This is the worst jamba juice I have ever gone to. The drinks they make dont even taste like it does at other Jamba Juice places. The people are very rude especially Atzirit can't even spell her name. And the guy who does the drinks is so lazy to do them, fruits are never blended properly and they do the drinks how they want in the size that they want, they were chatting their life away and wouldnt even care about how they make their drinks . I've never stopped for Jamba Juice and had it take 20 mins. Insane, there was 3 people in front of me in line and for some reason when the guy in front of me was done ordering, the employee taking orders says please wait and went and made all their drinks before taking my order? I usually go the the Jamba Juice in Long Beach but I work near this one so I came in to grab some gift cards and some drinks. The computes runs out of ink so this girl doesn't want to ring me up. And asks me to comeback later when her manager is there. Saying she wouldn't be back for about 45 to a hour. But she had not problem charging for the drinks without a signature. Why is there not a manager on staff in the MORNING just leaving a new worker alone. Also why can you charge me for drinks but not for cards? After asking this young girl directly she said she need the signature to prove I purchased them and continued to be rude. Also she refused to use the other register to ring me up. Really Please get an assistant manager to help these poor girls that obviously don't know what they're doing. I will not be going to this location again. read more

Came in at 7:03 am and they were barely open. Had nothing in the refrigerator area, no greeting and waited for over 12 mins for my juice and I was the first person in the store. Five people came in after me and not even sure how long they had to wait. The two guys looked like they were out of it and couldn't care less about the customers. No sense of urgency. Sad. This Jamba Juice is small but a reliably great store. There is rarely a line and I always have a good/great experience when I go here. The workers are friendly and always get my order right. They aren't pushy, don't to try sell you beverages or add-ons you don't want, and are good about coupons (let's be honest, Jamba can get pricey). I'd give it 5 stars if it were bigger. read more

Ok, wow. I tried this Jamba after the last incident with the bell gardens one and this one could've restored my hope in the company but nope, not close. The smoothie was better than the last time but the service could've been better if it wasn't for the fact that there was only one person working!! I felt so bad for the girl working so hard to please the rush.. I asked her where her help was and she told me her manager had been gone for an hour already... in the middle of a hot day?! I've always been a big fan of Jamba Juice. The smoothies are delicious and I stop by almost everyday after work to get my fix. As someone who works in customer service and takes a lot of pride in my position, I observe every detail when I am being helped by an employee. One thing I've learned in my position is to answer the phone with a smile because customers can feel the vibe through the phone and you come off as friendly. I have never had an issue with jamba employees and often compare them to Starbucks employees, always so nice and helpful, never rude. In these times with masks, I don't get that vibe from DANIEL. He does not greet incoming customers and has a very lazy attitude. I've been helped four times by him now and he comes off as rude and does not seem like he wants to work. Today I ordered 4 smoothies and after naming each smoothie he repeated "anything else" all four times. Another detail is when he hands me the receipt. He never makes me feel re invited. First two times I told him thank you when handing me the receipt and he does not say a single word. Today, I did not say thank you and tried to give him the opportunity to do so, and I received silence. For doing that, I was now worried that he might not make my smoothie right due to that fact I was being rude. I really hope jamba mangers can address this to him. read more

This Jamba juice is the worse Jamba juice I've been to. I went in a few weeks ago on a Sunday. ..only to have the cashier say they had run out of all the main fruits! (Unapologetically I might add) They had no banana, no strawberries, no berries of any kind, no peach ( ALL THE MAIN FRUITS). Pretty much all they had was oranges n kiwi n artificial flavors. Needless to say we walked out with out purchasing anything. Any business needs to be able to provide what they are intending to sell. Poor management maybe?
