I absolutely love coming to Jamba Juice in Sierra Lakes, and a huge reason why is the amazing manager, Jesus. Every single time I come in, he goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcomed and taken care of. His customer service is honestly some of the best I've experienced anywhere. He's always friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly understanding -- especially when I'm standing there forever trying to decide what I want because everything tastes so good! Whether I'm craving one of their refreshing smoothies, a delicious açaí bowl, or the Belgian waffles, Jesus always gives great recommendations and makes sure my order comes out perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Even when the store gets busy, he stays calm, positive, and keeps everything running smoothly with a smile on his face. It's rare to find someone who consistently delivers this level of service, and Jesus truly deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does. He makes the entire experience enjoyable and keeps me coming back. If you visit this Jamba Juice location, you'll quickly see why so many customers appreciate him. It becomes a sad moment when your usual, or should I say, everyday place disappoints you enough to never go back. My wife & I have been coming to this Jamba Juice for about a year or so now, and we have always gotten exceptional service from almost everyone that works there. Today 4/8 our experience was ruined. A light skinned African-American girl, I believe her name was Sade, was the pin-pointing example of what a horrible employee is. Not only was she rude & seeming like she did not want to be there but she looked the part too. If you hate your job so much then quit. If you can't at least look a little less messy then stay home. I've seen the way the other workers are and they are all put together but she never seems to be. My wife described it as a rolled out of bed look and a attitude to match it. It saddens me to say we will NEVER be coming back here again. read more

I'm a huge fan of jamba juice! I've been to many different ones and I always get great service and I love their smoothies!!! I've been trying to lose weight and their Orange Carrot Karma smoothy is really helping me do so. What I've been impressed with about jj is how friendly and helpful the servers are. When the nice young lady put the ice cream in a put the carton on the scale I thought for sure she would then go back and add to it. The serving was very short. Normally when they hand pack they use a spade to press the ice cream to the bottom of the container. She didn't do that. She just scooped up a spadefull and laid it on top of the ice cream that was in the container already. The container was hardly full when she put a lid on it and gave me a price. I started to say something but she looked like a minor and I was hardly going to confront a minor over some ice cream. When I got home, I opened it and the serving was sooo short! It was about HALF! We just took one container and scooped it into the other one and made one full quart. There was plenty of room to do this when there should not have been! Guess I just gave them an extra $12 tonight. I left feeling ripped off. I don't like that and don't think I'll ever go back.
