I don't normally get smoothies from Jamba Juice just because of proximity of Juice Shack, but I've been a lot more satisfied with the customer service and quality of the smoothies at Jamba Juice. The cashier asked if I would like an add-on, I tried the very vague "daily vitamin" and was happy that it didn't affect the smoothie. They always blend completely and never leave any lumps. read more

I'm not sure if it is their reactions from the pandemic going on, or if these people are just plain rude, but the last few months of coming to this Jamba Juice I have received incredibly bad customer service from the same group of employees who have been working recently. Not a single one greets any customer that enters the store, which when I worked in food service is the first thing we are trained to do, they all look MISERABLE to be there with glares on their faces, they ignore the presence of up to several customers at a time, sometimes just to make a smoothie for THEMSELVES, and will not acknowledge them until the customer grabs their attention. I totally understand rushes and perhaps being understaffed, been there, but EVERY time I come in there are at least 4-5 people working and the store is almost never crowded. One male employee in particular, didn't catch his name but he has only been working here for a month or two, is probably the worst I encountered. I placed an order to be picked up on the app about 15-20 min in advance (the app states that it only takes about 8 min for them to prepare you order and gives you the time to come pick it up), so when I arrived, I assumed it would be ready. I walked into the store, was not acknowledged or greeted, and continued to stand there for 10 min while he made the smoothies that two men had ordered before me, and 3 other employees were simply standing around talking. When he finished making the men's smoothies, he stepped back like he had nothing else to get done. When one employee came from the back and finally noticed me standing there I told her I was here to pick up my order, she went and looked in the fridge and my smoothie wasn't even made. At this point it was 15 min later than I was supposed to even pick it up and the employee sassily just said "I guess I'll just make it for you right now then." I never deliberately try to be difficult in these situations, but wow these employees are so consistent with not caring, that I give up! Definitely not coming back to this store and will just go to Petaluma where they know how to treat customers. The only good thing I can say is their smoothies tasted pretty good. read more

So I just needed a small treat after my Orthodontist appointment and I also wanted to have something a little bit healthy for breakfast. Lately, I've been craving smoothies so I stopped and I had such a lovely visit. Let me say that it was my first visit and I really liked it. I ordered the Açaí Berry Bowl & Large PB & Banana Protein Smoothie with an extra boost of vitamins!!! I'm a happy "juicer"!!!My fruit bowl was filling & delicious with the bananas, blueberries, strawberries, coconut, & granola. And, my smoothie was rich and satisfying. And, most importantly, my smoothie was worth my money that I paid. The staff were nice and the store was clean. It's located on Mendocino by the Safeway. read more

Went here on the last day of buy one get one free and it was absolutely amazing! The smoothies hit the spot on a really hot day. The staff has manors and we're nice. I love me some Jamba Juice! read more

Everyone is always super friendly, and the service is fast! A little on the pricey side, wish Jamba Juice ran more specials and coupons.

Employee Haley was rude when I told her they had given me the wrong smoothie and tried to tell me that was what I had ordered. She grabbed the smoothie out of my hand and said she would make me the correct smoothie. But then had me wait minutes for it. She didn't apologize for the mess up or the long wait. The smoothies are flavorless and mine wasn't even blended well. I won't be back. read more

Very surprising that they've begun charging to replace a juice with fresh squeezed OJ. I worked at Jamba in San Rafael years back and we didn't charge for substitutions. I could understand $0.50 maybe, but $2.50 for 8oz. of fresh OJ instead of soy milk, give me a break! Very tempted not to return to any Jamba out of principle alone. read more

Ok so i just went to your mendo store just left Safeway after shopping whit my wife and three sons our youngest son is 18 months old and he us strapped in cart so i didnt want to leave my child nor groceries out side so i took the cart just in side the door .mibd you there was a total of 2 people in your dinning room yet i was told to remove the cart insted of letting me order and than i would have gone back out side . so because of your impatient employee you lost a sale of 4 smoothes.and lost a future customer . we all love your smoothies . read more

Had to wait before ordering while they stopped to print out a previous receipt the person didn't even want and then watched my smoothie start to separate into its original components while 4 people walked by doing nothing because...why, I don't know. Very good location. I like the orange peel smoothie made thick. It is done perfect here. Sometimes other location make it too watery.

Had some time to kill before out next soccer game and decided to stop in here for smoothies. Bad decision. The clerk taking our order didn't know how to run the register and kept forgetting her password so asked her supervisor 3 times (after each drink order) what the password was. Asked for a bathroom key which had been misplaced, so the bathroom was unusable. There were 4-5 tables in the store but only a few chairs so people had to stand around the tables. The drinks were inconsistent; we ordered four smoothies and one came out thin. Overpriced and undervalue. A big disappointment. read more

This place has terrible customer service. I went there today because I received an email stating I had a free birthday drink. The girl behind the counter was rude and seemed bothered to assist me. These guys are outstanding. Fast service, nice staff - even when they're slammed. And I dig it when they say my smoothie turned out bigger than normal so take the extra for free. You got to love that. Parking lot is a mess, but there are bunch of businesses packed like sardines in that spot. Try the oatmeal - it's good.
