Best Jamba around but it's pretty upsetting they make their employees work on Easter.

4/06/24 Getting açaí bowls for dinner tonight. 2 PB açaí bowls ordered with PB on the side. The worker was kind & easy to talk to. She said it would be ready in less than 10 minutes. I went in to get it. Short wait & greeted. Order was ready. Worker was Great. Paid for it, bagged & wished a good day! Appreciated! Dinner! My açaí bowl was REALLY DELICIOUS! Flavorful açaí & PB & Nutella drizzle with PB on the side made it even better! Mother said hers was GREAT! Plus, 1/2 is plenty! Leftovers! Great service & açaí bowls! Highly recommended! read more

As soon as they allow size large to be ordered on the app it will be 5 stars. I'm not sure why I have to order in person. I contacted Jamba and they said the store manager is in charge of that. The wait can be very long sometimes, I have left before. I have encountered very nice and very rude employees. I would love to just order for pick up. read more

Don't say you're open if you're not. States you open at 8 and I went in at 9 during my break- still closed. Wasted a good amount of time

At noon on a Thursday this place was busy. I ordered the açaí primo bowl. When it's the upper 90s I'd rather have something cold and filling for lunch. The wait after my order is what took the longest, but again they were busy. The açaí bowl was great, I'll definitely be back to try the other options. I will say this place had a very strong chemical smell, either bleach or some other cleaner. I'm glad they are clean but I don't want the smell of chemicals to bombard me especially in a place where I'm ordering food. read more

I forgot how much I love Jamba Juice!! My usual go to is the Mango-a-go-go but I have been getting the watermelon breeze while it's in season! I definitely recommend both drinks for anyone who loves sweet and tart flavors, but if you're still not sure then I'd ask the nice juice people for a recommendation! It's just yummy! The protein chocolate peanut butter is my favorite. Sometimes it's my dinner.

We went at 6 pm tried to open the door and it was closed. The staff just kept closing down the smoothie bar. They never looked up or tried to tell us they were closed. Their hours are 8am-7pm online and on the sign outside the door.. it sure if their scheduled time has changed..would be nice to be notified. read more

This is the WORST location I've been to. I called 5 times before showing up I even called when I walked in to see if the phone worked they're standing around doing nothing ignoring the phone.I was calling because I wanted to see if they had the ingredients for an açaí bowl or over bowl and of course they didn't have any. I'm giving one star because the quality is okay, but the customer service is terrible. I remember when this place first opened and the staff was always very friendly, helpful, and efficient. That lasted a few years. Fast forward to today, there were two employees working and the one who took my order looks miserable, like he hated his job out life and just didn't want to be there, and seemed annoyed to have to be taking my order, then the one making my order, to her credit she had a kind demeanor, but she messed up my order twice and there were no other orders or any visible explanation as to why she couldn't be as efficient as the staff had been years ago. One star for customer service/ competency issues. First time at a jamba juice. Ordered a vanilla blue sky bowl. BOWL. It's literally written on the menu under bowlkmoothies. So my name gets called out with it with a very puzzled look on my face, to my cjar to hand my wife her llnilla blue sky bowl she asked me to get and she was like wtf is that and I'm like ummm. Idk. A bowl? Lmfao. It's clearly a smoothie in a large cup. So I go to go back inside and all of a sudden they wouldn't let me in because they had 6 ppl inside and apparently thats their limit. So now I'm feeling even more dumb and awkward and uncomfortable. So finally I go up with my wife and she tells them we ordered the vanilla blue sky bowl, and they were rathy snarky and gave my wife attitude. And I was like great. Here we go. So now my wife is looking flabbergasted that the lady who took the order had the audacity to give her attitude when she clearly made a major mistake. So I quickly took over and politely asked to get what we ordered, if that was okay. So they ended up calling me back a minute later telling me that there was a charge difference and that I owed them money all of a sudden. I was like in my head going dude wtf for real?? Yall mess up my order. And now your going to force me to charge my card a second time? Since apparently they weren't taking cash it was card only. Yet another issue. So this place just has issue upon issue. It was my first time and it was a pretty horrible experience. The employees arent even experienced enough to know what their menu says. I never ordered a smoothie. As a matter of fact on their written menu it's not even an option, there is no vanilla blue sky smooth, only a bowl. So like seriously. Wtf Jamba Juice? No wonder ive never been here before. Oh and so I get the bowl right? Dude it's tiny!!!!!! Like. Not only was the bowl more expensive then the LARGE smoothie, but it was SIGNIFICANTLY SMALLER. Get some competent employees who know how to do their jobs and that don't have snarky attitude problems. Horrible drinks... I ordered 3 and they were horribly made. I'd never order from reedley again. All Fresno locations make them great!

I went there with the kids and it wasn't busy, only us and the kids took time (maybe 1-2 mins) to read on the menu and tried to figure out which one should they order. The girl who worked there, Amy gave us very rude look and so impolite. She didn't even give me the recipt after I paid. She printed it and threw away so I asked the other lady to print it for me. I'm not gonna lie, this place is pretty good let me just say this, you never get less than what you ask for. Some days I go in and ask for an orange dream machine (dreamsicle) ((hella good)) anyways I ask for a medium sometimes they give it to me in a large other days they feel like following the rules and they actually give me a medium.
