I've only had pad Thai from a restaurant and usually it's pretty saucy and Americanized. . I've never had had Thai in Thailand, but I would imagine this is pretty close to what you might get. When taking first sip I could taste the banana flavor. Maybe instead of the shredded coconut, it could be like a coconut foam since the texture of shredded coconut might be off putting for some or too much texture since it already has the banana chips.
