Oof I am allergic to an ingredient, I asked for the ingredient to be removed not added, verifier multiple times, after waiting at a stuffy store, where the employees looked miserable (understandably so, it was so hot in there) they call my drink, and I again confirm the ingredient was no added to the drink, the person that made it asked "what are you allergic" after I said yes, hehe drink waa taken back to be remade to make sure. This Jamba is in a big, but nearly empty plaza. I was running errands in the area one morning and I originally wanted to go to Starbucks, but I heard they closed down, so I came here for a quick drink. Not much service here, but I was quickly helped. I ordered my usual, which is their Strawberries Wild. It tasted sweet with a good blend of bananas and strawberries, but some of the pieces were not blended completely and there were still in partial fruit chunks at the bottom, which could be a choking hazard for kids. This location is complete trash from customer service to the girls that make the drinks. How hard can it be to follow the exact measurements of the drinks and blend it? It's not rocker science. I love Jamba juice it's one of my favorite quick fixes for a freshly pressed and squeezed drink. I love the white gummy, that's my go to! The service is great, if you haven't been to jamba you're literally trolling. The drinks are great but the staff is probably greater! It's standard to say the least but then, there's more... The Electric Berry Lemonade is EXCELLENT! Jamba always has fresh products and delicious goods. My issue is with social distancing. The store is small so why is the exit door locked and WHY aren't the Jambaneers working giving instructions to the customers. Before my drink was prepared a group of FIVE walked in and blocked the only exit. So I did not have a safe distance to pass them. I should not have to pray and hold my breath to safely exit. I had a pleasant experience. I ordered a Strawberry Surf Rider online and when I got there about 10 mins. it was waiting in the freezer part. The smoothie was great. My only complaint (probably for the landlord of the space) is that it's filthy near the front door. Trash receptacle needs to be emptied and the parking lot needs a good power washing. read more

How many complaints of bad service until the Management steps in and does something? It blows my mind when I see a franchise that had such an expensive initial investment ran so poorly. I haven't lived in the Bay Area for a while, but from what I remember there was a certain pride in ownership that I have noticed is in a rapid decline in many businesses and this is a perfect example. This business was filthy, the glass doors and windows looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. The shelves were not stocked, the floors were dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. I didn't check bathrooms for fear that it would make me not want to drink the smoothie I ordered. And the service was atrocious. When I walked in the door well after 8am I was told the store was closed, very rudely by a girl at the register. From there the rudeness continued from the girl behind the register, the only respite from the other young lady who while making my smoothie asked me how my morning was going. I work right across the street and this Jamba Juice would get a good amount of my business if it has the wherewithal to recover its ailing model. read more

This has to be one of the most inconsistent locations I've encountered. What upsets me is I'm here practically every single day. I place my order and I also get a large cup of ice with lemonade. I have about 60 receipts to prove this. On occasion I'll walk in and the price goes from .75 cents to 3.00. That's a big difference. It appears it varies from employee to employee. So I queried with one of the staff ( the dismissive, rush answered Asian girl) how or why this is. She explained to me that it's 60 cents per ounce blah blah. Blah. What I understood was some employees are nice to regulars that come in every single day and if that employee that employee is not familiar with you, or is in a grumpy mood or simply doesn't care for the customer then they follow the 60/oz. rule. As we all know excellent customer often times is not achieved by following a one size fits all type guide book. I understand guidelines must be followed l, but when I have receipts that exceed a count of 60, I feel soem type of way when that charge is way off. " I can get my manager to explain it to you if you want" she said to me. No, " no thank you" I said. I just found it interesting that the charge is different. What she helped me realize, is that i should patronize a location that has a more consistent roster of employees, one that has the capacity to recall and recognize regular daily customers; and a location that understands partiality driven by your mood is never okay in customer service. In the future I will, if at all possible avoid this location. I will remind myself that there are a host of merchants that sell similar items and viable alternatives. To the new guy just hired,l with the long hair, you are awesome. Great attitude, I like your style and don't let the few, more than serious, snobbish steal your work joy. p.s.
