I feel bad reviewing during a pandemic, but when there's food involved something still has to be said. My fiancé placed a mobile order here, but it saved us no time at all as they just started making it at the estimated completion time when he was walking in to pick it up. When we got our smoothie bowls they were super watery, it looked like they should've gave us straws instead of spoons. So watered down that all the fruit sunk to the bottom and it wasn't even visible. Like I said.. I understand everyone is trying their best during these crazy times, but you have to at least get the order right. It wasn't a smoothie bowl, it was juice with chunks of fruit. This was what it looked like after I ate a few spoons and it was taken only about 5 minutes after picking it up. They're actual smoothies are thicker than this was. Just sharing this so that hopefully the workers will pay extra attention to what they're doing and be able to still give out good quality orders. read more

Had a bad experience at the location on SIERRA & SLOVER, so I went to one on SIERRA HILLS PARKWAY. The customer service was like NIGHT & DAY. I was greeted and acknowledged immediately. The employees were both smiling and super friendly. And when I told them about my bad experience at their other location just 20 minute before, they proceeded to take my order and give it to me 'ON THE HOUSE' for my trouble. Mind you, I didn't tell them my story to get anything for free. I was just marveling at the stark difference between the caliber of customer service at both locations. But they insisted they wanted to make up for my bad experience. And they absolutely did. It was some tall brunette working what it seemed alone and she had no sense of urgency had such a rude " hate my job" tone to her voice and in making the drinks! Jamba Juice makes good smoothies most of the time. This time it was good. The problem I had was when I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and the soap dispenser was broken, not on the wall, with no soap inside it. With all these signs, it shows Jamba Juice doesn't think using soap for washing your hands is important. This has to be one of the worst of the Jamba Juice chains. This particular location is ALWAYS out of something important to make smoothies, or they're not open at the time they are supposed to be. This morning I arrived at 7:30am, they are supposed to be open at 7:00am and I go to walk inside and the doors are locked and no one is inside. I usually love this place but I'll never go back to this location again. The last time I came here, one the cashiers was super rude to me and then made my smoothie completely watery. I would love to say that this hateful act was an accident, but it was definitely on purpose. As soon as my boyfriend and I came into the store and walked up to the counter, the girl at the register smiled at him like she'd never seen a man before and was extremely polite and sweet asking him what he wanted. After my boyfriend ordered and before I could tell her my own order, she quickly gave him the total to which he replied "Oh and whatever my girlfriend wants." and looked at me. Expecting the girl to turn to me, I began to give her my order but received zero eye contact and heard only a slight sneer under the girls breathe. She stared at my boyfriend the entire time! Being the polite person I am, I brushed it off and sat down by my friend while she flirtatiously gave my boyfriend his total and continued to ignore me. To add insult to injury, she then flashed my boyfriend a "dazzling" smile handing him a flawless, full, thick, and perfect smoothie while having prepared mine as watery, gross, and shorted. What exactly did I do to deserve this? I was so outraged I wanted to complain right then and there but my boyfriend wouldn't let me probably fearing I would cause a scene because I was so upset. I don't know the girls name because my boyfriend hid the receipt but I know she had tan skin, dark hair, and was on the skinny side. This happened back in August & I just now remembered to post about it so I don't know if she still works there but I wouldn't even bothering chancing it. Honestly, I was sad that my now, local Jamba, did not WOW me on my first visit here. I've been a huge fan of Jamba for several years, and am always thoroughly impressed with their level of service, and obviously, they're delicious drinks & treats! So needless to say, that when I found out they'd opened another location close to home, I scurried over there to check it out. I am sad to report, this Jamba doesn't live up to Jamba standards. First off, I know first-hand that Jamba employees are the bubbliest, nicest people around. I show up to this Jamba and am not greeted in normal Jamba fashion. Which, ok, that's fine. A person, I assumed was the manager, was sitting at a table in the waiting area, and was talking to the employees behind the counter that were working on drinks. There were only 2 other customers ahead of me, and yet I waited what seemed like 15 minutes for ONE drink. There was a lot of conversation going back and forth between the employees, and I was pretty annoyed considering they didn't seem to have any sense of urgency for the customers waiting. The girl ahead of me ordered two drinks, and I could hear her mom telling her to go ask what was taking so long. If I'm ever in need of a Jamba fix, I'll head toward North Fontana's Jamba. read more

First, let me say that this one "star" is for the young ladies that made my bowl the night of the 11/27. Awesome! However, as often as I come to this location (at least once a week), I had the worst experience today. When I ordered my bowl this time, this is the first time I was not allowed to get the left overs. The floor staff was polite (the ONE that was there), but I asked to speak to the Manager for a rationale. Her reply was "It's a corporate rule, not mine!" I continued to ask her if it made sense that they would pour the entire smoothie in my bowl and offer me another bowl with the toppings since they now wouldn't fit? This doesn't seem cost efficient when the left overs would be washed down the drain. The Manager's (her name is Priscilla) reply was that she has more work to do so she couldn't continue our conversation. Very rude! This isn't the first incident at this location, but the first I wanted to report. Since I am in Management at a prestigious health organization, maybe some management courses, conflict resolution, and/or crucial conversation classes would improve management customer service.
