I stopped by before getting my nails done with my mom and yummm! Jamba never disappoints- this time they made my drink extra thick the way I like it!! The past few times (not this location) I have been asking for thick and it was not but that's okay it was still good, but this location did its thing! Happy Customers over here! I arrived at 6:25, knowing that they didn't open until 6:30 but waited in my car for 5 minutes until opening. At 6:30 I went to the front doors and they were locked. No biggie right? I can wait a few minutes, I'm sure the worker didn't realize the time. Wrong. Another customer and I stood outside for 10 minutes after opening and even tried calling with no response. The worker inside ignored our presence and when she finally let us in at 6:40 she was not welcoming, in fact she didn't say one word to us. Not the greatest way to start a morning. read more

Horrible, kaley was very rude to me. she could not serve me even though the store was still open for fifteen minutes, simply stating we are probably out of what you want. Since discovering Jamba Juice this has been my go to place all the time! I try and go each month for their new drink they release and it's been a good experience throughout. I went last night with some friends an hour before close and same good experience. I did order a small of the pumpkin smash drink but didn't like it. The cashier / drink maker gladly made me a different drink I had regularly and liked without issue and let me take the one I didn't like for my friend or family member. read more

I have had maybe one good experience out of the probably 50 times I've came here. I only come because it's the closest place I can get an Acai bowl. Took a year off of coming here but came in two people were already waiting for their smoothie and I ordered one acai Bowl. Five min later a guy comes in and orders one smoothie and one acai bowl. Guess who they served before me? The guy who came in after me who ordered exactly what I ordered plus a smoothie. Like why not just go in order of who came in first?? Yesterday March 21, I was approaching the door and right when they saw me the employee ran to the door to lock it. The hours said they'd be closing at 8pm that night but it was 7:43 pm when I got there. I'd understand if it was just a couple minutes before but what she did was really rude. Chains! I dont like to review super chains but i will I will make it short but just because I like this location at 1-17 and Thunderbird by best buy. I fell like its the best taken care of store with the nicest crew , especially in the morning! Just overall want to give the owners and staff props. I love Jamba Juice and I feel like it's harder to find a location nearby when I need it. Thankfully this location isn't too far and it's conveniently located off the i-17 and Thunderbird Rd. Everytime I go in there the service is quick, not super friendly but worth it when I have my Jamba Juice smoothie craving. I'm pretty picky about my smoothies and prefer no chunks of fruit that haven't blended but I also don't like them over blended and watery. I know, I know... But I admitted I was picky. I can't complain about the consistency of the smoothies at this location since everytime they have been excellent. I love the Strawberrys Wild with Orange juice instead of Apple Juice. Orange juice with strawberries and bananas. Yum! You can thank me later. read more

Because: a. they have a really big helping of fruit in there , have you seen the blender full of berries? b. it's fun! c. they have great service and it's in a great location d. they honor old expired coupons e. my daughter likes it and will enjoy fruit f. non fat ( we don't get the fat laden penaut butter ones) g. Put the good in your morning indeed. I am so stoked that Jamba Juice opened a new location that is on my drive to work. I used to drive 20 min. to get one of their delicious smoothies. I was very happy to see that they have a delcious new item - new breakfast meals - a blended fruit & yougurt parfait topped with organic granola. They remind me of a Brazilian fruit salad I get when I'm in SD near SDSU that I cannot find in AZ. Not quite as good, but definitely up there. I have already tried both the mango & berry and will probably try the Chunky Strawberry next week. The store is very nice, clean and bright. The service was awesome and the people working behind the counter were very friendly. I don't think a lot of people know it's there yet because no long waits yet - YAY! This is now one of my definite stops on the way to work at least once a week. Love it! read more

I frequent the Best Buy close to this Jamba Juice often, so it's actually a pretty convenient location for me. Staff is always friendly (like pretty much every other JJ). I usually go with my standard Razmatazz... but have lately been switching it up to Peanut Butter Moo'd. Mmmmmmm..... I made an online order to pick up with a window of about 10-15 minutes. I came in after that time frame and figured I'd need to wait a little longer since it was morning time. Understandable. The girl was so busy while someone just sat in the back and needed to go get her to get some help. I observed the girl making my order and was putting coconut flakes on when I politely said oh no coconut flakes please, I put it on the mobile order (allergy) she then stated it didn't say that and I also said I paid for peanut butter to be added. She said that wasn't on the ticket either. I showed my order on my phone when she handed me the bowl and I didn't see any peanut butter. She said "if I said it's on there, it's there." I just said that and aggressively handed me the bowl and walked away. As I'm eating my bowl, there in fact is not peanut butter on my bowl. read more

I go at least once a week. The staff are amazing and quick to get your order in. I have the app and get deals all the time. Plus if they mess up they make it again and if you add extras to your drink they give you all of the smoothie not just what fits in the cup size you bought, orange juice is amazing too read more

Love walking in here and getting instantly energized by the bright colors, delicious smells, and happy people. My favorite here is the kale-ribbean breeze. It makes kale actually paletable. Best thing is they're open early and close late, can't say that about all the other Jamba juices. read more

I've been here more times than I can count and every time I've had great customer service. They're always quick and friendly.

Showed up 30 minutes before close and tried to order one of the juices but they refused to complete my order because they had already put away the juicer. Ok I get it you don't want to stay past your closing time but seriously a half hour early. Just being plain lazy. read more

I have been to several of the Jamba Juice locations throughout the valley and this one is by far the best. They are very consistent and the staff is always super friendly. My husband occasionally will stop in to pick up a smoothie for me and has also had nothing but positive experiences. My favorite items at Jamba Juice are the Peach Pleasure smoothie, the Coldbuster smoothie and the Chunky Strawberry Topper yogurt parfait. Give this location a try. read more

Awful experience at the jamba juice the other day. I was really craving a wheatgrass shot so I decided I was going to check out this jambe juice for the first time. When I get there I order a wheatgrass shot the guy tells me,"We just took it down, like just took it down. We close in thirty minutes and it takes thirty minutes to clean so I cant make any wheatgrass shots." (if he "just" closed it he could of opened it & I thought closing down equipment was something done after closing)I should of left then but I decide to get something. I order the green tea matcha. He makes the matcha and overfills the cup but still trys to put the lid on. He then takes a dirty rag he was earlier using to clean the counters and wipes the top of my drink and the straw to it as I am watching him in disgust. He realizes im watching him and just hands me the cup dripping green stuff everywhere and ozzing on the top of it. He then points and tells me "there you go, napkins are right there." Horrible customer service. I didn't drink the drink. In a hurry and not wanting to deal with the insulting employees. I just considered it 6 dollars wasted. Thank you Jamba Juice. This place was clean and it smelled good despite its geographical location. The service was prompt but not very energetic. I ordered the Apple N Greens smoothie. I have had I before and really liked it. This time it was extremely thick and there were large chunks of kale that would get stuck in my teeth. The consistency was just a little off. I'm sure this is a function of worn out blenders or something since I know the recipies are pretty standard. I brought this to the attention of the staff and they didn't hesitate to make me something else. I usually don't send things back, I know food is a gamble, but because I've had it before and really enjoyed it I knew something was up. They made me a Peach Perfection which was great. If I had one criticism it would be that the music was so loud, I struggled to have a conversation with friends. read more
