NGL, I come for free MERCH while supplies last but today was a miss, sold out within an hour. the best thing to have are the coffees when I was a coffee drinker but I'm not as much because it's too acidic for me to have everyday. The coffee really keeps you up when you need to work or study for an exam. The service is fast but this area is ghetto and a scary. The Chai is my favorite and I'm not into Rebel energy drinks, I think they're too sweet. It's only drive thru and walk up with a patio set in front outdoors. My experience at this location unfortunately was extremely poor. Upon arrival there was a long line. Completely understandable. It was 3 pm July 14th on a Tuesday. I patiently waited for my turn to order. Ordering was fine that employee was good. It was when I arrived at the window to scan my points and pay where things went wrong. I showed up greeting the employee with my phone ready for scanning and playing. There were four girls inside who paid no attention to me. First thing they asked me was, "how are you going to pay?" No "hello" or even asking if J wanted to scan my points. My mood changed from friendly to being caught off guard as my previous MANY dutch bros experiences have been amazing. I told them I wanted to scan my points, after being scanned the girl interrupted my transaction by point out a completely separate situation outside of work. Unrelated to what was going on (a customer trying to pay) they sat and talked about the male and female down the street. Four females decided to chit chat in the MIDDLE of a transaction. The girl that was helping me then left and another took her place asking if I had been helped. I said I needed to pay and I was in the middle of doing so and then yet again this employee then also interrupts and talks to her coworkers instead. Once paid I waited for my drinks as they sat and talked. After receiving my drinks I ordered a mangonada, the drink immediately did not look like the sink advertised and the drink I've ordered many other times at other locations. The drink was almost flavorless, had only four strawberries and absolutely no tajin. Please whoever manages this place, can you please talk to your employees about talking and interrupting customers ESPECIALLY with the longest line I've ever seen at dutch bros. Thank you. read more

First of all this location is a headache with the parking lot. Multiple cars almost hit each other. There really needs to be another system in place for where cars wait for the drive-through. On a positive note, the wait wasn't bad and they were really nice to have somebody come out to take orders in the drive-through even though it was hot. Unfortunately, my drink was made wrong as my double blended drink was completely ice. When I parked and walked up to have them remake it. The worker acted like I was the problem and that they don't remake drinks. When she finally agreed that they could remake it she "misheard" my order three separate times. I get this drink all the time and I get two flavors sugar-free. Although my drink came out looking better, I could tell that none of the flavors were sugar free. When I asked to clarify that two of those flavors were sugar-free, I was told "They didn't make the drink wrong." I decided it was not worth the argument and left, with a drink I can't drink. I would usually just get a tea which I feel it's super watered down. As for coffee I just stick to their iced annihilator. Always ordered a large iced black tea shark attack extra sweet and them mfs used to come thru wit it and now the place is a hit or miss depending on who's working ig! I really like coming to Dutch Bros when I need something tasty or a pick me up. This location has been one of my favorites. Service is fast and very friendly. Staff are always upbeat and very outgoing. We usually go to the walk up window. Today we went thru drive thru and we waited no longer than 5 mins from ordering to getting our drinks. I ordered a small vanilla frost for my daughter and for me I created my own. (Coffee, sugar free Irish cream, heavy whipping cream all blended) Each time we come we try to create something new to drink and the employees always make it just right however we order it. I was told I HAVE to try Dutch Bros while in town. I kept skipping it due to long lines, but was assured by classmates that the line moves fast. I saw one day that the line was thin and jumped at the opportunity to try it out. I ordered a Chai Latte and was surprised at how fast I was in and out. I was also surprised a couple hours later when I started to crash! I looked up the nutrition info online and was shocked to see 44 grams of sugar in the Chai! Ooof. It tasted good, but that sugar level is not what you want first thing in the morning. So on the second try, I went for a good ol' Americano. Again, the line was short and I was greeted by a friendly staff member outside who took my order. Unfortunately when I got to the window... crickets. There was no one at the window and it appeared there was no one outside either. Cars started lining up and then the person behind me even had the audacity to honk like I was holding things up. The music inside is crazy loud so I couldn't hear staff, but then I saw a staff member poke out and they were shotgunning Dutch Bros cans. It appears everyone was in on it as they laughed and chucked their cans in the trash. I am all for fun, but the guy wiped his mouth and proceeded to hand me my drink. This location is closest to my house & I used to go all the time but when you ask for extra caramel they give you the regular amount! Went at 4am one day was the only car in line & waited 10-15 minutes when a car finally did come behind us they honked because that's how long we had been waiting. Another thing that turned me off one sunday at like noon a lady was asking cars for money to take the bus & one girl was taking orders & a manager I'm assuming came out & asked her not to approach peoples cars which no one rolled down their window anyways. But the girl who was taking order was scared I guess so she went inside & stop taking orders. When we did get to the window the guy tried to hand us two different orders. The girl who I assumed was the manager called security which the lady had been long gone, she should have been focusing on helping with the orders & just apologized for the lady approaching cars. I have been coming to this Dutch location for over 2 years and lately it's been getting bad. The outside area and ground is very very dirty. So much trash and mess everywhere. Next, the service was bad. The person couldn't take the order correctly at all. So many mixups and unknowing of how to place the order on the tablet. I get that they hire new people but they don't train them enough to actually help and do their job it, just makes everything slow and confusing since the orders aren't being made correctly the first time. Recently I've been getting my drinks blended due to the heat but lately we've gotten to the window and our drinks are already really watery and well today I got a drink that completely wasn't even mine didn't really notice same colors as mine should have been but taste wasn't their I know because a mango pineapple smoothie with pomegranate drizzle is my go fav. This was not that . Seemed to be blended but had little to no ice all liquid also got parfait style on one drink n it seemed to be mixed or shaken up before hand didn't make a fuss because it's hot n the employees are usually great but something is going on . Especially when I go to different locations and my drinks are legit . I came to Dutch Bros this evening to get me some brew before my night shift and I can say that I'm not impressed at all. When I pulled up to the drive through and checked in, I placed my order of a triple espresso Frappuccino with no whip. Then I realized "yay I get a $1 off any muffin for checking in!" once I was about to pay for my "coffee" I showed the cashiers my Yelp coupon for $1 off and they were all confused ....and so was I when they handed me the "muffin" it looked like it got squished upon delivery and it definitely had looked as though it's been shelved for some time eek. Anyways when my coffee came out, it was such a disappointment. It was just a block of shredded ice with coffee poured over it. Definitely more ice than coffee. I hope this will keep me awake throughout my 12 hr shift. Anyways I don't know what this coffee establishment is really known for but it came up in my search (since Starbucks has closed so many of their locations due to covid) but I definitely won't be coming back here again. I came to get my Rebel fix. Ordered a large with light ice so it doesn't get watered down. When they handed me my drink...I was like hey what happened to the rest of my drink....she said they only pour one can of Rebel and the rest is the flavors and ice and since I ordered light ice they will not add anymore Rebel. So then either way if you order another size they will NOT adjust to fillup the cup due to the fact that most of your Drink is ICE...this is a rip off. They can easily open up another can to top it off. We spend almost 8 bucks for a large Rebel drink and we should get a drink with it all the way to the top not less drink. We pay for the drink not the freakin ice. I even asked if they can add some blended Rebel in it to top it off and they said no they don't do that. read more

I have never seen anyone in a bad mood. Everyone seems to love their jobs! My husband and I normally just get a hot mocha...nothing too crazy! The flavor was good...but it was lukewarm. I didn't drink it all because it was cold before I could get halfway through it. I think maybe I should order it extra hot, because this has happened more than once. However, it was very tasty! I am visiting my grandparents for a while and I'm coming from N.C. We don't have this establishment out there. I love going to this place in Scottsdale, AZ... so I was quite excited to discover it's located near my grandparents. I get it... the pandemic is making things tough for everyone. It's not easy to deal with this unforeseen event. It's tough on everyone. With that being said... some companies struggle more than others. I completely understand staff members wanting to enjoy their job and mess around a bit. It's great to see people enjoying what they do. But there comes a point where the job needs to get done. When we pulled up... there was a line. It was not super busy but it wasn't slow. A young girl approached my car to take my order. She greeted me and we seemed to be off to a great start. I asked a question and she started to answer... that was until a male employee came behind her and started messing and joking around with her. Then they sat their and had their own conversation with each other. Completely ignoring me, a costumer who was trying to order. That put a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I started to talk again, she would respond, then quickly start talking to the other Staff member. The conversation they were having had nothing that do with their job or the line piling up. Joke and mess around on your own time, not while you are supposed to be doing your job. AGAIN... I'm ALL for ENJOYING your job and the people you work with... but there is a clear line of what's appropriate and what's not... very unprofessional. On the other hand... I was impressed with how fast the drinks were made. A gentlemen brought them out to all the cars as they became ready. He was super sweet. I'm very bummed I didn't take note of anyone's names.
