I really enjoy this location, and their service. The smoothies are always made well, and I've never had any issues with their costumer service here. However, I'm starting to notice that Jamba Juice (as a company) is struggling more and more with their supplies. They haven't had anymore Belgium waffles for months now because "they're at war with the supplier" as I was told by their manager. They're using Coca-Cola cups for the large drinks because they're out of their own cups, they'll run out of certain ingredients like soy milk or almond milk- and won't restock for days or weeks. This is not the employees fault, it's more so the establishment and company's fault for all of these shortcomings. read more

Very clean and nice location. Employees are kind, but service is RIDICULOUSLY slow. The point of a drive thru is for convenience, but this place defeats the purpose if I am stuck in line for almost 25 mins from start to finish. Will continue to visit the Eastlake Village location down the street as they have me in and out of there in 5-10 mins which includes the time it takes for me to get in and out of my car. They may just need a better system or more staff, but that is just too long of a wait. read more

The overall feeling was so-so. I felt a few of the employees were giving me a weird attitude. The small interactions I had with employees such as Christian and Mikey seemed very rude and disinterested. I went again the next day but through the drive thru and the experience was very different. One of the employees, Esrielle, was really kind and helped me with customizing my drinks, but another employee, Noah, gave me an attitude while giving me a watery drink and I was still able to see some chunks of fruit in it. I gave this Jamba Juice location four stars because they have good service and they have a drive-thru. Would be better if they ask for the phone number for the rewards on the drive-thru though because the machine is not out there to remind you to put it in. I went there four times already and only twice was I asked for my number for the rewards. Just don't forget to ask them to enter it I guess. read more

I was having trouble with my reward number and Randell made note of this and spoke to his manager about it. My situation resolved and Randell followed up with me the next time he saw me. Just left the Jamba Juice drive through and very disappointed there's not safer practice at the window taking debit card and payments. We are currently in a global pandemic with the Coronavirus and the cashier is barehands no gloves going from touching the debit cards to touching your cups to pass you and no sanitary action in between. I watched the whole time. There needs to be hand sanitizer right at the window for him to use if he has no gloves and when I asked if he had a disinfectant wipe for me to wipe my debit card and cup they don't have any! Gross! I used to work at Jamba Juice so I know what it's like to have a ton of orders on the line but this is just TOO slow. This Jamba Juice establishment is awesome! The interior is so sparkling clean and sparsely furnished! Love the simplicity of it! I also really love the quality of the ingredients used in their smoothies here. I often order customized smoothies, and they really make a concerted effort to meet and exceed my expectations. The staff members here are always upbeat and friendly too! What makes this location unique is its drive through option. It's nice to be able to order your smoothie without ever leaving your vehicle! On those lazy, hot days where you would just rather stay in the comfort of your climate-controlled car, it's nice to just be able to go through the drive through. Just a bit of a warning, the line gets a bit long at times, so be prepared for a bit of a wait during peak hours. Considering the length of the line at times, I am very impressed with how efficiently the orders are processed.
