I love pressed juices . The one star is more for the staff and in store experience. It was my first time going to the store and boy was I disappointed. I went into the store at Victoria gardens today around 12:30 PM the store was empty no customers and no staff . They have a fridge with bottled juices I and I didn't see the one I was looking for. So I waited for staff to arrive . I was considering leaving, but I understood they might be busy even though the store was empty. When an employee finally came over, the first thing she said was, "What are you getting?" with no greeting or apology for the wait. I asked which protein juices were available because I didn't see any in the fridge, and instead of helping, she just handed me a menu and said, "They're right there." The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Customer service and basic friendliness go a long way, especially in a place that promotes a positive wellness experience. I walked out . The store is small, organized, clean, and the employees were super nice and helpful. I've tried several of their juices and the Wellness Refreshers - Gut Feeling with probiotics is seriously good. Tastes refreshing and you feel like it's actually doing something good for your health. Just tried the dairy-free chocolate chip soft serve and it was surprisingly delicious -- super smooth and not overly sweet at all. Hit the spot! Next time I'm definitely getting the Dubai Style chocolate sundae and an acai bowl. I love that they use clean ingredients with nothing artificial. Makes me feel way better about indulging a little. I had been wanting to try this place for a while and with the lovely summer we've been having this winter, it felt like a good time to try an açaí bowl! I downloaded their app and created an account quickly and easily. Once I made my selection, I requested a pick up time and paid with Apple Pay. I was greeted upon arrival and asked if I could be helped, but saw my order labeled nicely on the counter. It's a smaller place, with no seating inside, but Victoria Gardens has a good amount of benches along the walkways. I purchased the Açaí Protein Bowl and brought my order home. I really enjoyed the bowl! Everything was so fresh and delicious. Yummy and refreshing on a warm day. We were craving something sweet but didn't want ice cream. This was so satisfying to eat! Fruit pieces were easy to eat by the spoonful and the whey protein puffs added a crunchy texture. The pumpkin seeds were a fun addition since we' ve never had that in an açaí bowl before. If you want try something a little different than the traditional açaí bowls base, I'd definitely go for this one. The base was a perfect blend of the pineapple and coconut milk where no one flavor was over powering. The presentation of the bowl was sooo pretty too. My sister-in-law recently mentioned to me about juicing to lose weight. She happened to have Pressed juices when I was over at the house for their housewarming party. When I saw Pressed Juicery at Victoria Gardens, I was curious and had to drop in to check it out. I was greeted immediately when I got up to the counter. It's a small shop, but very clean and organized. The super nice lady informed me that I was more than welcome to sample any of their juices or fruit bowl flavors. She was very patient with me as I tried 5 different all natural juices. I liked the 3 out of 5. My favs were Strawberry Mango Orange, Spicy Apple Cider, and Citrus 2. They were very refreshing and delicious. I ended up getting their 6 pack bundle mix or match for $35.00... averages to about $6.00 per bottle which isn't too bad. It saves me shopping time, energy, and effort in home juicing on my own. They do have a rewards program, but I didn't sign up at the time... maybe later. If you do sign up, they will give you one shot of juice for free. Yes, it's a shot not a regular bottle. Considering that I work at Victoria Gardens, I really don't visit Pressed too often. However, every single random time I've decided to go in there the staff is TERRIBLE. I genuinely feel so bad for whoever owns this business because I doubt they know how horribly their customers are being treated. If you don't like your job go work somewhere else..it's literally not that hard. The açaí is great but staff is so rude and unwelcoming that I literally will never be coming back here. I tried calling, dead end. I sent an email requesting a refund, and still no answer. The very first bottle I opened tasted bad and fizzy. You can see the bubbles in the images. You think you're trying to do healthy things for you and your family but if they don't properly store or make these drinks, you're just doing more harm than good. Exterior = 5/5 Located in Victoria Gardens, you can park in the structure for free or pay for metered parking directly in front of the store. The outside of the store is nicely decorated, again it is part of a nice outdoor mall so it is great for walking around with your snack or eating on a bench nearby. Interior = 5/5 The store is simple. You enter and they have the cashier on the left, the preparation table on the right, and the juices and shots all lined up in fridges behind the cashier. It is a nice clean display, and the interior lighting is nice a bright. Service = 5/5 Eddie helped me out on my first cleanse, and the next one I decided to do. He is super passionate, knowledgeable, and ensures he answers all your questions before you purchase anything. He shared different materials regarding the cleanses so I felt like I knew which one I would commit to (because the cleanses I chose to do are 3 days long). This is why it is great to talk to someone who actually does the cleanses and can share some details on what to expect based on his own personal experience. Order = 5/5 I have done one cleanse and in the middle of my second cleanse. The cleanses range in difficulty with the first being beginner (highest amount of calories), and increase in difficulty due to less calorie intake. The most popular is Cleanse Two, which I am doing now. I do feel it is harder, and I was even recommended to not workout since that would sap what little energy I could have (which in hindsight, I do appreciate that advice because I feel more tired). Overall the cleanses have been good to me. I cleanse my system and lose some extra weight while I am at it. The drinks themselves are not horrendous in flavor and would actually buy them again even outside of the cleanse. If you are expecting like juice and sweetness - its a no. These are exactly what they say on the bottle. If it says lemon, cayenne, and ginger - it really has all of it and you can taste it. Overall = 5/5 Great place to come get some juices to supplement your meals, or try out a cleanse. Service is great and I recommend coming here. I found a Pressed Juicery at Victoria Gardens when I went there to go to a salad place. Ironic, I know. I tried their Churro Chocolate Sundae and felt instantly addicted. Tonight I drove out there just to get another one, totally worth it! I also got my steps in since it is at an outdoor mall. Today I signed up for their rewards system and also got a free shot. I picked immunity given this time of year it's so easy to catch a cold or flu. Anyhow, back to the delicious goodness that the sundae was. If you have never been, and especially if you are looking for dairy free ice cream, you just might love this spot as much as I do! The place is nice and clean, the only thing that would make it better is some chairs to be able to sit while eating or drinking. Thank you so much! I come here pretty regularly because I love getting a weekly treat so I get the freeze with toppings. I generally have a good experience here but the last time I was here, all I can say is wow (hear my sarcasm?) I came here 2 weeks ago, wanting to get my little treat, around 4 PM. Three girls who looked like they were in their teens were "working" and didn't bother to ask if I needed help after 2-3 minutes; they were gossiping with each other, talking about boys. At first, I was patiently waiting for them to be done but they just kept talking and talking and as soon as an older Caucasian lady walked into the store, they stopped talking to each other and asked if the lady needed assistance. I did not expect this to ever happen to me. What I thought was extremely funny was that the three girls even made eye contact with me and still did nothing to assist me. So far I've tried their individual juices, dairy free freeze and juice cleanses. They are located just to the right of Bath and Body Works. They do offer memberships where you can get better deals. The first time I came in they had a Watermelon juice w/ cucumber (which was apparently being discontinued) for only $2.00! I suppose it was a seasonal summer flavor. I'm not new to juice cleanses and I decided to try their "Cleanse 2" package. When I first tried their Vanilla Freeze (made with dates, pressed almonds, vanilla extract), I wasn't sure if I liked the flavor. Halfway through, I did find myself really liking it. I think it just takes getting used to for your palette to get used to it and appreciate the flavors. Last but not least, I saw that they teamed up with Disney and came out with 2 flavors inspired by Minnie Mouse (Pineapple Greens and Dragonfruit Punch). I ended up getting a Pineapple Greens ($6.50) and it was delicious. Overall, their items are quite pricey, but I still find myself coming in when I'm here when I'm craving a fresh juice. read more

This review is strictly for their freezes. I'm just not a fan. The freezes are dairy free and made from almond milk. The texture is really gritty and not smooth. Also, the flavors are very bland. I sampled a few flavors and honestly I felt obligated to order something after getting samples. I ended up with half matcha and half chocolate with sliced almonds, strawberries, and chocolate chips. Everything was expensive. If you're into boujie cold pressed juice, this place is perfect for you. Luckily I had a grand opening coupon: $2 for any juice, freeze, or hot drink. My wife found cleansing meal/drinks by Pressed Juicery and since I have high cholesterol and am looking for ways to control / lower my numbers by food been getting the cleansing drinks fore a few times. Comes in 6 bottles for the day. Drink 1 every 2 hours and no other food. I feel thats a great way to have your digestive system take a break.
