The store is clean is bright. There is a table that seats 4-5, bar seating and outdoor tables. To place an order, there are 2 kiosks and a register. The ladies working were busy but no so much that they couldn't welcome patrons. Overall, the service was unremarkable. My daughter ordered the Coffee Dream Machine and likes it. I ordered the Caribbean Passion. My husband has been wanting Jamba Juice since we moved away from CA years ago. This was literally a last minute find as we were about to get on the interstate to head 4 hours back to our home in MS. I look over as we were waiting on the light to change and saw this place. We made a quick stop and it definitely made his day. Well this is the second time I have gone here and they did not do what I asked. I am tired of these young kids arguing and purposely not following instructions. Yesterday i asked for a smoothie to not include the bananas and Greek yogurt in this drink. First two sips I did not taste it. After leaving and going down the road that nasty yogurt flavor came up. Ugh. I do not like the taste of spoiled milk. That is what yogurt is to me. I am sorry but I can taste this flavor and I do not like it. I asked for this to be removed and they laughed saying no one can taste this. Again, WRONG!!! you have lost me and my family as customers. I was really surprised and impressed with the Smoothie that I had: Acai something. It has Strawberries in it. When I placed my order I made sure to tell them twice "NO STRAWBERRIES"! They obliged!! They will make your smoothie with adjustments. I was very happy because I hadn't eaten anything in the morning and was really getting hangry. I'm a creature of habit and typically get the Razzmatazz. I love raspberries and it has a little sour bite to it so it's great. I've heard about this franchise for a while so this was my first experience. They have a huge minute with the ability to customize things. I have a strawberry allergy so I had to mix things to make sure it worked. The employee was very knowledgeable and knew what would work to give the same experience even with the substitutions. When I made my New Years resolution to eat healthier, I found Jamba Juice in my search!! The menu was full of options, and I asked the sweet girl Stephanie at the counter what she recommends and she told me to try a Caribbean Passion! I've heard about wheatgrass shots too so I ordered that as well. Stephanie rang in my order and her and the other sweet girl Sarah made it so quick! I am in Franklin often and love Jamba Juice. Every time I come here there is always something wrong. I ask to have my smoothie run through twice so I don't get lumps. When I make it at home I run it through once and never have lumps, but always get lumps from here. Also need consistency in pricing, my drink cost something different every time even though it has the same ingredients. Customer service is bad most days as well. Convenient location to stop off at for a quick morning boost. We don't have a JJ in Huntsville so it was nice to see a familiar juice spot as in the west coast. I was looking forward to Pumpkin Smash all year, but now I'm addicted to the Pumpkin Almond Milk Smoothie. We recently got jamba juice delivered and the açaí bowl my friend got looked just like it should but myself and another friend got the vanilla blue sky bowl and it was literally soup with hardly any toppings. 2 blueberries, 3 strawberries, and a tiny sprinkle of granola and coconut on mine. This Jamba Juice is so nice. Every time I go I see either Stephanie and Sarah and they always great me happily. Stephanie sees me so much she knows my order as soon as I walk in and it's so nice when I'm in a rush! My first time to try this after a friends suggestion. I ordered the veggie drink first with beets, carrots, spinach and other assorted vegetables. I like all those items but not mix together, it was to earthy flavored for me. The server was nice enough to see you my displeasure when I took a few sips and she offered to make me something else at no charge. I was very excited to try Jamba Juice for the first time, and I must admit that I had the hardest time deciding which smoothie to get. I ended up going with a fruit and veggie combo which was pretty good. I know that Jamba Juice is healthier than some other smoothie options so that may be why it did not taste as sweet as what I am used to. Nevertheless the smoothies are done very quickly and the service is much better than some other smoothie joints. I'll be excited to try more smoothie options! read more
