I love the food here. Their froyo is by far the best in LA. Ambiance is always somewhat quaint and comforting, but when it's rush hour, the service quality is absolutely terrible. Why does this specific Pinkberry love to train their new workers when the lines are incredibly long? We waited in line for half an hour and were faced with an incredibly unenthusiastic new employee and a snarky supervisor. It was also not great to have seen some old friends and having to wait in line with them for so long so awkwardly because the staff decided it was ok to be so slow with everyone. read more

We love our neighborhood PinkBerry - the staff is alway extremely friendly and helpful. They max out at 5 flavors total to choose from, but they have all the best toppings and the froyo quality is consistently top notch. The decor is fun and they keep it clean. Pinkberry brings back so many great memories. Although there aren't as many locations these days, I'm glad this business is still around because they offer some of the best frozen yogurt. The toppings are always fresh, and the place is consistently clean. Plus, parking is convenient right in front. Rude customer service occasionally have nice employees for example the lady who helped last night was super kind however, tonight they purposely didn't answer the phone and if you go In few minutes before closing they won't acknowledge you. Came by thursday night 1/15 around 6pm and had the sweetest experience. Tried the original tart with the crunchy chocolate topping, was super delicious. I had a brief interaction with one of the staff working this night who was so sweet and so patient as she was helping me with checking out. I love the nostalgia of this location (2000s pop-modern) but I'm begging for the owner to put some love back into it. So many pocket lights that are burned-out or hanging out of their socket, pendant lights with different bulb temperatures (and some with exposed wiring at the plate), and dirty, seemingly non-functional pulldown shades. This place is where I first tried frozen yogurt and I instantly fell in love with it. I remember when this place first opened up. At the time, Pinkberry was SO POPULAR. It was a new thing and they were always busy. Many years and many copycats later, this shop is still open and still gets very busy sometimes especially when school lets out. Many different yogurt flavors to try like hazelnut, mango, pomegranate, kiwi strawberry, but my favorite is still the original. Several different sizes to choose from (4). I highly recommend the mini if you are concerned about calories and cost. Many toppings to choose from: fruit, candy, honey, etc... They are really good about piling on the toppings. Few seats inside, but with COVID-19, not allowed at this time. Postmates can pick it up and deliver it to you if you choose. Parking is an issue though because this mini-strip mall has to share it with a nail salon, coffee shop, tutoring place, and a pet shop. Pinkberry is the first yogurt shop that I remember ever trying and it is still amazing today! Plain tart is flavorful and healthy- yes, I said it, healthy dessert. There's three sizes to choose from, I believe they have waffle cones as well though I assume you might have to eat it quick or else the cone will fall apart fast. They also have plenty of toppings to choose from- strawberry, mango and sliced almonds are my go to! If you are looking for a healthy pick me up in the afternoon, this is your spot! Rushed here to make it before closing which is listed at 10pm. It is also listed on google that it closes at 10pm. Mistakes happen, but I mentioned it to a friend in passing and she said it's been incorrectly listed for at least a month so that doesn't get a pass. Having the hours listed incorrectly is one of my biggest peeves. I will say their service is ok and the employees for the most part aren't really friendly, so as angry as I am right now that I drove for 20 minutes to get here and will drive another 20 minutes to get home, I'm not going to rate the place based off of one encounter so I'll give it a 2. Who doesn't love yogurt?! Pink berry was a massive trend for years and now it's macaroons and cupcakes. I noticed my local pink berry closed so my only alternative is this one in silver lake. The two good thing about this location is parking (has to own lot) and when I always get a take home (they jam the container full of yogurt goodness). When it's hot and warm it's best to quench your body with a Pinkberry. Pinkberry is the original frozen yogurt shop that has grown to over 100 stores across the country. This store is at Los Feliz section of LA by Hyperion ave on a small plaza. Parking lot space is very, very limited. The shop's interior space was very small with limited capacity to 6 people. Upon entry you'll have your temperature check by a free standing temp machine. Just put your hand (palm facing) in front of the sensor and it will give you a reading. After a long hard day's work, I was craving for a frozen yogurt. The staff, a woman, gave a perfunctory greeting as I enter the store. She was assiduous and competent. They have cones and different cup sizes. I ordered a medium size cup of Watermelon Lime Yogurt with five toppings (mochi, mango, raspberry, rainbow cereal and sprinkles). It was refreshing and light and sweet in flavor. Overall, I had a good order experience and loved my Pinkberry yogurt. Highly recommend Pinkberry. read more

I LOVE pink berry YOGURT and been a fan since day one. All the other frozen yogurt places don't do it for me. Their ORIGINAL flavor is a must try, im hooked. I'm so happy there's one local to me because most of the places closed and I don't see why that is. Their fruit is fresh along with any other toppings. Basically nods that they're no longer accepting anyone... you're kidding. First off working as a retailer myself. You NEVER do that. I don't care if you're trying to leave a few minutes early to get home cause you're sick of being at work. You don't do that to paying customers. Especially without notifying them not to waste their time standing in line. Absolutely ridiculous. You accept everyone that has been standing in line prior your closing time because that's the right thing to do. This is what happens when you put a bunch of unprofessional young kids to work at night.
