    Basil Popcorn Chicken
    Girlie M.

I haven't been to T4 in a while, and this was my first time visiting this location. I noticed they've expanded their food menu, offering a nice variety of small appetizers that pair well with their drinks. I tried calling in my order ahead since I was just an exit away, but they don't take phone orders. You'll have to order online or in person. Luckily, it wasn't busy when I arrived, so I was able to order quickly and didn't have to wait long. The staff member at the counter was friendly and greeted me as I walked in. They also have a self-serve ordering kiosk up front, which is convenient. The restaurant itself was clean and organized. I ordered my usual--Thai Basil Popcorn Chicken--and it was just as good as I remembered: hot, juicy, tender, and full of flavor. It's consistently delicious every time I get it. Prices have gone up a bit though, but that's to be expected these days. Overall, still my go-to spot for popcorn chicken.

    Calamari and popcorn chicken

Drinks here are pretty standard. There is not much strong tea flavor for the drinks i got though. They have a large selection of snacks and drinks. I got the calamari and popcorn chicken. Both came out hot and fresh. They are seasoned pretty well. Service is pretty good drinks are done quick but food takes a bit longer to cook which is understandable. Overall a good boba shop if you need your fix.

Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with grass jelly

The roasted oolong milk tea was great, but the grass jelly was too slimey (which made it a bit too sweet). The calamari was fried great and a good chewy, but they put way too much pepper on it and it was too spicy. Egg puffs were yummy!

Top to bottom to go: calamari, basil popcorn chicken, fried tofu

Three stars as I only rated the food. Hands down, this is the spot for snacks. The calamari strikes a perfect balance of fry, flavor, and batter, beautifully crunchy and crispy while still packed with taste. The basil popcorn chicken is always on point, and the fried tofu is absolutely delicious as well. Snack prices are fair and definitely worth what you're getting. Tea was ok, overpriced compared to surrounding businesses.

Their fried basil chicken, calamari, & fish was not crispy enough. The batter was falling off the calamari. Their cayenne pepper seasoning was not spicy at all. Ended up adding more after these photos were taken and there was no spice.. old seasoning? Ordered taro milk tea & oolong milk tea with less ice & regular sweetness and both were still really watered down and not sweet.

Ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea w/ Boba & Lychee Smoothie w/ Aloe (Dairy-Free). It was good. Ok. Thank you.

Came here on a Wednesday around 4:30pm and got their Wednesday special (chicken katsu & fries & with a regular milk tea ) for $11.99. Wasn't busy but had a consistent regular flow of customers coming coming in as others were leaving. This location looks a lot older and dated than most T4 locations I've been too, but the drink and food menus are the same . Plenty's of seating available if you're trying to hang out. Chicken katsu was delicious, juicy and made to order. Quality was better than I was expecting. Fries were ok, nothing special. Portion was good for the price. Milk tea was standard but still good as it was included with the meal Will definitely come back to try some other food items. I'm sure there drinks are on par with other T4 locations. Our food did t take long to come out , but then again it was hot and fresh so I can't complain.

My son absolutely love coming to T4 in Elk Grove..we're always here almost everyday..

I came here earlier for a drink. I usually get milk tea with boba, but since it was so hot, I decided to get a smoothie. I've been really into mango lately, so I got a mango smoothie, and it was delicious. I'll definitely get it again. The service was great too. I also ordered a mix plate with lobster balls, calamari, and popcorn chicken, which was amazing. I changed my mind about the fish fillet I ordered, and they quickly gave me a refund. The ambiance was okay, but they could improve their food signs to look neater and more professional.

Had to get my Boba fix, so picked up a Jasmine Milk Tea. Great quick service. Clean and nice area to hang out and enjoy your food. They used to have board games to play.

We had good service with the lady helping up pick out our drinks, she was super sweet. We got reg taro milk tea (5.75), large sweet mango smoothie with rainbow jelly (6.80), large brown sugar milk tea w pearl (6.35), sesame ball (5.25), honey chicken wings (8.15) total was $32.30 for the 3 drinks and 2 food items. The inside looked clean but they did have cleaning products out on top of the trash and that could be hazardous to kids. The sesame balls were delicious, we got so many! But we do need to talk about the wings....i don't know how the wings are made, if they are frozen or freshly cut and battered in house. But I would like to say those were hands down the best wings I've ever had. Hats off to the chef, those alone would make me drive the hour it takes to get to this t4. I wish the t4 near me sold wings!! 5 stars just for the wings honestly, the biggest carry of the season.

The coffee itself was very strong, which made the banana flavor hard to notice. It was topped with a cookie crumble that tasted good, but it made the drink difficult to sip without a straw. If you take your time finishing your drink, the crumble can get a bit soggy by the end. Overall, the coffee was good, but I'm not sure it was worth the nearly $9 price tag They also sell salt bread here. I didn't try any this visit, but I'd be interested in giving it a shot next time. The space has limited seating, so it could be difficult to find a spot to wait during busy times without getting in the way. On the plus side, my drink was prepared quickly.

We recently stopped by Cafe La Vies and ended up having such a fun experience…read more I ordered the banana matcha, which was absolutely delicious. The banana flavor paired surprisingly well with the matcha and made for a really refreshing drink. It was one of those drinks that I immediately knew I'd order again. But honestly, the highlight wasn't even the drink itself. It was the adorable little elephant vessel it came with. They put dry ice inside and then pour water into it, making it look like the elephant is blowing smoke out of its trunk. My daughter was completely mesmerized. Watching her reaction was worth the visit all by itself. What I loved most was that it wasn't just a gimmick. The drink was actually good, and the elephant made such a cute keepsake afterward. It felt like getting both a treat and a souvenir. The café itself had a fun atmosphere, and it was one of those places that felt a little different from your typical coffee or tea stop. Helpful tip: If it's your first visit, order one of the drinks served in the elephant. The presentation alone is worth it, especially if you're visiting with kids. Between the banana matcha and my daughter's excitement over the smoking elephant, this ended up being one of those unexpectedly memorable stops we'll be talking about for a while.

I walk up to the counter and asked for the Mango Sticky Rice and the guy who helped me, idk what his name is had an attitude and was like we're out of it. I'm thinking to myself, sooo if you KNOW you're of something that's popular and on the menu, maybe you should put a sign somewhere stating that it's currently NOT AVAILABLE. Then I had to call back home to let my siblings know that the initial drink they wanted was not available, so they can choose something else and again the guy taking the order wad annoyed. My siblings decided upon the Mangonada with brown sugar boba and the iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha. Unfortunately, brown sugar boba was not available was all out for the day according to the cashier.. but no sign stating that they were sold out. I had to call my siblings again to let them know and ask if they wanted crystal boba as a replacement. To keep the order going while I was calling them, I asked for a mochi waffle and the guy threw his hands up annoyed and was like do you not want the boba for drink? I told the cashier I'll have the crystal boba instead of the brown sugar since it's currently unavailable, and the guy goes with an attitude... soo do you want the crystal boba? I said yess...yes I do. The Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha was alrightt. It is definitely not all that it is hyped up to be. The drink IMO was just a basic iced matcha with chocolate drizzle on the side of the cup and the pistachio foam that barely tasted like pistachio.

Parking was confusing, didn't realize it was in a church and there wasn't really obvious signage from the parking lot that you're in the right spot. I had to look at the other review pictures to be like okay, I am here. Interior is cute and modern, but lacking that lived in feel I prefer for coffee shops. Service was quick. The coffee itself seems to lean towards biblical (lol?) food items. Think olive oil, dates, tahini, honey. I got the Tahini Einspanner because how fun, I can get some tastes of tahini and date but the whip and syrup didn't mix well into the drink despite me aggressively trying so it just lasted like a $7 plain latte. I almost had to bite the whip because it was so thick. Seems like they're using quality ingredients so the intention is there, the executions needs some refinement.
