This location was remodeled a few years ago and that was a great move. It's a mobile order-heavy Starbucks. There seem to be few in-person orders so the mobile waiting area has a huge counter and space to stand for waiting. They had a lot of workers when I was last there which expedited orders. The food and beverage are the same as every other Starbucks location in the U.S. No drive thru but this place works fine. read more

Most of the time, my drink order is ready by the time I get to the store. The store's always clean and since the upgrade, it's roomier now. I like that they have some seats outside so you can enjoy the SoCal weather. As for the taste of the drinks, it's not very consistent to be honest. Like all Starbucks I've been to, this seems to be the same issue. The owner is very nice and she seem's to know the regulars and I've seen her interact with them. That's a great touch for sure. Parking has never been an issue, but there's a lot of cars moving in and out of the parking spaces here, so just be careful when driving. read more

I go to this location all the time and tonight 12/19/24, the barista wearing the beanie was super rude. I asked if they had any of the plastic holiday cups and she gestured ever so sarcastically to the back wall.... I guess I wasn't clear.... Starbucks used to sell those cheap plastic holiday cups and I wanted to buy some. Then I reloaded my Starbucks card on my app and wanted to pay for my gift cards, she stated, "you don't get points for the gift cards." Okay.... And when we were done, she said nothing. Not have a nice evening, nothing. So rude. Becky, I hope you talk with this Barista who wears the beanie and works the closing shift. The best Starbucks!! The manager and baristas are all so great and provide such a positive experience. I love coming to this location in specific to study as well. Sometimes they even come around with samples for those who are working inside! The drinks are always great and made quickly. So, I kindly showed them that my drink was ordered without ice. She removed the ice and handed me the pictured drink back, not even half full! I echo the sentiment that Becky and her team are amazing. Becky herself is always so upbeat and cheerful. Even if she doesn't know you by name or you're not a regular she is the epitome of customer service. Looking at the 1-star review there is one of their staff that may come across as lacking customer service skills but I think it's because she may be older and just takes her job seriously. Came here today specifically for the launch of red cups this season and of course to get my free reusable holiday cup and everything went smoothly. They had extra staff on hand, everyone was in and out in a timely manner. On normal days I always order my regular drink by mobile and it's always ready for me when I get there.
