The ambience of the entire place was amazing. The machines were very clean and well maintained. On top of that, there was a handsome young man named with glasses served me the best toppings for my yogurt! I think his name tag said Jesse? He was super polite and was all smiles. 10/10 experience, and the yogurt was deelicous!

This location is one of many locations but I frequent this location due to its big parking structure! This location has self-serve yogurt and as for the toppings, the workers there will take your yogurt bowl and put your desired toppings on it. I like that they were light handed so that you can add a litte bit of alot of toppings. As of today, the price is $0.74 an ounce. It can easily add up so dont go too crazy!

I don't really write reviews but I was compelled today. As I was driving around the very VERY busy streets of LA, I felt a tingle. A need. A desire for relief... I had to use the bathroom. Like a mirage in the dessert (it was 98 degrees out today ) Yogurtland was there. I pulled up to the parking lot and wobbled myself to the front door. As I walked in, I saw families, friends and a loner all enjoying some yogurt. Not one cup looked alike -- there was fruit, chocolate, boba, cookies, kiwis and omg I can go on forever! I was greeted by Jesse - a tall and handsome employee with the friendliest demeanor. "Welcome to Yogurtland!" I walk up to him "Are you here for a pick up?" Jesse asks. "I'm here for a drop off actually. Where is your bathroom?" I cried desperately. Then Jesse, a man on a mission, walks around the counter and very gracefully opens the bathroom door with a smile! I smiled too. I damn near started laughing... Finally relief! I do my thing, wash up and leave the bathroom. I grab a cup and filled it to the brim with Vanilla flavored yogurt. I walk up to the topping bar and hand my cup over to Jesse. "I want chocolate chips!" Jesse then grabs the scooper and delivers the perfect amount of chocolate chips. He looks up and asks "anything else?" "No thank you." I tell him and he places my cup on the scale. I paid and tipped. I said good bye to Jesse and said goodbye to the loner. Five minutes later and I am here - parked, idling with the AC on and enjoying my delicious cup of happiness while writing up a review, not for Yogurtland, but for Jesse and the rest of the staff that keep this location clean, cool, and friendly. tldr - yogurt, toppings, Jesse and relief.

I felt like a little freak getting iced lemon pound cake bites as one of my toppings but my brother and father were in town visiting me this weekend so I had no choice but to absolutely ball out. My brother and I got a little too greedy with the toppings, our two frozen yogurts came out to over $17. I miss the good o'l days when they used to let you taste test the different frozen yogurt flavors with those little paper cups. Don't get me wrong, I liked the ones I got (the Cookies and Cream/Birthday Cake Batter duo swirl frozen yogurt flavor went positively insane, especially when accompanied by the Pistachio flavor); but, I consider getting those mini tester cups as being quintessential to the fro-yo experience. Also, what the hell is going on with their "fruit infused" water? Why was it just two (2) strawberries floating around in a gallon of water? At that point, don't even put the strawberries in there ... but maybe that's the hater in me coming out at full force.

Loved the TMNT flavors and pop up. Wonderful customer service and ambience. Ample parking lot.

The place is super small and no line, but the flavors were plentiful. I forget what they do, but you can get a combo of flavors in a single scoop. Then, an eternity ago, it closed and we were sad. Then Long Beach Creamery opened and we weren't that sad for that long, but still, I absolutely still thought about them every once in a while, sad that they'd left. Then, a much closer eternity ago (about a year ago - I've been super burned-out and not finishing my reviews), I was on my way from an event back to the blue line and walked by and noticed that they had, in fact, just moved. So obviously we had to get some. Verdict - yes, it absolutely was as good as I remembered. I wouldn't go back to DTLA just for ice cream, Long Beach Creamery being walking distance and wonderful, but I would absolutely stop here if I were back in DTLA and wanted ice cream. It's a bit pricey, but all craft ice cream is going to be, and it is definitely craft. And you can save a lot by getting a 3-scoop, which is very much enough to share for two people, if not slightly too much.

But I wanted to leave a review because the girl (I forgot to ask her name, sadly) who helped me today was really lovely! I bought 30g of their matcha and admittedly thought when they didn't give it to me at the counter that they forgot, but I sat down at a table to eat my ice cream and decided to just ask for it after I finished. Thank goodness I did, because the cashier came up to my table about 10 minutes later and handed me a little bag of fresh-ground matcha. She took a second to explain to me how to store it and keep it fresh, and I just really appreciated the extra bit of customer service, even if it's something they're maybe expected to do. When I have the money, I'll definitely come back and get their 100g pack! They have so many locations and only wish they had more. The closest to me is about 20mins away but it's worth the drive every time. I love this location especially. Always such friendly staff and never have to wait in a long line. Basically, if you're a newbie, you go in and ALWAYS as for the "seasonal flavors" for tasting. They give you tasters on silver spoons and you drop it down this hole when you're done. It's literally their culture to give you a taste of everything on their seasonal menu so don't skip out on this experience. It's the best way to try their ice cream. FUN FACT: they also have 1-2 flavors that are considered "last chance" flavors which means they are about to run out so get it before it's gone. Each month I go in to try another tasty flavor and it never disappoints but I am sometimes that girl who tries the new stuff but ends up getting her usual order (chocolate brownie) and am always happy. Just the smell of sugar cone alone when you walk in gets you hooked. The atmosphere is just so welcoming. Don't be intimidated by the many flavors to choose from because there are a lot. I like to get their double scoop in a waffle cone, but they also have awesome split scoop options for those more adventurous and want to try multiple flavors in one scoop. Saves you for when you're keeping your sugar levels down. There are usually always places to sit inside or outside so you can enjoy your goodies right away.
