Friday 01/02/26 - 1350 Hours rainy day. I don't eat much at Yogurtland unless my Wife/Daughter are craving it, then i'll buy one for myself as well. I entered the business (empty) and observed the employer (later Identified as Yaritza) who was behind the glass counter. I greeted her like normal humans do "good afternoon." She forcefully greeted me. I wanted to purchase a sugar free/low sugar type yogurt for myself. I asked Miss Yaritza if the Plain Tart yogurt actually tasted plain, like a diet/less Sugar type (keep in mind, I don't really buy yogurtland). Miss Yaritza made an annoyed facial expression, raised both her arms slightly and replied: "it's just plain tart!" And dropped her arms back to normal position. Still no customers but one man that quickly entered but left. While at adding the toppings, Miss Yaritza was in some sort of a hurry, looking outside the window shaking her leg as if she's going to miss her flight. I felt a bit pressured (I was the only customer). While at the register, I asked Miss Yaritza if she was having a bad day. She smirked and replied "no." I hope that you get training to help/assist customers respectfully. Or even some college acting classes could help as well. Don't forget you represent this company. I hope you become a business owner one day of your own, so you understand this incident. Or maybe look for a different type of job that doesn't have to deal with humans much. Myself and the world have problems of their own as well. But I stay professional. I hope this makes you a better person and know it's not just you walking on Earth. I can very much appreciate that this store is always kept so clean, but also that the machines are always in well polished working order. I don't ever find myself disgusted or staring at huge globes of melting frozen yogurt that are left on the drains. I don't find utensils for toppings all over the place in in different compartments. I really like how everything is just so well maintained. Parking is another thing. There's always plenty of parking and it's free in their lot. Unfortunately, one of the things that I do see quite often is that someone will walk in and help themselves to yogurt and just walk right out. Ugh! The ambience of the entire place was amazing. The machines were very clean and well maintained. On top of that, there was a handsome young man named with glasses served me the best toppings for my yogurt! I think his name tag said Jesse? You're not allowed to sample the flavors here, or put on your own toppings. What is the point of Yogurtland then? I was told I'd have to plop a little bit of each flavor that I want to try in my bowl that I'm paying for. Kinda felt like I was in a prison. I feel sad that our NIMBY-ish city and state can't fix stupid housing zoning laws or expand rent control. Businesses near the subway line clearly have to deal with a lot of desperate unhoused people. This location is one of many locations but I frequent this location due to its big parking structure! This location has self-serve yogurt and as for the toppings, the workers there will take your yogurt bowl and put your desired toppings on it. I like that they were light handed so that you can add a litte bit of alot of toppings. As of today, the price is $0.74 an ounce. It can easily add up so dont go too crazy! read more

I don't really write reviews but I was compelled today. As I was driving around the very VERY busy streets of LA, I felt a tingle. A need. A desire for relief... I had to use the bathroom. Like a mirage in the dessert (it was 98 degrees out today ) Yogurtland was there. I pulled up to the parking lot and wobbled myself to the front door. As I walked in, I saw families, friends and a loner all enjoying some yogurt. Not one cup looked alike -- there was fruit, chocolate, boba, cookies, kiwis and omg I can go on forever! I was greeted by Jesse - a tall and handsome employee with the friendliest demeanor. "Welcome to Yogurtland!" I walk up to him "Are you here for a pick up?" Jesse asks. "I'm here for a drop off actually. Where is your bathroom?" I cried desperately. Then Jesse, a man on a mission, walks around the counter and very gracefully opens the bathroom door with a smile! I smiled too. I damn near started laughing... Finally relief! I do my thing, wash up and leave the bathroom. I grab a cup and filled it to the brim with Vanilla flavored yogurt. I walk up to the topping bar and hand my cup over to Jesse. "I want chocolate chips!" Jesse then grabs the scooper and delivers the perfect amount of chocolate chips. He looks up and asks "anything else?" "No thank you." I tell him and he places my cup on the scale. I paid and tipped. I said good bye to Jesse and said goodbye to the loner. I felt like a little freak getting iced lemon pound cake bites as one of my toppings but my brother and father were in town visiting me this weekend so I had no choice but to absolutely ball out. My brother and I got a little too greedy with the toppings, our two frozen yogurts came out to over $17. I miss the good o'l days when they used to let you taste test the different frozen yogurt flavors with those little paper cups. Don't get me wrong, I liked the ones I got (the Cookies and Cream/Birthday Cake Batter duo swirl frozen yogurt flavor went positively insane, especially when accompanied by the Pistachio flavor); but, I consider getting those mini tester cups as being quintessential to the fro-yo experience. I love Yogurtland - it's my go to dessert. Froyo is my fav dessert in general for sure. I don't think the problem is Yogurtland I think it's more this location.. I have been to so many different Yogurtlands that were great and fresh. But at this one the fruit and some of the toppings did not look fresh. The strawberry's weren't ripe at all. Also usually the hot fudge is smooth but as you can see from my pic it was stiff (minor complaint). I usually enjoy this place a lot so I was disappointed. One of my favorite Yogurtland locations because they have a free parking lot that's easy to park in. All Yogurtlands are pretty much the same in terms of decor. Some froyo flavors are only at certain locations, so you might not find your favorite flavor in every location. I appreciate that each time I come in, the person at the cashier will always offer me some sample cups. I love getting vanilla, green tea, and tart. They're my go-to flavors. Ordered doordash from this location and ordered Plain Tart. Received a different flavor without notice and got an allergic reaction to it. It was yellow, but I just thought the color was off or something. Doordash was able to replace my order but that was when my driver notified me that they had actually ran out of plain tart at the same location. The precautions this Yogurtland is taking during COVID-19 are really great! Upon walking in the employee will hand your cup along with gloves. Yogurt is still self serve but you will have to hand your cup back to the employee and let them know which toppings you are going to want and they will add them to your yogurt. They have added a barrier between you and the toppings so you have no contact with them keeping everything safe. This Yogurtland is great. There's plenty of parking as it's in a little shopping center. It's clean and bright inside, and the staff here is really nice. You can ask for sample cups- they give you 2, and there are plenty of flavors ranging from the classic tart (one of my faves) to pistachio, and now they even have ice cream, mainly chocolate and vanilla but when I went they had an interesting one- lavender blueberry. This location was clean the staff was also very friendly and plenty of parking. They are open late so that's a big plus however with this heat everyone must of had the same idea as myself and my family. Several of the flavors ran so we didn't get to try the flavor of the month. I love Yogurtland, but I am extremely disappointed in tonight's visit. Over the past few months I have noticed a decline in available flavors at this location. Tonight I was shocked to see less than half the machines had flavor signs. I was even more shocked that only 4 of them were actually working. The flavors available were not my first choice either. The frozen yogurt that did come out was on the softer side and melted extremely fast (granted it is quite warm out). The lady work was extremely nice and apologetic about their machines working. On top of the extremely limited yogurt selection they did not have to-go lids. I noticed a few groups of people leaving because of the limited selection. If Yogurtland ever did Undercover Boss, I would highly suggest the owner goes undercover at this location to see what is up. I will not be returning to this location. read more

This place is well maintained, spacious, and clean! Their bathroom is also clean (but you need to ask the front for a key), so bonus for that. There is also ample parking space. All the times I've been here, none of the yogurt dispensers were out of order or had a yucky mess in the bottom like the other Yogurtlands I went to. They also monitor the topping stations, so most of it are not mixed into the other. Employees are friendly, and always ask if you want sample cups right when you enter the store. On weekdays, it can get packed around 4pm because parents like to treat their kids, so come a bit earlier to get your yogurt fix. read more

I've been coming here for years & love this place. There's always a variety of flavors available & the toppings are well stocked. I see staff cleaning tables & froyo stations when I'm there so the place isn't sticky from all of the little kids & messy adults running around the place. Every employee has always been very courteous & friendly. There's a big parking lot so I've not ever had an issue with parking. Out of every other location I've been to, this is my favorite.
