Has to be the worst location around honestly. New staff about weekly, none of which are usually confident enough to make a proper smoothie. Often times hand you something with the consistency of a chocolate milk and then get upset if you ask them to remake it. The girls working in this Jamba Juice are like mad scientists for smoothies and I love it. I went here recently thanks to my smoothie craze and when Nick ordered a Peanut Butter Moo'd the girl started offering up alternatives to the traditional ingredients. Things I learned from this conversation (although I haven't tested them personally): - You can exchange strawberries for bananas to make a different flavor in the Peanut Butter Moo'd. - You can do all peanut butter and no fruits. -nIf you add fresh squeezed carrot juice your smoothie will taste like a Butterfinger. I then ordered an Orange-A-Peel and they recommended I get it with fresh squeezed OJ to make it taste even better. And it does. Consistently the worst Jamba Juice I've ever been to. Have visited this store 4-6 times a year for several years because my kids like Jamba Juice and we live close by. Over the last year or two, it has really, really gone down hill. The store is dirty. The smoothies taste terrible -- they are runny and the ingredient mix has been wrong almost every time. Went here today as we had a BOGO coupon good through Monday- my husband had never been here before and after a night of tequila it seemed like the perfect time to introduce him to Jamba. I can't remember the last time I had been there - quite some time ago- and it looked like they had some new items like a veggie fruit smoothie with kale. (I didn't get that). There was a pretty good line but it moved quick and the young kiddo helping us was full of energy and helpful. I was indecisive on what to get so I went for the strawberry whirl (non-dairy) and he got the mango mega - we did not need the large but it did last a long time and made with just fruit and juice - quite tasty and filling! Recently when I've been going in the team members have been really good about requiring masks. It makes me a feel a lot safer to come into the store. I love this location and I find it very welcoming. It leaves me unsettled and disturbed when customers refuse to wear a mask even though it is the store's right to continue to require them. We stopped in here for a refreshing drink while walking the 16th street mall. The lines are not too long and we were able to get in and out quickly, despite the lady behind the counter initially making the wrong drink for one person in our group. I like Jamba Juice in general and I'm glad to see this store move in the right direction again. For years I would visit here off and on depending upon when I was in the neighborhood and the service really could be a problem. More than once I swore off this location based on lame employees who provided piss-poor service. Now, it seems to be stable and back under the control of the management. The counter folks are actually helpful, happy and efficient. Jamba has introduced three new veggie based smoothies that combine fruits and veggies. I tried the Berry up-Beet and was very satisfied. Savory beet juice sweetened up by strawberries and mangos. Lots of good calories here and this probably comes close to full meal replacement for some. Cheers Jamba! Asked for a key to the bathroom and he came up with an excuse that it wasn't working, although no sign was posted and he could have offered the women's. When my smoothie was done (after he huffed and puffed about my needing almond milk and needing soy protein) he let it sit while he filled out paperwork. This has to be by far the slowest ever ....my son and I stopped in to grab a couple and we waited in line for 25 minutes and there were only four people in front of us. And I have to be honest Jamba Juice just isn't what it used to be. I used to love the razzmatazz back in the day and it's just not as good anymore they've really changed it now they put in other things it. I am a big fan of Jamba Juice smoothies, but this location has some of the worst customer service on Planet Earth. Two recent visits bear out that the first 20 minute wait for a single smoothie was not a fluke. Yesterday's visit: two slow moving employees who clearly didn't care about their products, customers, or the cleanliness of the place (ewww!). Clearly there is no planning, as the place was out of critical ingredients in early afternoon on a Saturday, and they were staffed with just two employees. Employees here don't care about the quality at all. Called in an order for 3 Acai bowls, when we arrived only 1 was ready. They literally threw together the last two and even said "Oh ya sorry one of these came out a lot smaller", as if that would make up for the fact that the last two bowls were not even filled. The smaller of the two bowls was less than halfway filled with literal soup and had 3 blueberries on top. Keep in mind that this bowl had not been sitting out waiting for pick up, it wasn't even ready. Awful experience, we were 3rd in line when we first arrived. One girl was making smoothies and a guy was washing the blenders. One girl storms in the store clearly late to the back of the store. Meanwhile the original girl in the front goes in the back. No one was making smoothies for at least 5 minutes and no one was taking orders. Meanwhile there was at least 10 people were waiting and a bunch of people left because no one was taking their orders. The late girl finally comes out and starts making smoothies again. The guy in front of me got a large smoothie and it was filled 2-3 inches short of the top. He brought it up to the guy and the guy complete ignored him. I finally get my order. Everything was the wrong size. My açaí bowl was filled about 1/3 and the rest with fruit. I start eating it and it wasn't even fully blended. Didn't even eat it. Waste of money. DO NOT GO TO JAMBA JUICE. An employee (or manager, as he claimed to be) would not let my co-worker in the store because he said they were closed, even though it was 7 minutes before the posted closing time. When my co-worker asked who the Jamba Juice employee's manager was, the employee replied "I am." When my co-worker took a picture of the Jamba Juice employee, he was flipped off! I will try to post the picture here. This is the WORST customer service and this employee (or manager) should be reprimanded harshly, possibly fired. I will NEVER go to Jamba Juice again, my co-worker used to go there all the time and has also sworn to never go back. This is completely unacceptable and obviously totally unprofessional behavior and I will urge my family and friends (and anybody reading this) to stop going there if they're going to treat their customers this way! This location engages in unethical practices when it comes to the items they list on their menu. Let me ask you; if you saw 2 different sizes of a drink on their menu board, would you not also think those are the only two sizes they have? I know, me too, especially when this was the first time I ever went to any Jamba Juice. I asked for a large orange juice, thinking I'm going to get the size listed on the menu, and pay the price listed on the menu, for the largest container they list. But as Dikembe Mutumbo would say "no no no". They pull out a super secret huge cup that's like another 2.50 more than the size I thought I was getting. When I brought it to their attention that what they gave me and charged me wasn't even on the menu, they just gave this snide little grin and said "sorry". The woman who "manages" this bait n' switch operation also likes to park her big ugly nonsensical pickup truck right outside where a customer might be able to park. It's a joke. They get two stars because despite being criminals, the orange juice was great. read more

I just went into this location to get a smoothie. There were 6 other people waiting for their drinks. One employee was taking all of the orders/making all of the drinks while two other employees were standing behind the counter complaining about their jobs and how they "didn't want to be there"...right in front of all of the customers! I felt uncomfortable waiting for my drink with the other two employees behaving this way. Management should talk to these two employees about appreciating their jobs and tell them not to stand around complaining when everyone's drinks are taking over 10 minutes because of their slack. This is my favorite Jamba Juice location ever. It's across the street from my work, which is super convenient. Still, I prefer it over the stores closer to home. Every time I come in, the staff is friendly & welcoming. They acknowledge you immediately, even if they have to let you know they'll be with you in a minute. Very professional, very clean, and they whip up those smoothies in record time. My new favorite is the fresh squeezed kale juice. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because when I last went in, I asked for a substitution in my drink [mango instead of bananas, because bananas make me sick]. I heard the girl mention that the computer wasn't giving her an option to modify the order. When I got in my car with my drink, I realized there were bananas in it. So.... Couldn't drink that. Still, it's an honest mistake, and I know those things happen [happens to me at Starbucks 5 times out of 10!], but employees in food services should be very careful with menu modifications, as those of us with food allergies can get very sick.
