The employees are extremely rude, I walked in with closed bags of food while I attempted to buy yogurt, before I even walked in the store, I was instructed to leave the store. I was not going to eat there, I was just going to buy frozen yogurt for three little girls. They were quick to judge, and asked me to leave only because they saw bags of food. They didn't have a sign, no outside food, etc. I would have not bought anything for me, and I didn't, but I kept my promise to my girls and bought their frozen yogurt and left, I spoke to the manager and she was young and didn't care about my complain. Food: 5/5 I love the fresh yogurts, toppings, and the syrups! I tried probably a little bit of each lol and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our cups. Price: 4/5 We spent 12.00 for two cups. Pricy? My last review here was from 3 years ago and things have changed, a lot. I have come here a few more times and their ice cream is super soft, and not in a good way, looks like it doesn't freeze well and comes out too soft. One time I left because of this and I went back today and ice cream is still the same consistency. Since covid they don't allow you to add your own toppings, other Yogurtlands allow you to now, but not this one. And they don't have whipped cream or the hard shell chocolate. Mom and I came around 7:15 or so and wanted dessert after dinner and we saw Yogurtland, so we stopped by. My mom wanted to sample one of the flavors and one of the staff members was assisting a family adding the toppings, so when my mom asked, he said they don't allow taste tests (the little paper cups) anymore, but the amazing Ryan that was working on another task (cleaning the yogurt machines) overheard my mom and I saying that that didn't make any sense and he said he'll get her a spoon to taste test the flavor she wanted to try. Ryan stopped what he was doing and got my mom a spoon and once we were done getting our yogurt to get our toppings, the other employee was still assisting the family, so Ryan took it upon himself to help us out. Ryan went above and beyond for my mom and I tonight and it made my night. People like Ryan deserve more. He kept the place clean for the customers as they were closing up for the night. Very clean and modern. I received a coupon to come to this location and since I work near by I decided to drop by during lunch. There's plenty of parking and no wait. They even had a section to add chamoy or chili onto the fruits for the yogurt. Haven't seen that at any other yogurtland ! The staff was friendly and informative when I asked about the coupon. Would recommend the original tart, that's my go to. They also had a pear tart flavor that tasted like cherimoya. Will get that next time ! read more

Fro-yo girl here. I just attended the grand opening celebration at Yogurtland Huntington Park. The shop opened about a month ago at Pacific Bellgrave Center but today it had free froyo, prizes, giveaways, an appearance by the Laker Girls, etc. Since I was interested in the free froyo, I came early. The line wasn't too bad and it was well-organized. They only let in a few people at a time. This location has a newer, more eco-friendly look. The wall of froyo looks like light wood. There are 16 self-serve flavors a day with toppings for 49 cents an ounce. I didn't see whipped cream, fruit purees or syrups but they might not have had them out because of the grand opening. They only had a few kinds of toppings available during the event. I was surprised that they didn't have Pumpkin Whip. It's October. They did have the returning favorite, Almond Midnight Mocha froyo. I was disappointed that they only had one tart flavor. I went in Monday 8/23 , as I was walking in I heard loud screaming coming from behind the yogurt machines. I believe it was the manager screaming and cursing at her employees over some almonds. I was very skeptical about going to this location considering the reviews were not that great. I like options and from the reviews I wasn't getting a large options vibe. I ended up going in despite them and to my surprise my experience was pleasant overall. It's very clean and they had like 12 or more different flavors or froyo! They had spring flavors like raspberry whites chocolate and pistachio almond which were very delicious. My favorite was definitely the sea salt caramel. They also had plenty toppings to choose from like chocolate, cookies, fruit, sprinkles, nuts and many sauces to top it off with including whip cream. This is my to-go Yogurtland location! Out of all the Yogurtlands Huntington park has never disappointed me! Really nice employees and excellent customer service especially a young gentleman who always works Monday mornings named Gerardo who mentioned he was a shift lead of the store. He is very kind and attentive and always provides the Perfect amount of toppings , every time I'm assisted by him I am left satisfied as he mentioned the stores goal was to have happy guests and I am one of them! I always tend to visit every Monday mornings since Gerardo mentioned he usually is working around those times, he always has a clean store which is important when visiting a eating/food area! I visited this location during their opening month. I took my daughter and she didn't like the yougurt flavor she chose. I tasted it and I found it to be unpleasant as well. (We were not offered samples) Upon asking if we could change it, the cashier said she would have to issue a refund and then charge me for the new one. I agreed but between the two employees at the register they didn't really seem like they knew what they were doing. Needless to say that "refund" never made it back to my card. It was only $6 but it's the principal of the matter. Although even after we selected another flavor the yougurt was simply not good. We haven't been back and are not planning to do so. The lady at the register was very friendly and helpful. I did find the store to be a bit messy. Almost all the machines had froyo at the base. The flavor I actually came in for (Dragon fruit) was completely watery. I told the cashier and she immediately went into action to fix the machine. She asked if I could wait 2 minutes which I did because I was watching the Dodger game. Once the time was up and Im pretty sure it was more than 2 minutes, the froyo was now at a thicker consistancy. To be exact it was too thick now to the point I couldnt get enough for the small cup. I ended up leaving empty handed. I will not be going back. They are verry verry lazy at this place I specifically came here for the launch of the new kit Kat flavor, and they told us that it will be next week, when it came out yesterday ??? And then I wanted tart flavor and then they said that if I wanted tart I have to wait till tomorrow , I'm assuming she told us that cuz she didn't feel like filling up the tart when she still had 3 hours before they closed and what the yogurt land truck is gonna come tomorrow and fill them with tart like if they don't have any at the back .??
