I put my order on the kiosk today 8/13/25 around 9.10am, I saw a girl coming out and preparing the bowls, then she asked me if I wanted a foil to cover my bowl because they runout of leads. Swung by this Jamba Juice again for a little beverage! They were playing such groovy music, I was immediately taken to the atmosphere. We (a party of 4) were assisted by Denise, who was so lovely. She was at the location by herself but she worked so efficiently and so quickly! And, on top of all that, she was just the sweetest thing. I don't usually go to Jamba Juice or now it's called Jamba, lol but I had a $5 bonus card to spend since I got one when I purchased a $20 gift card as a Christmas gift lastyear December. Didn't realize there was an expiration date so hopefully I was able to still use it. Kylie my cashier said it was ok and I got my $5 off my smoothie. I thanked her and got me a mango a go go smoothie which is my go to smoothie here. Kylie also made my smoothie which was very quick and she even made small talk with me while waiting for my smoothie. I visited Jamba Juice in Mira Loma and encountered deeply disappointing customer service. From the start, staff did not acknowledge me or my family. After being directed solely to a kiosk that kept timing out, I needed assistance, which was delayed. They came to help begrudgingly. Additionally, a staff member informed me dips came with my pretzel, but at pickup, I was treated with huge hostility when I asked for them. I was yelled at, denied respectful conversation, and told to leave. I felt belittled, especially in front of my children. I request management review the store footage and contact me directly to address how this unfolded. I expect respectful treatment from any business. I want to also point out that, Isabella, the store manager, was extremely demeaning and yelled at me and kept repeating herself. She then threatened ME and demanded I leave! Came in this morning with my family to grab a quick breakfast. The music was so loud that we couldn't hear the girl behind the counter. She was a low-talker, so we just did the best we could. We were told that there were no breakfast sandwiches available, but after further questioning discovered that they were frozen and she just didn't want to take the time to cook them. My kids got pretzels - not ideal, but since there were no sandwiches ... one was cold and one was over cooked. You can tell they enjoy working with each other but they should probably be more attentive to the customers at least for the short interactions with them. These are our favorite drinks from Jamba Juice. The Caribbean Passion is tropical, sweet, and refreshing. The Strawberries Wild was tasty and satisfying, great strawberry flavor. There was a bit of a wait but they were able to serve the drinks at a reasonable pace. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing was enforced.
