Their QQ happy family is my go to at Shareteas. I like that it has jelly, pudding, and boba as the toppings. If you like different textures in your milk tea drinks, this is a good choice. The milk tea is perfect for me at regular sugar levels. Usually, their boba is cooked until soft and chewy, but it was tough today. But I've been here a few times, and it was the first time it was undercooked at this location. The parking lot is huge, so I never have to worry about finding a spot. I checked in today and ordered a traditional Boba Milk Tea and the Order Taker was very curt and didn't put any effort in making me feel welcome or recommend interesting toppings or flavors to me. His whole Communication protocol was just "What can I get started for you? Anything else? Can you sign for me please?" and it just set the mood the wrong way and was inconsistent with the theme of Refined and High Quality Elegance of the Cave. I love coming here because of the incredibly friendly and helpful staff.. the drinks are made quickly without much waiting and they never mess up our orders no matter how large of an order. I was first introduced to Sharetea while living in the Bay and it was always my go-to when I wanted something sweet. I just moved down to the IE and saw I lived near a Sharetea and thought "it's meant to be!" haha. I'm a big mobile order kind of gal. If I can make a mobile order while I'm minutes away for anything I will so I can just get there and pick it up. And for context, I make orders +30 mins in advance to give establishments time in case they're busy because... I get it. It worked for me in the Bay and thought it would be just the same down here but it wasn't the case for my visit. For my first visit, I was 20 mins away. Their website only let me choose a time way into the future so I guess it worked out, or so I thought. But just to give you an idea, I made the order around 3:20 pm on a Friday, and the "soonest" time option to pick it up was 3:55 pm. Despite making this order +30 mins into the future, when I got there to pick up my 4 drink cups were empty and sitting off to the side. The employee approached me, asked if I had a question and I told him my name and what I was there for and he told me "Oh we're still working on it". Sad day. TBH, I was even 10 mins late so I was so sad I still had to wait +15 mins for my drinks. I guess I should have seen this coming when their online ordering was super confusing. I even ended up ordering the wrong milk tea for myself because it wasn't so user-friendly (but it was still good!). After this visit, I decided against mobile orders and instead went inside, ordered my drinks there, and waited. Surprisingly that was quicker. I almost always get my usual Classic Milk Tea, Boba, and Crema and 3 of those Mango with ice cream. Tasty like usual. Sharetea as a whole just never disappoints. Thought I drop by and get some Sharetea Jurupa Valley today evening. I normally get the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea + Aiyu, Mango Green Tea + Lychee + Aiyu, and Honey Milk Tea + Aiyu... all with regular sweetness and no ice. They are very consistent with their drinks in great taste and deliciousness unlike the Sharetea in Arcadia where they differ in sweetness at times. I guess it all depends on who is making the drinks. Anyway, they have recently implemented an online rewards program and will no longer be giving out stamp cards... it will be accessible with the phone number you provide. I like the new system (I think it's called the Oliver app) so I don't have to carry the physical card around all the time. They can transfer the number of drinks stamped on your card to the online system right there and then... sweet! Thanks Sharetea for improving service for your customers! Been coming here since it opened and almost always get the matcha red bean ice blended with ice cream. It is a great all in one drink and dessert. I've also gotten many other drinks like Oreo, taro, mango, ice blended. Oreo is too sweet but good. Taro is artificial flavor so I don't prefer it Mango is fruit juice, but still good and pretty refreshing. The service is good, don't believe I've ever had an issue there. The store is a normal sized boba store, a bit cramped so not really any seating, but enough space for a line. I had to update my 4-Star review. Their selection is good and I really enjoyed the Lime-Mojito! I was a little disappointed that it is served in their smaller cup as opposed to their same cups as their Boba's. AND the Mojitos. cost more Also, I was disappointed that the consumer is required to pay an additional 4% if you pay with a credit card. As a merchant myself I know there are ways to not have to pay that as a business or reduce that charge if they wanted to! Plus, kind of conflicts with their strict COVID restrictions you would think they would want the consumers to pay by credit card. Made me wonder if they were taking advantage of me knowing that most consumers might want to pay by CC. Tried the strawberry lychee e iba and would not order again. Again their Mojito was very good but think if they are going to charge more than their BoBa for $5 at least serve it in a regular boba cup. read more

I've been here a few times since they've opened and have been ordering different things to try... I usually order the Thai Tea with boba (or black pearls, as they call it). All the drinks here are customizable, you can ask them for less sweet or however you want your drink... I have been lucky, every time I go I don't have to wait very long.. The girls that have helped me at the counter are always very nice and helpful... If I don't know what I want to order or try they will give me recommendations... Oh my golly! Where have you been all my life Share tea? This location opened in Jurupa Valley several months ago and I finally gave it a try. There are other boba and beverage shops that are similar but with the variety, taste and customization of Sharetea they totally blow their competition out the door. Here is the low down: 1. Location- its off Limonite and Pats Ranch Road in the Dennys shopping center located in a small corner by Subway Sandwiches. Not gonna lie- parking in this area of the shopping center isn't the best and you may have to drive around to find a place to park. 2. Ambience- it is clean with fresh and inviting decor. Employees greet you as you enter and help with your order. While we were there it looked like good majority of orders were pick up and they were definitely busy. 3. Drinks- i love how you can customize your drink to control how much ice is used, how much sugar is added and the variety of toppings to choose from. I had the Classic Coffee with Crema topping- little ice, no sugar and this just may be one of the best coffee drinks I have ever had. Definitely better tasting than other Coffeehouses located on every corner and definitely easier on your pocket too. I'm updating my review for Sharetea since I noticed that the boba pearls from Sharetea get very hard if you let them sit for too long in the iced drinks. You have to consume your drink quickly. I wanted to order the mojitos with 2 flavors in 1 and they couldnt do it because its a signature drink. They also couldnt make it with less ice. I also couldnt make a milk drink with strawberries. I was surprised they couldnt just add it in and it has to be exactly how its made. Maybe the cheat sheets dont allow to be altered for these drinks and maybe it tells them exactly how many ice cubes these sig drinks need. The 50% sweet is still super sweet, so id suggest getting 30% if you dont want regular sweet. The boba is mediocre and not worth the price. The cashier on sunday afternoon was not the best. They dont have many competition around here so they get packed and it looks popular, this might change when The Station opens up more shops and other boba places might be able to accommodate little changes in orders. read more

I love sharetea and I generally always have a solid experience at all shareteas. This was no different, tea was great and consistent. The flavor was nice and not like a drink that's overdone with ice either. They have plenty of dairy and non dairy tea options. You can get boba if you want or opt out like I tend to do. Again a very refreshing drink and lots of food places next door so if your looking for a snack to go with your tea. Parking can get busy since there are a lot of food places next door. Don't let that discourage you as you may just have to walk and park far towards the pet store. The service was good but I wouldn't say anything above or beyond. The ambiance is very cute inside with walls of pictures and the floral backdrop for the gram pics is always nice. They don't have much seating in the place and it's really a more grab and go spot. We went on a Friday afternoon around 3PM. I actually went another time before and got the Hawaii fruit tea with aiyu jelly and it's a great tropical drink. This time my sister and I ordered the Happy QQ Family Milk tea and wintermelon lemonade. I love getting the first drink because of all the toppings. The wintermelon lemonade was refreshing and unique! I am excited to try their strawberry slush drink next time. Jennifer did an awesome job taking our order! She was very nice and they give stamp cards. Someone spilled their drink outside and the workers did a great job taking initiative and cleaning the spilled drink right away even when they were busy. I love this place! All the girls who work here have mine and my daughters drinks memorized. They even know not to add single use plastic straws to our orders because those cannot be up/recycled. Becky in particular showed me ow to use the pulse logo on my debit card so I don't have to insert my chip, and when the prices went up sometime around 02.06.21, she reminded me of the 15% off Yelp Check In coupon. For Zero Waster's- if you don't want to throw away your plastic Share Tea cup, there is a program online called "Preserve Gimme 5" that you can ship all your used #5 plastics to including but not limited to; single use plastic share tea cup, yogurt cups and containers, old toothbrushes, and prescription medicine bottles, etc., as long as they're 5 plastics, they're cleaned and dried out and ypu use their shipping label on their website).
