I ordered two Razz Matazz's this last Friday around 1pm, and I was very disappointed in the flavor. The smoothies were incredibly bitter and basically undrinkable. It took a super long time to get my order. The girl who took my order and made it, I think it was Jess? It took almost 15 minutes to get my drinks, when there was only one order before mine. The drinks were not worth the wait. I didn't taste them until I was on the other side of the parking lot in my car. I enjoy going to this location but have noticed customer service on Friday mornings is bad. They don't smile at all and act like they don't want to help. I have been going to Jamba Juice since high school. It has always been a "go-to" for me when I am on the run and need a quick smoothie after my workout. I usually get a peanut butter mood with added Whey Protein. The best part in going to this location is having Erika take care of you. Thank god people like her exist. Her customer service skills were phenomenal. She was very patient and thorough when explaining what is in each drink which I sincerely appreciated since I am sensitive to certain ingredients. I love coming in and ordering a smoothie and being greeted by Charlie, the sweet employee who is always there most mornings. He is amazing with my child ​and always has our smoothies out so fast. I was a fan of the Peanut Butter Moo'd but now I'm enjoying PB Chocolate Love. Charlie recommended substituting the chocolate base for coffee and it has caused me to skip my Starbucks run altogether​. Love the curbside delivery too! I love Jamba Juice, but this one was sad. We ordered two tomato twists and both came out extremely burnt. We would've had them replace them, but they were the last two. The got my girlfriend's smoothie right, but they forgot to add my 3 shots, and then had to remake it. They didn't give me the excess that didn't fit in the large cup, which majority of other Jamba Juices have done for me by default. Jomamba Juice is trying to change things around. They've severely simplified the menu but still have some of the classic smoothies like Strawberries Wild and Banana Berry and added on some more breakfasty type items like granola mixed in. Have you had the new Chunky Strawberry? It's frickin awesome! It's a thick smoothie with granola topped with sliced banana that you eat with a spoon. This place is hoppin around lunch time so be prepared for loud music, teenagers everywhere and a crowded parking lot. The workers however are quick and amiable. I don't visit Jamba Juice as much as I used to, but they always do a good job. But the past two times I have gone in, they took awhile to make my smoothie. I was the only customer in the place, and it took 3 workers about 5 minutes to even start my drink. Really? Other than that, my smoothies have been the standard greatness. I tend to go for the Aloha Pineapple, or the Orange Dream Machine. I do like to treat myself to some of the off-the-menu drinks (pink star, white/red gummy bear, there are a couple others) every once in a while.
