Update: I went back after months and the guy taking the order took about 7 minutes to take one smoothie order. Then didn't give a straw with the smoothie which just made no sense, I literally went behind the counter to grab it because it was quite honestly, above and beyond ridiculous. I won't ever be coming back to this location --------- This is seriously the worst Jamba I've been to i my entire life. The orders are always slow to be ready, all employees seem lifeless and don't know how to use the rewards system, mobile orders for one drink take like 10+ minutes to make and just what else can I mention.... I believe it was Daniel that helped us (I hope that was his name) My Caribbean Passion Smoothie was very delicious, but I'm giving a 4 star because my mans White Gummy Smoothie was very watered down could be because it was a hot day, but found it odd that mine was thicker than his. Really? Just popped in for a cool drink, with another customer behind me. Young lady at the counter seemed lost. Approached the counter, she ignored me for several minutes then asked if I was here for a pickup.I replied no, she went back to ignoring me. First impression clean place, cashier was alone and there was one other employee but it seemed he was only cleaning not really helping her with taking orders or making anything. Our order was the new Pomegranate Antioxidant smoothie and the Greens & Ginger both delicious! My green juice was so yummy and I felt the ginger right away. Customer service Amazing! I didn't catch her name but today is 4/24/2019 7ish pm... manager if you're reading this this girl needs a recognition! We sat outside since there's only 1 chair inside! By the time she finished our smoothies she had 4 families waiting on her. This girl notices we are outside sitting and brings them to us. I was able to catch her at the door. I Jamba a few times a week and this store always screws up my order and I don't do anything complicated either, just a regular sized Orange Dream Machine with an immunity boost. The last three times I ordered my drink, the girl got it wrong, one time she gave me the wrong beverage, and the other two times she gave me the wrong size! Another time I ordered a regular size with 2 boosts and paid extra for the additional boost and the cashier tells me I had to pay more to get the extra "juice" that they blend in to dilute the boost, WTF?! Like most Jamba Juice locations this place is small. There is a small table inside with 2 chairs and a couple of tables outside. I have bought smoothies here a couple of times and have never had a problem. The cashiers can be somewhat indifferent at times, but they have never been disrespectful. I usually come when they have the 2 for 1 because $13 for 2 smoothies just doesn't seem cost efficient to me. Shout out to the girl working at Jamba Juice right now, 12:53pm on March 10, 2018! I didn't get her name but I really wanted to give her kudos. When I came in she already had a large group of people waiting for their smoothies so I knew I'd have to wait cause she was BY HERSELF! Running the entire restaurant. The wait time to even order was like 10 mins and a line had started already forming behind me but she kept her cool, made everyone's orders bomb, kept her work station clean, and still attended everyone with a "Hi welcome" and a smile. I hope her boss reads this! I had to tip her cause that's unfair to have her all alone. They should AT LEAST have one cashier and one person making the orders.
