This is the closest Jamba Juice from my work, so I usually drop in from time to time to grab a drink when I miss out on breakfast in the mornings. The girls that work here are always friendly. There has never been a time where I've visited this place and was not greeted with a smile. The service is quick too. I don't have to wait long before I get my Mango A Go Go and I'm out the door. Only bad thing about this Jamba Juice is the parking spaces in the shopping plaza. It's crowded and small. So if you drive anything but a compact vehicle, park with care. You just might have to do a sideways mambo to squeeze back into your car! read more

Dear new trainee,(Amanda I believe was her name) When I ordered a smoothie today, I specifically told the cashier that I was allergic to soy and chocolate. This is not just a little diet that I am on, I AM ALLERGIC. Meaning closed throat, vomiting, and a recovery time of 3 days (If I get to the hospital in time). That being said, I ordered a medium peanut butter mood. I requested to have it subbed with almond milk and extra peanut butter. It tasted pretty good. Until the cramping started. Followed by vomiting. And now me writing this angry review on Yelp because the store is closed am I can't get a refund until tomorrow. Jamba Juice has quickly become one of my favorite stops before work. They are convenient and the prices aren't bad. I really like their all-fruit smoothies. No ice cream. No dairy. Just fruit and ice. They have these new salads and tortilla wraps now that are amazing. When you get an original size smoothie, they give you $2 off a salad or a wrap. Not bad. I've had the Greens and Grains wrap, the Chimichurri Chicken wrap and the Israeli Cous Cous and Produce salad. All were really good, but the Greens and Grains wrap is my favorite. It is a spinach tortilla with quinoa, hummus, lettuce, jicima, red bell pepper and a garlicy vinaigarette that is to die for. The employees are always so friendly here, and the place is always clean, considering how dumpy the area is. Thanks guys! read more

The experience that I had at this Jamba Juice was similar to what I have had at other locations. I ordered, the staff called out my smoothie when it was ready, and then I sat down and drank it. I got a medium BananaBerry smoothie, which I have settle on as being my favorite Jamba Juice flavor. The Razzmatazz flavor is a close second, but is edged out by the slightly sweeter BananaBerry. Ordering was quick and easy. I was surprised how fast my smoothie was ready. I was then able to easily find seating as no one else was sitting inside. My only complaint is that they do not have a restroom open to the public. I had a good overall experience here. I will definitely visit again the next time I am in the area and craving something fruity and creamy. read more

The only reason this place didnt get a better rating from me was because of the service. I generally always order a Tropical greens juice, and because I can never really remember their sizing (at the location back near my house, Manhattan Beach), I always just ask them for "the largest size" which I think is the 21 oz???? I was passing by this location, so out of convenience, stopped in and did them same thing. Ordered 2 Tropical greens juice in the largest size (had a bogo coupon so I didn't really pay attention to the price of what I usually pay) and waited for my drinks and out came 2 of the medium sized cups. I look bewildered and asked "is that the biggest size?" because my usual spot always gives me the large cup and i get the response "that's the biggest size for the juice." I shrug it off and leave thinking that maybe my usual spot is just nice to me because I come in a lot. The next time I go into my usual spot, I ask about it and they tell me, on the menu the juice sizes only list the small and medium, but you can definitely get the large...so there's that. read more

I visited this location when I was nearby for the Curry Festival, so it was quite crowded. The line went by fairly quickly and I ordered the Cheddar Tomato Twist since I was starving and needed a quick snack. I waited for about `0 minutes and my friends who ordered their drinks after me, got their drinks before I got my twist. Hmmm, what? All they have to do is stick the twist in the mini oven and heat it for like 20 seconds. I went up to the counter to one of the girls making a drink and complained to her. She apologized and quickly got a twist and stuck it in the oven. After it was heated, she apologized again and gave me a "Free 16 oz. Jamba Juice" card! I was kind of annoyed that I waited so long to get my twist but the card totally made the annoying-ness go away hahah. Eh, I thought that was pretty cool and nice of her. The only negative is that the restroom line took FOREVER 'cause I had to wait for my friends who were waiting in line to do their thing. Turns out they were cleaning the restroom... and then it didn't help that one of the girls was changing into another outfit and took forever to do it. Annoying. read more

Not the greatest Jamba I've been to. It wasn't god awful, but since Jamba up until this point could do no wrong, this place fell short. It was pretty empty but it took FOR-EV-ER to get our drinks. No idea why considering there were four people behind the counter. Then when I got mine it had been made in a used blender, so my matcha green tea blast tasted of bananas and strawberries. Luckily I'm not allergic. I have friends that are so I immediately worry that this may be an issue there. It could be me freaking out for nothing though. While traveling back and forth from WeHo to Silverlake, I always find myself in need of something at the grocery store. Of course that puts me square at the Ralphs on Hollywood and Western. With that, I frequently visit the shopping center's Jamba Juice. You would think 10 out of 10 times, Jamba is Jamba no matter where you go. It's a chain, which means you know what you're getting and can rely on consistency. Butttttttt... this Jamba is more like 7 out of 10 times. The last 3 visits. I repeat the LAST 3 visits to this location, I walked in to find that they had no oranges. YOU are a juice bar, how do you not have the most basic product that is needed for you to function. To make it worse, you're in a grocery shopping center, can't you grab some petty cash and go buy a few dozen bags of oranges to hold you over? Seriously, nothing more annoying than expecting consistency, and getting the complete opposite. Ughhhhh. Never going back. read more

I am giving this Jamba Juice a 2 because I went in the other day and was not happy. The employees were screwing around behind the counter. Some of (what I hope were) employees who seemed to be off work cam in in regular clothes, with their hair down (health code violation) and made themselves smoothies. One of them made mine and didn't even fill the medium cup up all the way. I wanted to say something but was so appalled by the lack of professionalism. I was wondering if there is a way to report this to management. I was shocked mostly because I work customer service myself and have long understood that my actions behind the desk/ counter are always being watched by customers. Oh really? Open until 8:30? My bf stopped by to get a smoothie for me because I was ill. It was 7:55 and the doors were locked. I really hope corporate is paying attention because this isn't the first time this location has had problems. Several times I've been there be they are out of something. It's like the staff doesn't care about running a business and they're all fucking around. When you run out of something, the manager goes and gets it! You're in a parking lot of a grocery store or you drive to Trader Joes or whatever. It's LA, you have everything you need fairly close. I don't know if that's why they closed early, but I'm surprised they run out of anything since it takes them 20 minutes to make a drink. But I'm glad, in retrospect they were closed because I have seen people handling money and not washing their hands and cutting fruit. I told my bf to go to Roebucks, but he was already at the Ralph's. This place is taking up space that a well kept restaurant could thrive in.
