It very happy right now I order Jamba Juice quite a bit and never had the is issue but I had accidentally placed an order at this location instead of the location. I meant to choose and apparently you can't cancel order via the app or online and all the store said call the customer service line but when I did they said only the store manager can issue a rerun and that they should've not directed to the customer service line so no the store will not give me a refund and has my full order sitting there to whoever wants it now and I wasted $10 of my hard earned money which is a lot in these times. I'm Disappointed the store couldn't just refund the amount and canceled the order I don't get how a store doesn't have a way to cancel an order through their own company online ordering system this is ridiculous! read more

Have never been so thankful! A very nice lady named Georgia answered my call as I put in an Uber Eats order, unfortunately the app does not have an option to do substitutions. Every time I come here, I get the banana berry. Note its not on the menu, however just tell them the name and they'll ring it right up! I like coming here because the drinks are refreshing and real. By real, I mean the ingredients are fresh and you can actually taste the natural sweetness of the fruits. Oppose to the other smoothie places I've been to, they are often watery/icee or too sweet with some type of syrup. Blah! Not my kind of smoothie. Jamba Juice is the place to go to get your fix. Have visited this location many times. Never any issues except occasionally a bit slow with order ahead and parking can be a bit problematic at busy times due to poor design in the plaza (a common problem with restaurant heavy shopping centers in Arizona). read more

I enjoy coming to Jamba Juice at different parts of the valley, my first time at this location and definitely felt to me not as friendly. Maybe I came in at a bad time? This visit was not overly busy, but busy. My only complaint is serving customers out of order. There was no large orders, just single and double beverages. Jumping to customers with the same order to people behind you in line sets a precedent for future visits. Its unfortunate, it is what it is. read more

Chivalry is dead... millennials running the store. Walked in at 5:57 when they close at 6 and they told me they were closed. Even the customers they were currently serving said it wasn't 6 yet. I came this location because K was hanging with Grandma C at the Heart Hospital a few miles north and needed some fuel. It was about 10 in the morning and there was only one employee visible. He greeted me politely and took my order. Then, he took the order of the 7 people who came in behind me. I didn't realize how long the line was until I paid and went to sit down and wait for my smoothies. Geeez. Did a bus just stop out front? Any rate, the smoothies took awhile to make but they were correct and he apologized for the wait. I'm not going to nick this place for being busy but I don't think it's fair that I had to wait for him to take all the orders before he even started making them. Thank goodness I was at the front of the line and not the back. Another staff member did come from somewhere and started helping him with all the orders. I was not impressed by this Jamba Juice location today. I was greeted as I entered, so that was a plus. It was downhill from there. There were two employees working. They were very slow and very disorganized. It took forever for them to make the four small juices I ordered. I'm not sure why they were so backed up. Customers were actually leaving the building and then returning later to pick up their small orders. They could use a couple more tables and chairs in the establishment. The floor could also use a decent cleaning. It was disgusting. The napkin dispenser was empty. This place was just sad. My kids are still alive after drinking their Jamba Juices, so there's a second plus! read more

Of all of the chain smoothie shops, we like this one the least. At this location, the service is hit or miss, slow and the smoothies overpriced with ice chunks. The only positives are a few of the flavors and the option of a smaller smoothie side with the ability to "make it light." read more

This Jamba Juice NEVER has oatmeal. Even if I call ahead to see if they can make it they tell me no unlike other locations who have it ready or will make it if you order ahead of time. I am a Jamba regular, though not often at this location. I was greeted coming in the door, which was nice. The location was clean, though not a whole lot of seating available. The girl at the register was in slow motion. I put in my order of one large and one small smoothie and a wheatgrass shot. I waited 20 frickin' minutes! I have never waited so long for a smoothie in my life! There was a very nice kid seemingly running the show by himself, with no help from Slow Poke at the register. He profusely apologized for the wait and made sure I was happy. I don't know that this Jamba would be my first choice if I were in the area again. Time is money! read more

I love this Jamba location. The restaurant is always clean. The staff are fast and friendly too. They offer suggestions, tell you how you can change your drink to cater to your preferences and do it all with a smile! If you are worried about the amount of sugar in your drink (even though it is natural sugars from fruit), you can ask them how to cut it down and they will help. Great spot for a cool juice drink on a hot Arizona day! read more

It's tough to find a good smoothie in Gilbert. They're all either watered down or made out of artificial bullshit. But Jamba Juice. Ohhhh Jamba Juice. God himself blessed these drinks. And may he bless the workers too. I walked in there at 8:01 only to find out that they closed at 8. If I was working I would have been livid. But not Sienna. She still kept a smile on my face and offered to serve me, just so that my trip out there wasn't a waste. Not only does she have the heart of an angel but she makes the best damn smoothie I've ever tasted. Every fruit hand picked and blended to just the right consistency. Made with a cup of love and served much quicker than any smoothie shop nearby. I'll definitely be back and sienna definitely deserves a raise. If you want a smoothie, go here. We ordered two large drinks the razzmatazz and the surf rider both were incorrect and they replaced mine with a smaller drink they were completely understaffed or under trained either way I'll be avoiding Jamba for now!!! read more

As I have stated in previous reviews, I don't give out 1 stars unless I see animals in an establishment because I know the people are trying. However, that being said this morning we went was rough for some of the employees as they made some mistakes and their was a customer being difficult. It seemed to be a whirlwind of chaos, which I felt bad for the employees, but that being said if I compare it to other JJ's I've been to, this one is at the bottom of the list due to the atmosphere. Hopefully it gets better and the vibe is a lot more positive, if I end up back I will update if this location improves read more

Very unimpressed with the management. There is a full lobby of at least 7 parties waiting for drinks for more than 10 minutes while three managers are conducting what seems to be an unprofessional group interview in the corner. They are yelling at customers across the lobby to have a good day and laugh and high five when the customer responds. Very unprofessional. There were only two workers making drinks for awhile until one manager dragged her feet with eyes rolling behind the counter to help with one order before returning to the bogus interview. Props to two workers behind the counter, one was named Haley. They deserve an award for dealing with such poor management. read more

Stopped in with my teenage daughter for some drinks. We were greeted by friendly staff who seemed to be training another young lady. I ordered my drink 1st then my daughters drink... two other customers ordered after us. While waiting for our drinks we noticed the other customers drinks were ready b4 ours then my daughters drink came and I had still not received mine? At this point it was almost 10mins. I started to look around at the staff of 5 teens like "where's my dang smoothie?" This is when I noticed the trainee was struggling to finish my drink. I do understand that training a new hire is necessary but not like this. She was so nervous and put the wrong amount of product in the blender then had to remove Ice after another employee noticed it was too much! Meanwhile I'm still waiting... When finally received my smoothie didn't taste like it normally does. I felt like I wasted my money and time! With a staff of 5... I would think someone would be standing right next to the trainees to ensure the accuracy and quality assurance of the product. Not even a "Sorry for the long WAIT!" My last visit was quite disturbing as I noticed 3 cockroaches traveling around from behind the very equipment that was making my drink. I was so disgusted by this I turned and left without my order.
