I love going into Jamba Juice. It reminds me of the television show Cheers where everyone knows you. I am a regular and like my drinks a certain way. I am very impressed with all of the staff. This morning while I was ordering Marcus noticed that I forgot to make a substitution in my drink that he knew I liked and he asked me if I wanted to make the substitution. I also no longer have to make entire orders and just tell them that I want a particular drink the way I like it and they know how to make it perfect for me. My family and I love jamba juice. I've been going to it since I've been young and so have my brother and sisters. It's a great place to stay healthy and just enjoy a nice cold beverage. Just recently I visited this specific jamba juice for the first time, and I decided- hey, why not write a very detailed review about it on Yelp and share my experience with many others! So I'll start from the beginning.. the moment I walk in the store, I get a very warm greeting making you feel like you're more of a guest than a customer. I glance around and I see the staff moving swiftly and ice being thrown in the air and caught in the blenders and it just seemed like everyone was having a blast doing what they do! The line was pretty long, but they had two registers which helped move the line along pretty smoothie-ly. (Hah, get it?) The employee was more than helpful suggesting smoothies since I was looking to try something a tad-bit different or perhaps customize my own jamba blend. In the end, I got the protein berry with peanut butter and blueberries.. and boy, was it delicious! The store overall looked like a very clean place, and the smell of fresh squeezed oranges smacks your face the moment you walk in. Smells very appetizing! Once I ordered my smoothie, I waited on the side for my beverage to be ready and despite the amount of people in the lobby, it took no longer than two minutes for my beverage to be ready. The guy handing me my smoothie seemed very friendly and asked me how my day was coming along as I waited for my smoothie. Another attribute I love about jamba- the employees are so friendly and quick! Everyone seems to be moving in a timely matter motivated to get their guests out as soon as possible. So my overall experience was pretty satisfying and I will definitely be returning to this jamba juice some time soon! read more

This will be a short review, but had to write one on this location. Let me start off by saying my experiences at the three Jamba Juices location in South Florida I visited were excellent. Only wish one was closer to my home. That being the reason I decided to write a review on this location was mainly for the customer services. The young ladies that were working at this location were lively, personable, funny and interactive. They greeted all the guest with a happy welcome to Jamba Juice and appeared very excited to serve the customers. Not only did you receive a warm welcome, but a very nice have a great day. It's hard to screw up straight juice. Therefore, because the carrot produced juice when squeezed, they get a point. This location in particular is run by young kids. Well I normally think that's great, my experience there has been less than great. I ordered and paid for two large carrot juices. I received one and then their machine broke. I said just give me orange juice or something else, because I need to go. The young man who worked there just stared at me with the scared look and said, "but you ordered carrot juice". I replied "Correct, but you cannot give me the rest of the carrot juice I ordered, correct?" The young man said, "no we can't make carrot juice anymore today." I replied, "precisely, so I'll take something else in exchange and be on my way. Or just give me a refund." He said he was not able to give me a refund because he was not a manager, but could not give me anything but carrot juice because that is what I paid for. Your staff is unintelligent and not well-trained. I hope this circulates. Because taking somebody's money and refusing them a refund after not being able to provide the goods is technically not legal. I will not be back and I have let everyone in my five story office building know as well. If you are hiring a certain type of employee to get a tax credit, put that somewhere on a sign so customers know what they are dealing with when they go to your store. read more

If you have read any of my other reviews, Jamba Juice is one of my favorites. I love smoothies. Acai is my weakness. I just found out that I can get Acai in my bowls which is great. In fact, I found out you can change the ingredients in smoothies if you don't want one. I used to order the Acai Super Antioxidant with soy milk - which I don't really like. Now that they have coconut water, you can sub the coconut water for the soymilk. It has added to the taste and health value of my smoothies. The service is always excellent and just overall, a great experience. read more

My daughter wanted to get an acai bowl at Jamba Juice located at the Coral Ridge mall. After ordering an acai bowl and a watermelon smoothie I paid the cashier who was not friendly at all. Within seconds, my son changed his mind and wanted a watermelon hydration bowl. I asked the cashier if we could change the order and pay the difference. She looked at her co-worker, huffed and grimaced, then paused. I asked, "is it an issue to change the order?" She replied, "yes, it is a problem." She looked upset, so I said, "forget it, just make the smoothie." She had not even started making the smoothie so didn't understand what the issue was. Once the order was completed, I asked the same rude girl if I could have a bag to take home the acai bowl. She, once again, rolled her eyes and looked so inconvenienced to reach back to get a bag. She reluctantly gave me a bag, which was the smallest bag they had. I have to rank your store tops for rudeness. This woman needs to find a new line of work. She was rude, arrogant, nasty and appeared lazy. We would visit this location often and never will I come to your store again. Customer service is key and this store is the benchmark of RUDENESS with customers. That woman is one nasty individual. read more

Excellent service. I come in to this jamba juice location and a few others on a weekly basis with my family but this location is definitely the fastest. My family and I order and are out of there within a few minutes of entering the place! Firstly I want to say we are always greeted with a smile and a happy and excited team. Any question you ask the clerk they have the answer for- whether its information on the nutritional facts or just a good smoothie to recommend. I would recommend jamba juice to everyone. The staff here is what brings mr back every time!
