I come to this location always because is close to my house, however they are always running out or fruits or leads, which I understand is not up to the employees, so never complaint. Most workers know me because I've been coming frequently over a year. However today was the worse service I got. I put my order on the kiosk today 8/13/25 around 9.10am, I saw a girl coming out and preparing the bowls, then she asked me if I wanted a foil to cover my bowl because they runout of leads. I saw the bowl and I said can you put more granola and fruit ? This is not the normal. I visited Jamba Juice in Mira Loma and encountered deeply disappointing customer service. From the start, staff did not acknowledge me or my family. After being directed solely to a kiosk that kept timing out, I needed assistance, which was delayed. They came to help begrudgingly. Additionally, a staff member informed me dips came with my pretzel, but at pickup, I was treated with huge hostility when I asked for them. I was yelled at, denied respectful conversation, and told to leave. I felt belittled, especially in front of my children. I request management review the store footage and contact me directly to address how this unfolded. I expect respectful treatment from any business. I want to also point out that, Isabella, the store manager, was extremely demeaning and yelled at me and kept repeating herself. She then threatened ME and demanded I leave! Came in this morning with my family to grab a quick breakfast. The music was so loud that we couldn't hear the girl behind the counter. She was a low-talker, so we just did the best we could. We were told that there were no breakfast sandwiches available, but after further questioning discovered that they were frozen and she just didn't want to take the time to cook them. We were able to use out coupon for the buy one get one free. We went around 8PM on Wednesday. We ordered a large strawberries wild and Caribbean passion. These are our favorite drinks from Jamba Juice. The Caribbean Passion is tropical, sweet, and refreshing. The Strawberries Wild was tasty and satisfying, great strawberry flavor. There was a bit of a wait but they were able to serve the drinks at a reasonable pace. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing was enforced.
