Today I was having a horrible day so I treated myself to a Jamba Juice. I order and had a buy one get one free. They forgot to put it in for me so I get to window and they tell me. So I tell lady it's ok line was long and she insisted to make it for me. Not only did she make another one without asking or complaining she did it with a smile and was respectful. Her customer service and attitude was amazing. I didn't catch her name but If she reads this I want to tell her thank you and your amazing and thank you for taking pride in what you do. Went in today with my boyfriend and got a drink, from the moment we walked in we were acknowledged. Hector was working in the front and his customer service was great, he acknowledged both my boyfriend and I and we left happy within a couple minutes. He even went out of his way to tell us to drive safe and have a good day,definitely would return. read more

This location has great customer service! I messed up this morning and accidentally ordered through the app for a different location. The girl working the counter to my surprised contacted the other location to inform them of the mishap and started on my order. She handled the situation like a pro and didn't make me feel bad for the confusion one bit. Very appreciative that she was not only able to have my order out in a timely manner but that she made sure to go above and beyond by contacting the other location for me. These girls are awesome! They just opened so there's a few kinks to work out like the drive through was so busy that inside was actually much faster. My order was not accurate in the drive through that I had to go in store to have them remake my drink, which they were very accommodating and apologized for. Overall, I'm so happy there's a Jamba Juice at Crossroads in Riverbank and it has a drive through! Can't wait until all the dets are worked out! read more

WOW! Dominique is on fire with customer service. She is the shift manager here at Jamba and I can see why, she was asking if I wanted to up my drink to a Large and make it free for buying the tumbler for $12. SCORE! I also had a $2 off a smoothie coupon that was emailed to me this morning and then when I put in my rewards I had another $3 off. She was so friendly and helpful. She gave me my receipt and pointed out to take the survey to win $500 because someone in Tracy had just won and she told me today was my lucky day since I got a free drink and $5 off. I have never received the great level of service anywhere than at the Riverbank Jamba Juice. All the employees know me by name and make my usual Strawberries Wild to perfection. The way they make me feel at home is wonderful. Makayla, the shift manager is very sweet and always makes sure I'm taking care of each visit. Today Sydnee presented me with a free smoothie coupon put in an envelope putting a nice personal touch to it. I love this place and tell my friends of these great experiences all the time. Drive-thru sucks (been waiting over 15 mins!) and girl at the window's not very friendly and messed up our order. Not cool:(

They literally don't start making your beverage until after you're already pulled up to the window. Their drive thru pace is insanely slow. My 91 year old grandma can make smoothies faster than their whole team combined. A 45 minute wait time in 104 degree heat is ridiculous. You might as well skip the drive-thru and order inside. This isn't the first instance. This pace has been constant for months. Get it together!! read more

Jamba Juice is one of my favorite places and this location looks nice and new but only reason I'm giving 2 stars because their drive thru takes FOREVER! I don't understand the point of a drive thru if you are gonna take longer than when you walk in and order. Today I ordered a smoothie and I waited 13 minutes!!! I wasn't even the first car in the line yet there was a car in front of me that haven't got their order yet! I was running late to class so I ended up just leaving without getting the smoothie. I actually like this Jamba Juice, there is one manager in particular who is extremely friendly and they usually get me out in a timely manner, however it seems every time I go to buy a fresh juice their is never any fresh produce. I don't know if their is a discrepancy in the order placements or what, but it's a little irritating when this is my third time having to ask the cashier to cancel my order because they have no fresh fruits to create the juices. I wouldn't mind if they at least told me at the ordering monitor, instead I have to wait in line to reach the front window and be informed that they are unable to make my drink. This disappoints me because I really liked their staff and the potential. read more

I won't be coming here anymore. I have a family of 4 and we all like to buy the bowls. For $8.49/each, I expect my bowls to be full, not 3/4 full of bananas. This is the 3rd time the people preparing the bowls notice they haven't blended enough ingredients for the bowl and fill it with toppings.
