I was told the waffle machine was down. Today, I stopped by again in the early afternoon, hoping to finally get a Bubble Waffle, and once again learned that the machine was still broken. At this point, it has become frustrating as a loyal customer who enjoys both the boba and the Bubble Waffles. While I appreciate the staff's professionalism, the ongoing issue with the waffle machine is costing you business sales and creating a disappointing customer experience. I sincerely hope management addresses and repairs the machine soon. I'd love to continue supporting this business, but repeated visits without being able to purchase one of their signature items are becoming discouraging. Please bring the Bubble Waffles back!
