Posted on IG 9/24/2024…read more Taco Number Three from #latimes101besttacos @latimesfood This was another gem recommended by @danielledorky and I ordered everything she suggested-the carne al carbon taco (I also got a sope because according to Yelp, they are known for them) and the Apache Agua Fresca, a mix of horchata, jamaica, and fresa. Carbon asada is cooked over coals so adds a taste of char which, combined with the house made tortilla, was perfect!! The sope was amazing. Plus, it was covered in lettuce so it was healthy!!!! (I absolutely loved the agua fresca too. What a great flavor mix. I'm not sure when I'll be back to #apachescarnesalcarbon because I still have 98 more tacos to try, but it's definitely on my list of keepers and recommendations.

The food was absolutely delicious and the Michelada hit the spot perfectly The service overall was great from beginningtoend. I was also told that the restaurant is under new ownership and that starting April 23, 2026 they will be having live Mexican music every Thursday night.
