Runs out of ingredients early in day (oranges), drinks missed on order. No apology, just get in line and order again.

Easter night two young ladies working and I arrive at 9:20pm (after I called and made sure they closed at 10pm) to order two orange supreme juices. The whole store is cleaned and I understand people want to go home but what I don't understand is why they don't make what I paid for. I've ordered this juice for years now and I know it has fresh apple juice, fresh carrot juice, fresh orange juice, chia seeds. Well not one machine was touched aside of the blender when they made my drink. They poured orange pulp out of a squeeze bottle and kept adding banana. Then the lady in the black shirt (manager I'm assuming) told the girl in the green shirt that is was two drinks. So she goes and only adds half a banana and more nasty pulp from the squeeze bottle. Then she blends it and measures it. Then again more banana to try and make more puree not juice. She then poured it in my cups and I taste it because I knew it was going to be awful. So I try it and it literally tasted like baby food. Like a purée thick and just nasty. So I let them know that I didn't like it and I always order this juice and it has never been this thick and like purée. So she asked if I wanted it remade and I said yes. Tell me why I got the dirtiest vibes after that and at that point I was just worried they were going to spit on my drink for wanting the product I paid for. I knew it wasn't going to be exactly like my juice I order because they were "out of chia seeds" but really I'm sure they measured and did their count for the night and didn't want to recount. So right before they start making my second pair of juices. Tell me why they start putting together the machines to juice my carrots apples and oranges. Whaaaat?! You guys actually know the proper way to make it. Why not just make it correct the first time? So finally all the FRESH juices not pulp start getting made and still a very hostile environment but I'm sorry I wanted my $13 worth. Not left over pulp juice. I get my juice poured in basically kid size cups, again never have had tiny 16oz cups but apparently that's the correct size. Not even filled to the top might I add. But at that point I felt way too uncomfortable to stay in the store and I left with my drinks. I got home at exactly 9:39 and I just wish employers had enough respect for paying customers to give the correct product. If that was my first time ordering that juice and the first drink was what I was given. I would have never questioned it and just never ordered from there again. How is hat going to bring customers back? It's not. Take pride in your work especially when people spend their hard earned money on it. I just hate that I have to always keep an eye on the employee while my juice is made to make sure I'm getting what I ordered. When I first saw the purée pulp being poured into my drink I asked the girl in the green shirt what that was and she said orange juice and I asked her if they always have it pre made and she said they sometimes pre make orange juice and lemon juice. But it literally looked like pure pulp and probably was based on my first drinks they tried giving me. Disappointed with the portion and products I paid for. I also don't appreciate that the girl didn't give me my receipt nor asked. She just walked away after she gave me my card back. read more

Horrible customer service by the manager Josephine. When my birthday email did not ring up, I was told I needed to show her the email. No problem. I spent 25 mins going through my 100+ emails on my phone to find it. Even after I showed her the email, she had the audacity to tell me, I probably already used it since a couple of weeks had already passed. Then she told me that she'll give it to me "this time!" When I objected to what she said and how she said it, she said that she was told to say that when a customer's discount doesn't ring up. She may be right because she said the same thing to me on a previous visit when my email coupon didn't work either. If so, this is a bad business model. I let it go and swore never to come back to this particular store again, but the b-day email was too good of a discount to pass up, especially when I live so close. Any one would be tempted. I told her that I had the good mind to go to another place. She told me "well good, go!" All I wanted was a birthday smoothie, but instead I got some manager with attitude without customer service skills. No one wants to be told that you might be trying to scam them, (over a smoothie) and that they'll give it to you this time. First time stopped by this Kamba juice. There are 6 varieties of fresh squeeze juice, but it end up only one as available because they didn't have the fruits to make it. Very disappointed . And , I watched them to make it, it seems they didn't put enough fruits in it to make it 2 cups. read more

I come here almost everyday and get a acai bowl and they alway make it fresh but today I witnessed them scooping out god knows how old fruit soup out of a cooler directly into the bowl they serve it in! Totally unacceptable I added peanut butter so clear that wasn't in there. Then when I said "that's supposed to have peanut butter in it" they made a new one with so much juice in it, it was another soup disaster! If you have this on the menu and it's almost $8 it should be made correctly and not with day old or even hour old acai base. U wouldn't make a abundance of smoothie and pour them in a freezer and scoop the juice out and serve it so I don't expect my $8 acai bowl to be like that either! So I thought it was a one time thing, but something I noticed is it always smells...chemically inside. Almost like bleach or 409 cleaner. It's nice to know they keep the establishment clean but not to the point where you get a contact high waiting a few minutes for your smoothie. This place has the BEST customer service of just about any place I've ever been in Palmdale!

My experiences here have always been pleasant. This is hands down the best Jamba Juice location in the Antelope Valley. They get your orders out in a timely and reasonable manner. Only bad thing to say is that my smoothies always have huge chunks at the bottom, and since I don't frequent JJ that often, I always forget to check before leaving the store. This is a clean, well lit, and friendly location. Not the perkiest Jamba store, but it's East Palmdale, so I suppose some slack is due. I have never witnessed a really long line here, and they are fairly quick with their drinks, so you can be in and out in a pretty decent amount of time. read more

Clean place, smells great, free samples galore. It's summer so there are teens behind that register. Very upbeat and happy. That's a plus for customer service. Jamba juice is a great place just like any other jamba juice. But, this particular location has some what fair service. Took them 15 minutes to prepare a smoothie with only a few customers. But, the worst thing is that they were playing rap music. What kind of business establishment allows this type of music to be sound. read more

So this time I went maybe a month after my last review. I had an app order and I went to the counter as I was instructed, but the girl at the pick up station straight up ignored me. I stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for my smoothie. Then, one of the other girls had asked me if I had been helped, I said no, I have an app order. She pulled my smoothie out of the freezer. So, it had been sitting in there all the while the other girl was ignoring me. Never visiting this Jamba juice again. I'll probably go to the one on the west side. worst service ever, I WILL NEVER be back in that store again. Walked in the music was sooo loud could not hear the order being given or repeated back to me, told Joseph 3 times to turn down the music so I could hear what was being said, NEVER did, after leaving the store and call to complain again. She said she was the GM I told her, I felt since I wasn't Hispanic, an older female my feelings did not matter to him, I felt discriminated against. I absolutely love this location. The store manager Christina is phenomenal. I decided to come to this location on 3 different occasions and by my third visit she said "If I don't remember your name and your order next visit, your drink is on me." Just to put her to the test, I came in a week later and sure enough she knew my name and exactly what I wanted.. Including the BOOST! The Jamba team at this location makes me want to return daily.
