I will never go here again. It's not worth the cost, the quality or the time. I have been a patron here for quite a while, and have given this store too many chances. The smoothies are not consistent, every time is different and depends on who makes the smoothie (too much liquid, or has no flavor, or just doesn't taste right in general). It seems like there's always new employees. The wait times are ridiculous almost every time. I waited over 45 minutes past my pick up time for my online order for my drinks. Nice employees the only thing I was bummed about was the açaí bowl. They pre make the blended part then freeze it. They add the fresh fruit on top when you purchase it. Freezing it makes it hard to mix and eat and not as fresh. read more

We came yesterday morning, which was a Saturday, to get smoothies, and we were shocked at what was occurring in the lobby with the staff member that took our order. He asked me if I was ready to order and I told him I was still looking over the menu, not ready yet. His response was, "of course you're not ready!" Then he landed the "F bomb" and began to cuss underneath his breath. I was mortified! He crouched underneath counter and cursed some more. He stood up and began to walk up and down behind the cash register, and cursing at his coworkers. The coworkers looked terrified to be there. It appeared that the worker was on something that altered his behavior or was experiencing a mental health concern. He was angry, sweating, yelling, cussing and shaking visibly... people in the lobby were also shocked! We waited 55 minutes for two smoothies. And when we received them. They were awful. Tasteless no flavor. I think there needs to be a manager on site and based on these recent reviews, maybe revaluation of ownership and new management. read more

Clean location, Nice people. Something is up with their ingredients. Dates are suppose to sweeten but it just taste flavorless. I don't taste the different fruit elements (banana, ginger, raspberry) not even the ginger or spinach that is normally a bit pronounced. I'm not even sure they made this smoothie right. I got the banana berry smoothie. Your typical smoothie. I enjoyed the drive through option! You will have to drive midway between the plaza to enter through the back. Upside are the options-you can customize with all sorts of vitamins and boosters. I'd come again if I'm craving a smoothie. read more

Never had a complaint about my smoothie. Service is terrible especially in the drive thru. I have to wait 5 minutes at the window to even pay for my drink with an additional 7 to receive it. It is ridiculous how long it takes. This place seriously needs work. Terrible time management. read more

When it's good it's really good, but from time to time it's just not. I always order the same thing. It's a treat for me, but sometimes it's like I ordered a cup of crushed ice... No flavor. Last time a asked that they remake it which they did without complaint, but that is really outside of my comfort zone! The place is always clean & although the employees are not exactly friendly, they are pleasant enough. One afternoon the manager was smoking cigarettes in the parking lot, which isn't coherent with the healthy vibe they portray, but at least she was a ways away from the front door. There was trash that obviously came from smoothie King in the front drive, I thought the manager ought to have picked it up, however she walked right by & left it. The service is always slow with disappointing customer service for any delay. Despite ordering online and having a promised pickup time 10 minutes after, the location never started actually making my smoothie until 10 minutes AFTER I arrived. I got my smoothie 40 minutes late. There were no apologies for the inconvenience or anything. read more

This location is consistently slow with horrendous customer service. We placed an online order at 4:26 and didn't receive our smoothie until 4:56. There was no apologizing for the delay or explanation why, we were just made to wait. When calling the store, the shift lead proceeded to excuse the delay on the blenders being "bad". read more

We waited behind 3 cars which took over 15 mins to get to the window. We had ordered 4 smoothies and then was informed that their card reader was not working. I asked if they accepted Apple Pay and the person working took my iPhone through the window with my debit card and closed the window, when there should have been a touch less card reader at the window. After all this trouble they couldn't get the payment to work and we left without the smoothies. Retirement age and Coronavirus has me attempting to build my immunity and improve my health daily. I had never frequented Smoothie King but decided to give them a try as I enjoy supporting our local businesses. I ordered the Immune Builder Mixed Berry and enjoyed the mix of multiple antioxidant fruits and blends - strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, apples, and pears. I returned the next day and purchased the Immune Builder Veggie Superfood, a mix of organic spinach, kale, carrots, bananas, dates, and apple pineapple juice blend. It was surprisingly tasty and nutritious. I returned for a third consecutive day and purchased the Daily Warrior, which I chose because the name described my intentions. It contains bananas, wild blueberries, apple blueberry juice blend, dates, peanut butter, almonds, organic spinach, and stevia and immediately became my favorite. The customer service is consistently warm and welcoming with walk in and drive through services. Take care of yourself. Give Smoothie King a try. You won't regret it! read more
