Placed a phone order which was super convenient. I love being able to just grab and pay after work! The service was great over the phone, and even better once I got inside. I wish I got the girl's name because her customer service was amazing. The inside is big, clean, and really spacious -definitely gives fresh vibes to match the name. This is the second time my hubby and I have come to this place and the food is fresh and tasty. The service is great but be prepared to wait a little because they are making your food fresh. I had their Pesto Chicken Sandwich with their Lentil soup the last time. Both were filling. This time I had to order the Mango Chicken bowl that my hubby had previously. We added shrimp to our Mango Chicken bowl and it wis delish! I had a Clean juice to wash it all down and even that was good. Been coming to Fresheria-Chula Vista location for the past 4 years. Today we decided to order something new and tried the Smoked Salmon Bagel with cream cheese, tomato, avocado & capers. It was pretty good and give it a 4/5. We usually order the breakfast burrito with bacon, egg, cheese, and potatoes that burrito is a 5/5. The service for the most part is pretty good but today, it wasn't the best. They forgot our Pineapple Fresca and waited for about 15 minutes and had to remind them twice. I recommend calling ahead and placing your order in advance. Food preparation does take awhile as everything they are making is fresh. I came here last weekend from out of town. I have been here before a handful of times and it was good for the most part. I just ordered 2 large smoothies this time. When I walked in I waited a minute because there were two ladies making smoothies. One worker came over and took my order. I ordered a large Strawberry Banana smoothie with almond milk and then she just walked away and the other worker came over to finish my order of a large Very Berry smoothie with coconut water. Btw coconut water was .50 cents extra. Anyway the first lady who helped me went to work on a smoothie and I noticed she put whole milk so I asked her if that was my smoothie she was working on and I just reminded her that I had asked for almond milk. It's funny because she was the one who took my order. Also I noticed she wasn't wearing any gloves nor washed her hands after touching the computer screen etc. The second lady had gloves on with stains that were noticeable and she touched the screen with those gloves and went back to handling fruits. I was appalled. How do I ask her to change her gloves without sounding like a b word. Well I did ask her as politely as possible but I did feel like they were talking behind my back. I mean I wasn't only buying a smoothie for myself but for someone who was pregnant and has allergens so I was being cautious for the both of us. When she handed me the smoothies I got one regular and one large size... I was confused so I looked at my receipt and it said both drinks were a large. So I was upset I had to wait longer on top of her already remaking it from the whole milk incident. This visit was not good from the start and I regret coming back here. read more

This place is clean, bright, and has a lot of different food options - fresh juices, smoothies, salads, burritos, breakfast items, sandwiches, and more! We got 2 açai bowls and a shrimp quinoa burrito. The açai bowls were fairly pricy but the size was bigger than I thought so I was pleasantly surprised. It came topped with strawberries, bananas, granola, and coconut though both kids got no coconut. Sadly it got melty quite quickly so the kids had soupy açai juices pretty quick. There was also quite a bit of honey so when I tasted it, it was quite sweet. Not sure how the rest of it was - the kids seemed to like it so maybe I just got a super honey bit, or they enjoyed it BECAUSE it was so sweet! My quinoa shrimp burrito was delicious. I chose a fun, green spinach tortilla and the shrimp were so plump and plentiful. I'm so glad they didn't skimp on the shrimp pieces! It was super hot when I got it, but I was so hungry I burnt my tongue a bit but worth it! There are so many options I had a bit of decision paralysis but glad with our choices and we'll definitely be back for more! read more

Chunks of crab meat with cucumber slices, bell peppers, lettuce and a Thousand Island-like dressing. The first time I didn't report it, but since it's the second time, it makes me think that it's either intentional or they don't really care about the hygiene of the place. Once I ordered some tostilocos and they all fell into the bag because most of the dish was cheese and tapatio and about 3 tostitos, no exaggeration.
