I came here on Wednesday 4/11/18 (2ish pm ) and the African American girl that wears glasses , that's USUALLY working made my juice perfect . Like it was actually a JUICE , not grainy or thick . I wasn't sure what to expect because I ordered a citrus kick with the super greens added ( so I kinda expects some grain but there wasn't any , so I really enjoyed it ) Today 4/13/18 I went in ( 11:50am ) and ordered the same thing . The girl , who I assume is the manager , made it . I had an appointment to get to so when I got in the car and tasted it I realized it was extremely thick and grainy but I took it with me since I was in a rush . I couldn't drink it .. it was terrible . So after my appointment I returned to get my drink remade , it was a different girl who helped me , she was really nice & I was really apologetic. I know what it's like to work in a place like that ( I worked at pieology for a long time ) so I know it's frustrating to be getting a rush and have to remake something but I just couldn't drink it anymore . The male employee working joked with her saying " oooh why you making people bad drinks ? " in a very playful manner when she responded with " I didn't make it " the manager ( who made my drink ) chimes in from a table in the front of the store saying " I did ! I made it like 11 " with an attitude. She was doing some paperwork with another girl who walked over to the bar and began making comments like " customers here are crazy , they take their drinks and half was through it come back and say ' this tastes terrible ' ' I was a different one '" which I found RUDE AF considering the situation that brought me in in the first place .. just a tip , do your job correctly and efficiently the first time so you don't have unsatisfied customers . read more

This location has gone downhill. Their front fridge was empty and their walls had nothing on them. I came here about two weeks ago and was greeted by the employee mopping the floor. I waited for about one minute for her to stop mopping and take my order. I guess she thought the manager that walked to the back would come back and assist me. When I ordered the PB Wow Cacao bowl she had no idea what I was talking about, which is confusing because as I work in the food service industry, we are always told about new items the store has introduced. She eventually found it and I paid. However, she had no idea how to make it and had to look up at the menu, yet she still forgot to put peanut butter and almonds on top. I didn't want to make her feel bad or seem rude so I didn't say anything, she might have been new. Today I made the mistake of coming into this location again. I walked in and wasn't greeted by the employee Jasminne C, she glanced at me and continued making a smoothie. When she began taking my order I asked if their cacao powder had dairy in it. Cacao is naturally dairy free unless additives are employed. All she said was " I think so" she wasn't 100% sure. She didn't offer to check at all which I thought was completely rude. Again, being in the food industry, we are instructed to always check if asked by a customer. I didn't want to bother her and ask her to check because she could have easily done so. I will never come to this location again, I will drive the extra mile to Rialto where they always get it right. read more

Just moved here from Los Angeles. Have been a Jamba Juice customer since they opened, never have I ever tasted a smoothie that I was unsatisfied with until I came here. I ordered 2 kaleribbean smoothies, 2 kids smoothies, and 2 orange ginger shots with cayenne. The kaleribbean smoothies had a tart rotten after taste and the ginger shot was not the ginger shot I ordered. When I brought it to the blenders' attention she told me she made what I ordered! I told myself I would never come here again but gave it second chance one night it was getting late and I didn't feel like driving 20 minutes to the next closest location. Hours of operation show that the store is opened until 9:30. Well, I got here at 9:19 and the doors were locked, the one last customer was still waiting to be served but no one would let me in! We don't come here often so we had some questions about certain drinks. We were expecting short answers but what we got was THE BEST customer service as have ever had outside of a 5 star restaurant. The heavy set young black girl who was the cashier lat night has made us want to come back. She was very knowledgeable, very friendly and you can tell she genuinely liked her job and liked helping us. Cudos to her for being so awesome, making the 3 great recommendations for us to buy and making us feel valued. Jamba juice you have a too notch employee there that has made loyal customers of us. I love this particular Jamba Juice. I've been going here since it opened. I got to really know a couple of the people there. I'd go there every morning for my usual wheatgrass shot and green tea blast and they're always so friendly. Mike & Jesse would always be there and would know me by name since I became a regular. I'm not sure if they're there anymore. I haven't seen them, but they were awesome and speedy with the orders. Phone orders are the best when you're in a rush to work! read more

The staff here is incompetent. Go to Victoria Gardens instead. My latest visit consisted of a twenty minute wait after which my friend and I were handed melted, watery drinks and the claim that "Your drinks were ready this whole time, but we didn't know you were here." Yeah, because we were the only girls right in front of you for the past ten minutes. This place is in the Lowe's shopping center. It's a small one like the others, might be hard to find parking right next to it but you can park almost anywhere if you don't mind walking a few feet. Employees are nice but It can get loud when they're making your smoothie. read more

The smoothies are pretty good here. I get the Peach Pleasure and have them sub more peaches instead of the banana. However, I have to watch because it seems as if they are consistently trying to short me! What I mean by this is getting a drink that comes two inches or more below the top of the cup! I ordered medium acai smoothie 4 my wife while my wife was in the car. This guy name Jesse made the drink...took so long to make the drink even there is no line. He end up gave me a large drink instead of the medium n said to me "I gave more fruits in there for u"....It seemed nice to me he gave me a large drink n charged me 4 medium drink but when I gave it to my wife. My wife sipped the drink n told me this drink doesn't taste right...after she sipped she almost choked n spitted it up a piece of broken glass from the drink. Then she sipped it again n found another pieace of broken glass. After we were driving in the freeway for 5 min then we decided to go back to the store. The guy that made the drink name Jesse....he didn't apologize to us....he just ignored us...only the girl(forgot her name) she apologized to us. We returned the drink n the stuff we found in the drink. The next day I talked to my primary Doctor n he said that suff can cause stomach bleeding if we swallow it. Went two days ago and ordered a mango a go go and a peach mango. I started to drink the peach mango and immediately started to have an allergic reaction. I already had an allergy test and no allergies to either peach nor mango. Luckily I had my medications and was able to subdue it but I looked up the ingredients and nothing I'm allergic to is involved. Most likely cross contamination because I drank the mango a go go, that is what I use to order all the time for my parents, and they were fine with switching drinks. Unfortunately, allergies started again. I don't know what happened with making those drinks but I thought washing knives and what not was a routine. If I had not had my medication I would've ended up in the hospital and jamba juice would've been in bigger trouble. Next time, I guess you actually have to tell the workers to make sure there's not cross contamination. read more

I order a greens and ginger most of the time and twice I've had chunky leaves most likely spinach throughout the whole drink and never tastes as good as other locations. We are happy with our drink choices as usual but...after choosing Jamba as a healthy pit stop on a road trip as opposed to some other popular chain choices I was completely disappointed to find that the singular unisex bathroom had no changing station. Nothing I could lay my baby on other than the floor (which I would NEVER do). How is that possible in this day and age? So moral of the story don't go there if you might need need to change a diaper. read more

I came here last week with my daughter and her friend because their smoothies are awesome. And they definitely were good, as always. When we entered this particular one though, we had to walk to the door and shut it again after a minute or 2 of waiting, so the women in the back who were talking could know someone was there listening to every word they said. The young blonde girl was friendly and suggested a drink I might like and was really quick and efficient. The older manager lady was brisk and didn't meet your eye at all when she handed is our drinks. I said thank you whole heartedly but I guess we're all entitled to our off days since she didn't even try to fake a smile. On July 7 I accidentally ordered on my phone app without changing the store location (i was in glendora at that time)..called the store and let them know that I made a mistake n not to do my orders. I was told to talked to the manager on the location im at to let them know that I was already charged from this store..unfortunately the Manager at the Covina was all no care of my dilemma n told me that she can't do anything about it with the matching face expression of "I don't care"..to avoid ruining my day, i just ordered n pay for it n called this store to let them know that I will need a refund.. Was told to call the next day n talked to the manager Stephanie..did it a couple of time, Stephanie told me she notify the corporate via email of the matter n just wait for the refund..Nothing happens in a month..called Stephanie again n even stop by at the store but she is always not around "yet"..I emailed Jamba Juice and of course I never heard anything from Jamba Juice nor from this store..6months passed and my $32 something still not refunded!!Wow..it maybe just $32 for someone but to others its a hard earned money!!Im so disappointed at Jamba Juice that I stopped buying it!! read more

Worst Jamba Juice I have ever gone to. I went there enroute to Northern California. I have food issues and because I have always had a positive experience with Jamba Juice as far as quality of service, food and overall healthy alternative to all the junk food I normally choose Jamba Juice whenever I can fine one. Worst decision I could have made the Sierra Lakes Marketplace store in Fontana Ca so far below expectation I am sorry to say. Order was quickly taken with no problem. 3 people standing behind counter and it wasn't busy so no reason I to think I wouldn't get the same great tasting Mango Medley Bell I have come to expect. Wrong! Absolutely no flavor. The mango must be a fro zen purée which I never knew that before because it was so perfectly blended. After getting my order and getting on the freeway to start eating ( my husband was driving). I stuck my spoon in and as I dug deeper realized the mango was frozen. The outer layer was a little bit more thawed than center but still frozen. Fruit had no flavor and usually I'm asked if I want honey drizzled on but was not asked so unfortunately assumed it was probably automatics. No honey! How disappointing. After reading other poor reviews on this particular store as a loyal Jamba Juice patron please get this store together. Ruined my day. read more
