Her only reply and acknowledgement to us was "yes, Give me a minute". We waited and ended up leaving without spending a dime due to her rude behavior. When establishments, especially small mom and pops shops, hire employees like this it really hurts the business. I wouldn't go there ever again. Etiquette exists and unfortunately she failed in good customer service etiquette. The service is an abomination.

This place is so amazing and I'm happy to hear they also have a Granada hills location I'll be checking out! The shop is located inside the Valencia town center which is an indoor mall.
