Very slow service It took 30 minutes for my smoothie they need more staf. its Very dirty in here the floors are sticky.

Customer service was not great. The smoothie was alright. Overall wouldn't go again but it isn't the worst smoothie place in the world.

Jake at boulder location was very nice and made my smoothie experience better!! Definitely recommend!

Ordered the watermelon blast smoothie. Online, the ingredient list did not include bananas, however, I received a smoothie that was at least 75% banana. That's okay, mistakes happen. I asked the workers if they could remake my smoothie without banana after asking if it was supposed to have banana in it at all. The second smoothie still had remnants of banana. I don't know if this is because of a lack of cleanliness in the blenders, or because the smoothie just had banana it it again. I would ask them to remake it again, but I'm just a teenage girl scared of confrontation. This was also after expressing allergies the first time. read more

The staff is very nice, but the store is incredibly dirty, and the smoothies are watery. We went in early in the day, so in theory, it should not have been nearly as dirty as it was. Food all over tables and floor, filthy glass, etc. That being said, if you grab a smoothie to go and don't stay there, it's fine. If they clean it up, it would be great. read more

First timers to Jamba Juice. My friend really wanted to try his first Smoothie!! Please please tell me all Jamba Juice locations are not like this one!! I totally agree with other comments - the place is run down, dirty and not customer service focused. Upon entering, the black welcome mat inside the store was filthy, I also didn't like the tile floor or decor at all. Seemed old and dirty. Several homeless people around the building. Sad. :( Onto the smoothie, my friend had the blue sky. He said it was just ok. He was really psyched to try a smoothie and this one unfortunately did not hit the spot. I am on a mission to find my friend a great smoothie somewhere, but it's certainly not at Jamba Juice. I tried to order a matcha from off the menu, I was told that they couldn't do it and I should choose something off the menu, matcha was on the menu, but ohh well, maybe they're out. I was told they could modify any of the smoothies and they had all the fruits kept separate for the ease of custom orders. I tried in vain to order a banana smoothie, the girl behind the counter just kept saying she could modify anything I wanted but couldn't seem to understand that I was trying to order a banana smoothie. The guy who was making other smoothies jumped in with, "you can modify anything you want." But they weren't able to make me a banana smoothie. I really am not sure what was going on with these two employees, they were acting as if they had no idea what I wanted, I'd hazard a guess that they weren't exactly sober. Every time I leave Wichita I am always looking for a Jamba Juice. They just do it right, unlike other smoothie places. The variety and fruits they use taste amazing together and with the options they provide I know I am going to love whatever I order. Typically I order a berry flavor but this time I ordered a peach flavored smoothie. Now they have a rewards program you can be a part of which makes returning here or to any location even better because they track your visits and provide you ways to earn points. This particular location seemed to have a blender not working but luckily they had another to quickly fix my smoothie up and hand it over for me to enjoy! This is the second time I have been to this location in Boulder and will probably return because of their good quick service & great quality. read more

I first tried Jamba Juice on a visit to CA long before they opened in Boulder, and I was hooked. Eventually we got this store and I was a regular for years. Razzmatazz, no banana. Fresh OJ. But eventually I cut some calories by skipping the smoothies and bought a good juicer for OJ, to use when good oranges are in season. Squeezed right out of the orange is the only way I can drink it and it is such a healthy juice. I still stop in at this Jamba for OJ when I feel like it. It's a great option since they can get good oranges all year which I cannot. Sometimes there is a bit of a line, but usually the service is quick and friendly. read more

It's hit or miss here. It's a miss when it's busy, so if you see more than 2 people in line in front you - bail. When they are too busy they don't take the time to finish your drink. You'll end up with chunks of fruit and ice cubes in your drink. I can make a better smoothie at home with my Oster brand blender. There is one lady at this location that shouts out names. I know you have to speak loudly enough so that the customer can hear, but this felt excessive! I still like Jamba, but this location needs help. read more

This place is good, when you don't go during the busy hours. I have been numerous times while it's been decently busy. The service is always great, but the quality is lacking. My smoothies have been poorly blended with chunks of ice in them or lacking flavor. I always come back, cause the staff is super nice. But, they need to schedule more people to work during peak hours. Every time I go in there's only two people there, scrambling around. I would've happily given them a good review...... until I saw the front desk lady get so up close and personal with a customer's dog that it wasn't even a quick pet, it was a complete lean down in the dog's face and petting that dog like Lassie just pulled her out of a well. Right off the bat I would like to say that I am not anti-dog. I don't hate Fido and understand that everyone in CO thinks taking an animal into a place that serves food is somehow ok. I don't but Whatever. Just not a fan of them near MY FOOD. moving on. I am however, pro-sanitation. I would NEVER think that it is ok to in any way touch an animal of any kind and not wash their hands. Or frankly, rub and pet and animal while working near food. Never. I don't care how cute that dog is, that's disgusting. I know she didn't wash her hands afterwards because my friend and I waited for about 10 minutes for our drink as there were quite a few before us. This wasn't even a quick "hey dog" kind of pat. This was a full on stroking Champ the wonderful German Shepard for a while. I am so bummed but I cannot get that vision out of my mind that a woman who just touched my food, a cash register, and God knows what else just let a dog lick and pet that dog I will never go back! The woman working the cash register should not be in a customer service role. After taking the order, we sat at a table. I noticed that there was dried green something on the table. I went over to tell the cashier. She avoided making eye contact. I stood there while she walked back and forth a few times, then volunteered to make a smoothie for someone. I finally caught her attention and told her about the dirty spot. She thanked me for telling her, said they would clean it up and went on with her business. We got our smoothies, sat at that table for at least 20 minutes and no one came over to clean it. For several minutes, there was no one else inside and all three employees were busy behind the counter. Gross. Also, the inside of the place is filthy. The floor and entry mat had several large bits of trash and lots of dirt. The outside and interior divider windows are all dirty. Just outside the front entrance was very dirty. My guy used the restroom and described it as "a science experiment". We will not be returning. read more

Standing there without any service or even a "be with you in a moment", I had time to note two things before leaving, the place was filthy with food and garbage on the floors and counter, people were laughing together in a back area. The one employee in the front was busy socializing w what seemed to be an employee leaving after a shift. Up the pay, manage the staff better at cleaning and service.
