LACKING BRAINCELLS..! i ordered a simple large watermelon cloud smoothie through their offical jamba app and walked in a few minutes afterwards and said i had a mobile order and gave my name. the guy gave a weird look and said they didn't have anything yet so i said i just ordered it and he mentioned it might take a few minutes so i showed i'm my phone that it was one smoothie and he said "no problem ill start making it" then a few minutes later he changes his mind and tone with me saying he can't give away anything without it coming through their system. i understand it might take a few mins to register on their end but if it's not showing up and im showing him proof that i paid for it in the app. i even checked my bank and i was charged too. i was just confused why he was acting this way now so i tried asking but he interrupted me and said i was yelling at him and waving my phone when i was calm and simply trying to understand why they haven't gotten my order. he was the one raising his voice at me at this point so i decided to walk out of the store for 5-7 mins and sit in my car waiting for the order to pop up. when i came back in i asked if they got it yet and he said no. so he wasn't going to give me my smoothie i paid for and so i asked for his name then started getting more of an attitude with me saying i don't need to know his name. ( PLEASE WEAR NAME TAGS!) he walks away saying he's calling the manager because ITS MY FAULT that they didn't get my order. make that make sense?! i've never had this happen before and eventually without saying anything he makes me my smoothie and said "we close in 2 minutes so i don't care anymore" then proceeded to keep yelling at me until i got in my car i looked and he was still yelling. i said " im surprised you have a job" before walking out which might have triggered him more but that's what happens when you treat customers this way. i literally will never go to another jamba juice ever again since this is the type of people they employ. Ordered the Moo'd and Razmatazz! Although very delicious also very pricey! It's more like a treat then an everyday drink.

Setting: Small but clean Jamba Juice store. Food: I ordered 2 acai super antioxidants. This is my go to drink everytime I go to Jamba and it might taste the same but texture was soupy right as soon as it came out of the blender. Service: The worst. There were 3 employees, 2 girls and a boy who should be working there at the time of this review. Below are a few of my grievences: 1. I ordered 2 medium acai super antioxidants with whey protein, one from Uber Eats and one in store. As you can see in the picture, they are two different sizes even though they are the same order. 2. I asked for the leftovers that were in the blender and the boy gave me attitude about how there's only 1oz, dumped it in a cup and then gave it to me. When the 2nd order came out, there was a lot leftover in the blender. This time the girl put the drink into a large cup (because whey protein adds volume to the drink), the boy tried to cover the girl as she walked to the back with the blender, not the sink. Then the boy proceeded to slamming the cup on the counter saying "here's your drink" and refusing to give me the extra in the blender. They were extremely rude, especially the boy. 3. The girl literally used the same blender jar for my first and second drink without washing it. They didn't even know that the Uber Eats order was from me until after they made the drink. I don't know is an issue related to food prep in restaurants, but I figured that I should note it. 4. All 3 of then were talking about how this business was not doing well compared to all the other Jambas and how they can't wait to quit their jobs. I understand that sometimes working isn't sunshine and rainbows but keep that to yourself or at the very least talk about it when no customers are around. Overall, it's Jamba Juice. I expect the quality of the product to be the same everywhere. I can deal with bad service but I expect to be getting: 1. Same portion for the same order 2. The extra at the bottom of the blender if I ask for it. They typically throw it away. 3. Cleanliness 4. Same textured and flavors across the franchises. read more

Maybe the only positive thing I can say about this location is the customer service from the baristas and that it was clean. Last Note! Do your job district/general manager! It's not the same... Jamba Juice was one of my favorite quick run for a smoothie or juice spot. The downsize of the menu plus the limited items available has taken away the experience. From no carrots, no orange sorbet and no certain fruits, the things you can order is limited. Service is still nice but at the time we were there to get total of 5 drinks, 3 of our drinks we originally wanted to order wasn't able to be fulfilled. Kind of disappointed but the blame I guess is Covid. Will see you again soon Jamba, hopefully the menu is someone back. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I order 3 large orange juice. It took not one but two people 25 minutes to make my drinks. The guy in the green shirt has the most sluggish and lazy attitude I have ever seen in a person. Took his sweet time grabbing each orange one by one and cutting one by one. Some lady was in the back of the store on what seemed to be a computer just laughing and talking knowing there was a line of 4 people waiting for drinks for a while. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I understand you get paid hourly and it doesn't matter how many drinks you make in one hour, you still make the same minimum wage, but 25 minutes for 3 large orange juice?? I could've gone back there done it myself and been out quicker. I'm extremely disappointed in the service provided at this Jamba Juice. Last time I came to this store they were closed early with no explanation. Just a sign telling people to go to the Valencia location. So before I went tonight I called at 6:45PM to confirm they were open. An employee told me they were open till 8:PM. I arrived at 7:10PM to find the door locked and music blasting inside. Employees were scurrying around ignoring me. I called again to verify I called the correct location initially. I then explained that he just told they were opened till 8. He said they just got a call from the manager and we're asked to close early. Might I add I don't believe any of this? I was so happy when they finally opened a Jamba Juice here in Canyon Country several years ago. Have become increasingly frustrated with this location when it comes to ordering ahead using the Jamba app. It seems there's a problem every time I try to save time and order ahead. They either make your smoothie with key ingredients missing or wait until you show up and wait while the Jamba Team works through the line of people to then tell you they couldn't make your smoothie the way it's usually prepared. It also seems impossible to be refunded for 1 drink charged on the app when the smoothie couldn't be made properly due to missing ingredients. . They don't seem to have a way to credit the smoothie back to the card when something goes wrong. Other times when showing up at the designated time decided by the app, they haven't even started making the smoothie. Today I again arrive at the designated time and again my smoothie isn't there... "someone must have taken it. The team made my smoothie while I again waited. At other locations I have seen small countertop pass-through coolers where smoothies awaiting customer pickup are stored. Recommend the ownership invest in one of those as other Jambas already have. The reason I give 2 stars is because over the years the employees have been fast and friendly. I loveeeee coming here. I buy white gummy everytime im in town at my parents. I love the atmosphere since all the workers are so kind and the managers are so sweet They always welcome me and are amazing people to talk to while waiting for my order. They make great conversations and delicious smoothies. They seriously have the best mood even when it's busy! Love it. Slowest Jamba ever. I walked in and was the only customer. The staff was talking and a guy was cleaning out the freezers, he acknowledged me at the cash wrap and then continued to clean. Finally the guy de icing the freezer came over and took my order. I then went and waited at the pick up while he went back to de icing and the girls (3 of them) talked amongst themselves. Finally one girl made a drink but it was for an off clock coworker that just walked in! When the coworker asked for an additional drink the girl said "I have to make her drink first" then walked around asking everyone else where things were because she could not find them. We walked into a bleach smelling store then waited half an hour for my small order. Everybody that came in after us got served first and had 3 or more drinks. It was reverse racism. We were treated poorly. And my orange slice was not a slice at all it was a quarter piece. They wasted a lot of the ingredients after making extra. The manager lied to me and told me there was only one blender in the whole store while I was watching multiple blenders operating. She carried the orange slice around the store in her hand asking how to package it. We got the absolute slowest employee in the whole place. The music was blaring loud. The place looked dirty where customers wait. The napkins dispenser was dirty and empty on the customer side and had napkins on the side facing the employees. I was so glad that they decided to build a Jamba Juice on this side of the SCV. I love Jamba Juice but I didn't like driving all the way to Valencia for it. I am so glad we have a location in our area now. This location is never that busy so you can order your items and be out of the store within 5 minutes. Machines broken, manager in charge of making it called out, they forgot to make it in time and other lame excuses. The employees seem to be NOT too interested to help guests and will ignore you and nobody even greets you anymore. This place seriously should just close or reevaluate staffing. This place is not well maintained and floors are sticky and filthy. This is the worse Jamba Juice location I have ever been to. It's disgusting and gross. I normally get my oatmeal on days they have it (once a week) with just brown sugar crumbles but they always DONT have it.
