It was my first time coming in to this Starbucks and the last time. read more

My order is at least 2 allergy friendly drinks and maybe a croissant, This location is at a busy corner intersection so it's a little harder to get in and out of but you can use the strip mall parking lot entrances to your advantage (if you are heading north on Glennwood, use the entrance by Barrelhouse rather than by the Starbucks/Carl's) read more

The day before I bought a Starbucks cup at another location, but it really wasn't what I was looking for, as I visited Glenwood Starbucks the following day...I realized that they had the cup I have been looking for a while now! Nope. Just nope. Cost way too much for what you get. They're coffee is way too acidic, and far too pretentious. I went to this Starbucks and ordered a Passion tea and lemonade. The barista informed me they were out of sweetner, and I definitely like it sweet! I was a bit deterred at first, but she offered an alternative to try it with vanilla. I was a little wary, but gave it a shot. She asked me to wait and try it before taking off to make sure that I was happy, and not stuck with an unpleasant drink. That meant a lot to me because it's such a small thing, but she cared. It must be hard dealing with coffee snobs all day, but she still showed outstanding customer service. I appreciate her, and I'll be back because the drink was also perfection. My girlfriend called me in tears she visited the Glenwood location this morning, placed her order pulled up to the window the manager proceeded to lean out the window almost into her car asking her if she was upset she replied no why? his response was well we heard you say stupid over the microphone because we keep them on. she said no I did not call anybody in there stupid I was having a conversation with my passenger. the manager as she states was aggressive and shaking while saying we all heard you say that and she continuously replied I did not say that to anybody as he insisted she did. On the contrary she was extremely satisfied with the young lady that took her order though she was a trainee she got everything perfect and was super sweet. It is upsetting that the manager would take that situation and make that poor employee think that somebody was calling her stupid and make a customer defend themselves over something that they did not say towards an employee. This is the location closest to our house that we visit frequently now she feels that she is uncomfortable and cannot go to that location in fear that she will be exposed to that manager again. I really wish she would've caught his name but I encouraged her and she is going to call the corporate number to report it herself she was very distraught and felt uneasy and unwelcome as a customer. read more
