I really hope corporate is paying attention because this isn't the first time this location has had problems. Several times I've been there be they are out of something. It's like the staff doesn't care about running a business and they're all fucking around. When you run out of something, the manager goes and gets it! You're in a parking lot of a grocery store or you drive to Trader Joes or whatever. It's LA, you have everything you need fairly close. I don't know if that's why they closed early, but I'm surprised they run out of anything since it takes them 20 minutes to make a drink. But I'm glad, in retrospect they were closed because I have seen people handling money and not washing their hands and cutting fruit. I told my bf to go to Roebucks, but he was already at the Ralph's. This place is taking up space that a well kept restaurant could thrive in. Instead it's some millennial generation "we don't give a fuck so why should you" zone. And they can't even stay open for that! read more

Parking is usually easiest in the underground structure as the entrance level is usually occupied by people who can't understand what the white lines mean and put themselves into two spaces. I love Jamba Juice but found the employees here disinterested in their job. When you walk up to the register, I have no idea if you're ready to help me or not. Staring at me then giving me the "well?" look after 30 seconds isn't what I'd call being helpful. Other than that, you know what you're getting at a Jamba Juice though I found it odd my cup was a good 1/2" less full than at other locations. Always good smoothies, always fast service. The acai bowl is pretty awesome. I only wish they had more places to sit here. They have the floor space but they just have one gigantic table in the center of the room taking up all the space. It makes things awkward too. Really good fruit smoothies, super friendly fast service, clean and pleasant. Parking can be a bitch, but if you're lucky you'll nab a spot in the surface lot, then you can do your grocery shopping at Ralph's, hit Jamba Juice and pick up a sandwich from Jersey Mike's for later. Just wanted to take a second to show appreciation for this store. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I've never visited the store and left unhappy, they remember me by name and always know my usual order, always being quick to start it if they see me come in! They're genuine and suggest actual great products instead of always seeming to be "pushed" to upsell, I've never been disappointed when taking a recommendation! I went in Tuesday morning to switch it up from Starbucks and the menu has expanded so much I asked Mana a couple of questions about the menu that she was unable to answer, (Oh and for it being 9:00am in the morning meaning they were only open for what? No more than 2 hours. She was so sluggish and so over it, as if she had just gone through a full shift) I asked her the difference between calories and she made it seem like the classic were the same as the veggie and fruit only smoothies, so what's the difference!? so I asked her fine what's your favorite and she answered "well they're all good" yes! But I need help deciding! That wasn't even the aggravating part... I'm standing right there, no one else is in the shop. And Mara turns to her co worker some other Hispanic guy and tells him "she asked about everything what the hell! I don't know!" THATS YOUR JOB! I work with costumers and you should at leassast have the decency to talk shit when they walk out of the place. Nope she chose to do it right then and here! So disrespectful, un classy, and puts a really bad rep to Jamba because why would I want to go in there again after being shamed for simply asking for help. I used to live right next to this location, so I went often, but now I think it's time to commute a little farther if I want a jamba fix. I went to this location on Friday 8/5/22 at around 1:15PM to get an Orange C booster smoothie. I was litterly THE ONLY CUSTOMER in the location at this time, and I was waiting by the register for someone to take my order. 2 Employees were there, but they were making a bunch of Smoothies and ignoring me. Finally, after about 5 minutes one of the employees said with attitude "oh, sorry, we are backed up with online orders, it will be 20-30 minutes". I then said "Im sorry, I just want to order one smoothie to go if thats possible". This employee then YELLED "I said 20-30 minutes". I then said "wait a minute, so you are telling me that an acutal face to face customer is less important then on line orders"? She then yelled backed "yes, we go by who pays 1st". Again, I was the only physical customer in the store. I walked out in disbelief. I get that they they may have been backed up with on line orders and such, but you always take care of each customer especially walk ins that may be regular customers. One of my favs in the area! The staff is ridiculously friendly and welcoming. And the locations never too crowded

On this particular morning my girlfriend and I were craving a bagel and a sausage muffin of some sort. Our first attempt was quickly discouraging as the line of this establishment was coming out the front door to the parking lot so we quickly deferred. Next stop was hopeful until the automatic doors slide open and we are quickly discouraged yet again as it's complete madness- and I mean 65 people plus in all lines. One would think third times a charm but not in this fiction story. We see this beautiful illustration of an açaí a bowl from 60 meters so we decide to walk towards it. We find ourselves finally feeling that we arrived to our destination. In fact there were fresh bagels and turkey wraps waiting to meet its demise. The guest in front of us finally finishes and we are welcomed by this sweet young girl. I communicate my order and it was something like 8.70 or so not including tax and not including a drink. At that moment I was so hungry I had not thought of it. I ask for the total and it equates to something in the 9 dollar range. I hand the young lady a $50 dollar bill. She immediately denotes a strong concern in her facial expression and it now makes me feel uncomfortable. She kindly states that she can't break this(Totally understandable it's early in the morning in the shift and the til probably doesn't have that much change, but it has smaller bills. and speaking from past experience and working a job just like that). Her Manager was directly behind me interviewing an individual and the employee calls him over and he stated that they can't break a bill like that, and suggested I walk over to the grocery store and have them break it for me. I was immediately taken away for a moment at his response. I couldn't believe I couldn't purchase breakfast with the only cash I had. It was a 50 dollar bill. The change is not that big of a concern and it shouldn't have been difficult to purchase the items with legal tender. I was turned down for trying to pay with cash? I was furious. I respectfully and kindly responded that I chose to come here after all the madness I had gone through, and 38 dollars in change shouldn't have been the issue. It is 2018 and that can't be given to me in change for whatever reason. I believe that when good is done it should be known and there is nothing here that your store leader that morning demonstrated. After listening to them tell me no, over and over again- I tell him I'll take small change it's not a big deal. This is simple thinking, this is simple math, simple customer service and not even that was able to deliver. I repeated thrice, that I would take 1 dollar and 5 dollars in change. He couldn't even do that. 38 dollars in change can be broken down into so many ways. This is something your employee fails to recognize. I was furious and I will make sure to not ever go back. I can't believe that this kind of leadership and thinking are what drives stores like this. The three times I was communicating I'd settle for whatever change at that point he thought I had been saying to him and his employee if it was ok to pay in 1'sand 5's. At that point I took my money and walked out. Really makes you question listening skills. Horrible experience. read more

I am a loyal Jamba customer in ALL locations but this one. The "manager", Bradley Pierce is a rude, condescending, amateur SOUP NAZI who's sole job skill is treating the people he waits on as if they were children. His demeanor towards his employees is only slightly better. I tried to engage him on one occasion and quickly his whole attitude became one of showing me he didn't care about my opinion about his store as a customer. He began to belittle and engage in off putting lack of professionalism or decorum. On several different occasions I went out of my way to visit this store and on EVERY one of them his attitude was EXACTLY the same. I gave him a second chance and he BLEW IT COMPLETELY. I wouldn't work for him. I wouldn't recommend him for a job ANYWHERE. I MIGHT keep visiting other Jambas but this is a perfect example of WHO NOT TO HIRE OR PROMOTE as a person of authority in a public business. read more
