I came into this location around 2:30ish and was immediately greeted by one person doing it all. Even though she seemed like the only person on the clock for the moment, she made sure to greet EVERY single person in the nicest way possible, and directed them to the kiosk if they were paying with card, to help move faster. She made sure to still get out each person's orders smoothly and efficiently. The place was also packed with multiple families and she still managed to do it all! I left in less than 10 minutes later and there was still a long list of people ahead of me. This person did a great job! read more

Me and my daughter come here every morning. This location has the most friendly staff out of any of the four locations I have been to in Colorado! There was no way she was getting all the soap off at the speed she was washing them and then dropping them into a sink full of water to rinse, not hygienic at all, and then quickly stacking them for use. The people who work here are so friendly and helpful, but sadly I cannot find a smoothie that I like. The flavors fall pretty flat. Maybe it's me, maybe it's maybelline, but I usually leave pretty disappointed with my choice and never finish the smoothie (and I've tried several: the go getter, pb love, strawberry, whey protein berry workout). Despite that, I still come because it's a fun date spot with my son who likes smoothies and pirates booty. It saddens me to be writing this. I am a regular Jamba Juice customer and usually attend the Jamba Juice in Lakewood. My job is right across the street and I thought it would be easier to stop at this location. After a 10 hour shift on a Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted with nothing but rude un energetic services. There were 2 girls working that looked like someone I'd be friends with but were both were extremely unfriendly. I was nothing but nice during the entire encounter. Every other Jamba Juice I've attended has not had this type of service. Still a good smoothie though. read more

I went here a few times in the past month. I like Jamba Juice but I really wish they would add some more exciting smoothies to the line up. There aren't enough superfood/protein options. The service was awful. We arrived before our pick up time and we got snapped at. I said no rush we just arrived earlier than expected. Asked which one was different when I ordered 4 smoothies. She's like there the same a proceeded to show the screen. I apologized saying I thought the modification I put in went through. Once again never said a nice word to us and was snippy. The place was way too warm inside for a place that serves food! Less than stellar experience today. As usual I frequent this local about once a week to get smoothies for me & my staff. Today I came in, vaccinated & unmasked. After taking part of my order lady asked me to put on a mask. I assume because of COVID. anyways I pay & await my drinks. As I am waiting a young child runs up and grabs two drinks from counter and takes them outside. A few moments later he returns one and then the other. Then they get served to me...? If COVID is an issue. And tho I'm vaccinated and still courteous enough to wear a mask. Why would my business be valued less? And a young child aloud to take my drinks outside then back in to be served... Don't know that we will continue to come back. Y'all are either enforcing COVID or you're not. Antioxidant juice was thick like a smoothie and was a bit on the sour side. I wish more of their smoothies had more vegetables in it rather than mostly fruit/sugar. My favorite is the 5 Fruit Frenzy, Strawberries Wild and Razzmatazz. You can also order old menu items that aren't featured on their current menu and secret menu items like White Gummy Bear. read more

Please fire the girl at front!!!! I often don't have issues with people in general cuz I'm in costumer service myself, and know how to be polite. She has such a horrible attitude everyday I come in. I order the same thing everyday and she always comes back with some type of attitude, rolls eyes, acts like customers are stupid. She is such a bad vibe and I'm sorry to give a one star because I love smoothies and the super built guy that works at front is super cool and nice. I have to come to this Jamba cuz it's the only one close to me and I was just praying she wasn't there today. She was, she literally makes me never want to walk in the store again. Jeez. I mobile ordered to walk up to a restaurant that looks shut down. No signs are on and they have all the chairs up and eating areas blocked, y'all don't close for another hour. Incredible staff! I came in and ordered 2 smoothies. As I was walking out I accidentally dropped one of my smoothies and it spilled all over the concrete. I was disappointed but didn't want to ask for another, so I started walking to my car. But one of their amazing employees actually ran out and told me to come back so they could make me another one for free! They were so nice and went out of their way to make up for my own mistake! I always come to Jamba when I'm not feeling good. I woke up not feeling good this morning and decided to take a trip. The woman working the cash register was so annoyed and rude that I was taking a minute to decide what smoothie I wanted because they were out of the one I usually get. She rolled her eyes at me multiple times. Secondly, the guy who made my smoothie did not have gloves on, was constantly touching his face and watching football on his phone! SCREAMING when they'd get a touchdown which was really not awesome for me when I'm already feeling under the weather. He then handed me my smoothie and it wasn't a smoothie at all! Literally just fruit milk, I don't think he actually put frozen yogurt in there at all. The food safety at this place is questionable at best, and I literally threw out my smoothie for that reason. It's hard to write a review about a chain store that isn't great or horrible, but here I go. Walked in, ordered an Amazing Greens, got it without waiting too long, and left. So it was a satisfactory experience. The store shares a parking lot with several other stores, so parking is tricky. Several other Yelp reviewers who know the area better have really slammed this Jamba Juice and recommended other nearby, independently-owned smoothie shops and I'm sure they're better, but this place is okay. read more

Came in two weeks in a row after the mask mandate ended. First time I came in, I was yelled at from across the store to put a mask on, they had no sign on the door at all that said masks were required, employee said he was going to put one up. Came in a week later, saw a new sign on the door about health and safety but still no sign on masks so I figured they weren't required. Walked in, got yelled at by the same employee that was wearing his mask under his nose the whole time I was in there. So I put my mask on then another women behind me didn't have one and was kicked out. It's not that hard to put a sign up to let people know especially now that the mask mandate is over and at least 80% of business day it's optional. I've had a few horrible experiences here in the past but the last few months... WOW! I am 4 months pregnant and I go here a couple times a week as it's definitely my guilty pleasure. MARGO is such a wonderful young lady! I have managed/trained many people in customer experience industries.... Restaurants included! She definitely goes above and beyond to ensure I get my order quickly and safely (COVID hand off!) If there's a long line- normally there is on weekends... She always meets me at the door and hands me my order so I don't have to risk being around multiple people outside and also standing in the line. Whomever her supervisor is.. I highly recommend getting her a raise and acknowledgment for her customer experience efforts. Thank you Margo for being spectacular! read more

On a visit today around 6pm it took over 20 minutes to make three smoothies We were understanding when they said were training new employees but this was ridiculous. When I asked the employee Emily to remake a smoothie (she kept pouring it back in a cup and then into the blender and back again) she turned her back on us and didn't acknowledge us. Instead of remaking the smoothie she just added additional ingredients that made it taste awful. When she finally finished the smoothie she slammed it on the counter and then gave us a dirty look. Jamba Juice needs to better train their employees. This was an employee who couldn't have cared less. We will not be going back again soon even though we like Jamba Juice a lot. read more

Ok, so I usually can't justify spending $4 on a smoothie but when I bought the Living Social deal for $6 worth of goodies for only $3, I couldn't pass up a deal like that. Of course I waited until the last minute to redeem it and went this wknd before hitting the road and battling holiday traffic. Coffee would have been the first choice but an almost free smoothie would work as well. I love how when you walk into any Jamba Juice the world just seems like a better place-things are brighter, people are friendlier and life is good. This location is no exemption to that. First of all I was surprised that it was open around 10am. When I made a remark to the cashier about it being open earlier than expected, she let me know that they open around 6a or 7am (can't remember) as an alternative for people who dont like coffee. Don't like coffee? Alternative? I really cant get down with that logic but whatever floats your boat. Second, as always I love that they display the calorie content of everything there-smoothies and food. Helps keep mama in check! Third-they have food? Yeah, didn't know that either. To get up to the $6 that my Living Social deal was for, I got the Cheddar Tomato Twist which was a perfect savory bite to start my morning with. This location just rocks. As I said before, I can't justify spending $4 on a smoothie when I can make one at home but since it's down the street from my gym, it will be my new go to spot for an indulgent treat. read more

On Yelp they say they close at 6pm on Sunday; the front door poster say they close at 8pm on Sunday. However, it was 5:40 when I got there, the door is locked. I saw there's people doing the cleaning inside, so I knocked the door. They just pretend they didn't see me at all. I am not sure if they have the store manager who do the opening and closing everyday, it really feels awful when the clerk close the door before the written business hour when someone drove all the way just for their product. read more

Repeated myself at least 3 times before I thought he understood the request "please pour it over ice". He evidently still didn't know what that meant. This location consistently closes about an hour early every time I try to go in. The people who work there are extremely rude and short tempered. The lights are always off and when they're mopping the floor and I knock on the door to try to get in they completely ignore me. If the hours change, I thought it would be common sense to post it on the door outside where customers can see. Supposedly they close at 6 PM but yesterday they closed at about 4:58 PM. Too bad, because I like the product, even though it has gotten ridiculously expensive. That being said, I don't like to buy an over expensive, overpriced beverage that comes heaped high with attitude, rudeness, laziness, and cleanliness!!...
