Am I losing it or did Jamba get an upgrade to their menu and shorten them name all at the same time? The only time I get Jamba Juice is usually at the airport. I usually stick to the Caribbean passion smoothie and this time I tried the white gummi and I actually like it! Its a mango, pineapple, raspberry, orange and lime sherbet. A lot going on but it tastes like a white gummi. Why the 3 stars? For their service, I understand long lines and I don't mind waiting but they skipped my order by trying to keep the line moving. One employee was asking people in line what they were ordering so he could make them before they paid. He must have got distracted because they made like 3 other people's orders who were behind me first until I said something and they were like oh whoops. They have acai bowls and pretzels and waffles now along with a cooler with juices and chips and sandwiches. read more

This place is located in the Chicago O'hare Airport. After ordering there were limited tables outside of the store to eat at. I ordered the vitamin C booster and açaí bowl. When did Jamba Juice shorten its name to just Jamba? When they started selling more than just smoothies? Anyway, this "Jamba" location in the Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is pretty good, and offers more than just smoothies like breakfast items (waffles and croissants and wraps and breads) snacks (pretzels and health bars) and non-smoothie beverages. Prompt service and also larger than it seems inside. I got their açaí/berry detox smoothie, which was excellent and an açaí Vitamin Water Zero. Recommended! read more

Had the strawberry surf rider, which is lemonade, lime sherbet, strawberries, and peaches, which was good, a little tart. Only gave this location one star because staff are border line rude. Also, frustrating when you're hungry and there's a line, and the staff are chatting on their cellphones w their friends. read more

I come to this Jamba juice whenever I have to fly into O'Hare and my flight is remotely close. I've really liked every juice that I've gotten from this Jamba. If I'm in this terminal and have some time, I like to stop by this location. The juices are good but the packaged tofu noodles are great!! So much flavor and it's a rare gem of a vegetarian option for about ~$10. Wish service was quicker sometimes but I do love these meals when traveling somewhere that has a long flight. read more

There was a long line at this Jamba Juice and I was boarding in ten minutes, so wasn't sure if I would have enough time to get a smoothie. I got in line just to see. Good option when at O'Hare United terminal. I was so happy to see the many food and smoothie choices. I got the peanut butter banana toast, which was very filling. My raspberry smoothie was a great accompaniment to my toast-very refreshing. Everything was made quickly and I was able to take it to my gate to enjoy. My only complaint is the shop is quite small, making it hard to find an area to wait for food and stay out of the way of new patrons. read more

We got the size small and it's filling and large enough. The BEST! Of the gazillions of Jambas that I visit as a raw vegan, this one is special! For some reason the typically horrid, Jambled faces of the servers-who-hate-customers, typical of Jambas in Chicago, are smiling! THEY LIKE US HERE! YAY! Otherwise the juice is the juice and I love it with every molecule of my being. I get the carrot/orange twist (pretending that anyone is reading this). Try it. It's a treat. It's hard finding food I can eat in airports. I was happy to stumble upon Jamba Juice. I ordered the chunky strawberry bowl. While I hate the name, the bowl is delicious! The creamy base had just a hint of peanut butter which blended really nicely with the strawberries and bananas. The ratio of yogurt to granola was perfect. The serving size was perfect for me. I was full and still had a few pieces of banana, yogurt and granola left. The best part about the meal was that I had it in a matter of minutes. For as much as I think this place needs improvement, I stop in before frequent flights out of O'Hare for an acai bowl. It does the trick, but I've found it's construction to be sloppy and very inconsistent from visit to visit. I'm often left with acai soup which is not all that desirable. The acai base is additionally incredibly sweet compared to other bowls I enjoy making me think that either the acai/ice/soymilk balance in the base is off or the acai juice they're using is full of fake sugars. I'll likely be back for my fix, but really hope they can tweak this product and construction a bit to make it better. read more

0530 and I walk into Jamba Juice which had its doors open for at least 10 minutes before i walked in, the male employee behind the counter completely ignored me. This went on for several minutes when a female employee came in and messed around behind the counter before finally acknowledging me. When she began to ask me what I wanted the male employee started scolding her in another language. She immediately turned and said that she wasnt going to take orders for another 5 minutes if I wanted to wait. At that point I had already wasted 15+ minutes in the store already being ignored. These employees are rude and clearly don't want to be there or be bothered with a customer. There were other people behind me as well that were blatantly being ignored and treated the same way, no one stuck around. read more

These guys are surprisingly persistent in their pursuit of mediocrity. I watched five customers in front of me come away dissatisfied before it was my turn. They refused to take my gift card ("We're not a real Jamba Juice"), and mixed my order up with the woman who ordered before me. Just a total waste of time. read more

I GOT A FREE SMOOTHIE. FUCK YEAH!!! so I ordered an original aloha pineapple and while waiting in line after I ordered, which moved pretty damn quickly, I was offered a free smoothie that someone left behind. Of course, I took it. So I got a banana berry original smoothie for free and then the nice and happy asian dude gave me a power sized aloha pineapple when I paid for an original. Fuck yeahhh I'm bathing myself in jamba juice allday as I wait to board the dumb airplane. What a good day. Mmm smooothies. That being said... Complimented for my old school style order of the Orange Berry Blitz, aww yeeeah! Stoked that Vit C + Zinc and probiotics are now boosts.Super friendly employees. A bit bummed the juices that comprise the smoothies are still seemingly sugary concentrated mixtures - vs. some more healthy options. As well as the yogurt. Happy they now have all juice blends - but the oranges and carrots didn't look super fresh. Meh. It is Chicago in the dead of winter. Still. Had to wait in the long line just to pay 6.99 for a small smoothie when the only reason I stopped by was for the offer. Disappointed. read more

Chef Bill helped me narrow down a few options that I had selected on the menu and he guided me to order the Green and Greener Nirvana entree - and it was exactly what I was hoping for! Medium spicy, the assortment of vegetables, seaweed and herbs/spice along with the tofu and brown rice was just awesome. Even if you didn't want to eat something "healthy" you would have been bowled over by the flavors and how special it was. You know you found a new favorite eatery when you aren't even halfway done with dinner and you start thinking about the other dishes/options on the menu and about when you can come back or place an order for pickup! Can't wait to try the Dr. K's Cure All Soup, the Tofu Young Patties and a few other options I had my eye on. Also the dumplings were delicious and perfectly cooked and NOT greasy! It was so nice to go out and have a scrumptious meal and not feel over stuffed with heavy, oily food. I hope Amitabul is there forever!

If you have a food allergy, don't come here. They seem so much in a rush that they don't pay…read moreattention to your needs. I ask them before they ran off no cream. And when I saw them put it, I had to yell so they don't put it. She gave me a look and dumped it. Once I get my food, I see the cream still there. I had to give my food to someone else. We even ordered some snacks and saw it was expired. As someone that works in the food industry as well, what I saw was unacceptable at my job. Please be careful coming here.
