So today that's what I went with was a sparkling soda, with sugar-free hazelnut and sugar-free strawberry. It was my first time putting this combination together, and I hesitated because of the hazelnut. I love hazelnut but mostly and coffee drinks. However, I did like it and I would read it a 8/10. We were here Tuesday evening March 17th about 8:15pm at 3739 McHenery Worst service ever! They messed up our order twice! They offered to remake but it was the second time they messed up and we were upset. The crew wasn't paying attention at all! Laughing Giggling and not the same good service as before. What happened?? This is my second time at this location and the drinks always seem to be made differently than the location I usually go to in Turlock. I ordered a medium iced golden eagle and the first one I received taste like milk/cream only, no coffee taste at all. So I ask if it could be remade and I pretty much received the same crappy drink. Also the non coffee drinks come loaded with ice at this location. We ordered a strawberry horchata chia and a strawberry lemonade. Both were almost filled completely with ice. i go here every morning and always have a great experience, but today i was being helped by this girl who was amazing and there was this other guy who was being so mean to me and her saying that i need to get in the other line and she can't take my order until all the cars are done, i asked why, because it says pick the shortest line and he was like well u just need to and he starts yelling at the girl to not take my order. He was so mean and it made me so uncomfortable, the poor girl looked so sad afterwards, i just hope she's okay. No one deserves to be talked to like that, especially in front of customers and in the work place. read more

Like most of the reviews I've also have had a bad experience here with the drinks as well with customers service, the drink I got was a HOT peppermint mocha, the same drink I get multiple times a week. Upon receiving the drink, it was VERY COLD and tasted super creamy no coffee taste AT ALL!, I went to the window and nicely explained what my issues were and just asked if I could get it remade but I got a rude looks as if I was stupid the overall experience was very unpleasant. YALL COME DOWN NOW THEYRE OPEN! Went at 6 PM on a Friday afternoon, not only were the people extremely nice, but they had extra stickers left over from their opening! They were so kind and let me have a few of them... I always love Dutch Bros, but the people here seem to be EXTRA nice! it reminds me of the Dutch Bros in Oregon actually :-) I think this will be my new go to Dutch Bros from now on for sure! Did an online order ahead of time to avoid the long wait. The guy who approached me said he will go check to see if my order is ready. Mind you, there were 5 cars ahead of me. He never came out. I had to wait 10 minutes just for one drink. By the time I got to the window and got my drink, the cup was already condensation.
