Located inside of Topanga mall's food court upstairs, this Jamba juice is a small vendor spot. I've come by here a few times now whenever I happen to crave Jamba juice or smoothies inside of the mall! The service here isn't really outstanding or anything, but the staff always makes the smoothies perfectly how I want it. The full menu and pricing isn't in front of the order counter, but is on the left side of the shop. There's limited seating on the back side. I don't usually sit with my drink and usually sip it as I walk around the mall but there are also plenty of seating around the mall. Never had any issues and the quality of the smoothies are still the same! Rewards app also works here too. read more

This Jamba Juice location is always busy, but unfortunately the staff never seem very friendly. It often feels like they'd rather be somewhere else, and they don't really answer questions about the smoothies when you ask. The front area also never seems to be stocked with snacks like why wasn't anything stocked up??? And the place can look a little messy. After my last experience, I honestly haven't gone back. I worked in customer service for about 8 years, so I understand that it can be stressful and busy. But at the end of the day, treating people the way you'd want to be treated goes a long way. I love Jamba Juice and have been patronizing the brand for years and in different cities. I don't know what is going on with this particular location but it's a hit and miss. Sometimes the smoothie is good, but most times it's taste diluted without much flavor or taste. I get the same smoothie every time and they can taste completely different, and not a good taste. It tastes like it is iced filled. I can't see myself paying for anymore smoothies at this establishment. It's too costly to have a tasteless diluted drink. Such a great location!! I got the Apple n' Greens which is a great dairy free and vegan friendly option. I would definitely recommend this location for quality drinks and a superb menu. They have a lot of dairy free options and so many customizations that you can make your drink your own. There is something for everyone here. The store was so clean and tidy. Ask for Jen's when you go in! Jens is the absolute best. He was so kind and made our drinks absolute perfection. He gave great recommendations for what drinks to order and helped accommodate allergy friendly options. He made our drinks efficiently and they were so good. I ordered ahead this afternoon at 1:30 PM. When I got to the store there were about 10 other customers in there waiting or in line to place their order. There were only two employees and they were working hard and as quickly as possible to fill all the orders. I didn't get their names, but these ladies were doing an AMAZING job! I even told them so. I wanted to post so the manager would see this. We have lived down the street for 13 years and have been regular customers all that time. You guys are awesome! The place was a bit crowded but the weather has been so incredibly hot lately (110°) that it shouldn't be a surprise. The smoothies are around $6-$9 average. I ordered a Strawberry Surfrider at 8:40 pm on October 27th. Upon walking into the store, the workers had already looked grumpy. I was not greeted with a hello or good evening, but instead was just left with sighs and frustration. I understand I did show up 20 minutes before closing, but that is no excuse to be treated poorly. I gave the worker my phone number to redeem a medium size smoothie, but she said I didn't have any points. But to my knowledge when I open my Jamba app, it states I have 39950 points. I asked her nicely if she was sure nothing showed up and she said I had no points to redeem. She then charged me and walked away abruptly. Customer service is overall mediocre, but during my last visit, both employees were very cordial, and I waited less than 10 minutes for my drink. My orders come out fine; they aren't awful, but they don't stand out. There is always plenty of parking as this Jamba is in a strip mall. All in all, this is a decent Jamba. I mean it's truly disheartening to be writing this. Unfortunately, the service was not that great and quite slow. At first I thought it was because there many online/app orders but that didn't seem to be the case. There were two employees who, despite greeting us, seemed to be off. I realize people have off days but I'm not sure what was going on but the energy in the store was meh. We waited a good 15 minutes before our one drink was done. It was also curious that the shelves had nothing in them. It's possible that's because of the recent thefts in the area?! Not sure. I have been a regular visitor of this location and the staff have always been friendly and continued to keep their store clean. I usually order the same items through their app. I can certainly agree that the location can get busy and staff would get overwhelmed, but they make efforts (IMO) to provide good service. In happenstance, a person there had introduced himself as the district manager (DM) for Jamba. Constructively, I cannot share a favorable opinion of that DM. During my visit, another customer offered feedback on the location being short-staffed, but the DM feigned ignorance, kept the convo short and just walked off. While it could be just a bad start to their Friday morning, he didn't seem as friendly at first impression. Anyway, I'll continue to come here and get my fix. LOL read more

You can really tell that the employees at this Jamba Juice genuinely like their job and they provided me with great customer service. I ordered a orange juice and an oatmeal for breakfast. At first one of the employees was hesitant after I said orange juice. I guess their machine had been out of order for awhile and they had just received a new one. They seemed to be in the midst of putting it together when I arrived. It only took a few minutes for them to set it up and everyone was so happy once they got it up and running. I enjoyed seeing them working together as a team and getting excited about their new juicer. Jamba continues to raise prices, reduce menu offerings, and shrink the size of their smoothies. The quality of smoothies is still top notch but the rest is not moving in a great direction. In the past I would always go to Jamba for smoothie needs but now I've begun going to Blenders in the Grass more often. Clean facility and friendly staff per usual. Food prepared quickly. Which means they must have used regular milk that was spoiled or some other expired product. But it wasn't just the pumpkin drinks, the acai smoothie was rancid as well. We tried calling the number listed on google and yelp but that number leads to spam, not their shop. read more

Almost half the menu gone on the app. Couldn't order my favorite items. When I arrived at the establishment, they told me they have the items available, just the manager didn't put them back on the app. I tried calling right aft making my online order, no one would answer so I couldn't change anything before arriving. Also, I get extra ingredients in my medium smoothie (customized); it usually comes in a size above (large) since I pay for additional components. My smoothie came in 2 mini cups, when I never selected the "split cup" option. When I asked for my drink to be transferred to its medium container, the contents did not even reach halfway in the cup. I order online because I need my order fast. I schedule my order based on my ETA trip and this was a huge inconvenience. Aside from paying for extra ingredients and getting much less.
