The portion size is generous just as the service. The staff will make sure that your needs are met despite the amount of traffic they are in the process of resolving. This jamba deserves 0 stars after my experience with them. I ordered 3 drinks to go and the only place they went was down my center console destroying all the technology in my car - causing $1,000 in damages. It didn't make sense to me how it happened so i went back. They told me the lids to their cups were defective and all they could do was make me a new drink. I begged for them to pay for a service and of course they never responded to any of my emails. I am 19 years old working my first job after high school, $1000 isn't exactly pocket change to me unlike this established corporation. Getting the manager alone to talk to me was a hassle - a girl who made the drinks went back and forth for 30 minutes until he came out. I'm a regular at this location, service is usually okay. However, a few days ago I was left upset. One of my friends had recommended the cheese flat bread pizzas, low on calories and super delicious. I came in super excited, since I've been holding back on pizza for about 3 weeks. I asked the girl at the register "what flatbread pizza do you recommend?" She said "I don't eat pizza, it's gross" I totally ignored what she said and moved on with my order. I ordered a cheese flatbread pizza and a drink. I waited near the counter for my order....as the same employee was taking my flatbread pizza out of the oven she was expressing to her co-workers how "nasty" and "gross" it looked...and placed my order on the counter. HORRIBLE I don't normally give one Star, but this is well deserved. I like jamba juice. They make a decent smoothie or acai bowl. Plus, it's NIce to have a little smoothie while shopping around in the mall. I just don't understand how this Jamba Juice location can mess up so many times and be fine with it. This is now the 4th time I tried ordering a menu item and they told me they are out of the essential ingredient! Are you serious? How can a smoothie location be out of blueberries?!?! Do pizza restaurants run out of cheese? I just don't understand the thought process behind the inventory. It is Wednesday too! Usually you get shipments on Monday so this is even worse. I've been a Jamba Juice's customer for years, but haven't seen one in a mall food court before. Not a bad idea, another decent option at the Westfield mall. We were looking for a snack, not for a meal and I remembered Jamba Juice having decent pastries (trying to avoid Wetzel Pretzel). So we got their cheddar tomato twist and the sourdough parmesan pretzel. Exactly what we needed, just decent savory pastries, tasty, fun to grab while taking a break from shopping. Customer service was good, the guy who helped us offered to heat the pastries up. Great! They tasted even better! Reasonable prices, too. Overall, a great option if you're in the area. read more

Poor costumer service. One rude employee. I ordered two energy bowls and some drinks. After paying, they told us that they ran out of fresh fruits for the toppings. We asked the guy making the bowls if we still have to pay full price. He said they ran out of fresh fruits two days ago and there wasn't anything they could do about. Not only that, but he proceeded to say that we still owe the full amount (with an attitude.) In order to compensate, he offered extra granola and made our orders bigger. The customers ahead of us got fresh fruits in their bowls and they weren't told that they ran out. When the customers asked for extra granola later, he told the other employee that they ran out because of our order. Lastly, they forgot to make one of our drinks. read more

This location is great. We came here around 8pm and the place was extremely clean, staff was helpful. In and out of there in 5 minutes. Now that is great service! Very rude workers. I was waiting in the wrong line for 10 minutes and none of the workers even bothered to tell me where to order even though I obviously had my card in my hand. Then finally when I went to the right line the cashier told me I had to wait because the lady behind me was first. I told him politely no, I was first I was just in the wrong line. Then the two cashiers at the registered laughed in my face and just blew what I said off. Didn't get our juices until 25 minutes after ordering. Very very bizarre/frustrating. When we placed our order it wasn't very busy & not many people were waiting. I guess because we ordered two juices & not smoothies it took this long? The one girl in the back juicing the fruit & veggies seemed to move at a snail's pace. It was painful to watch (especially for someone who used to work at Jamba & knew how to work the line). I appreciate that they are adding to their menu but charging almost $7 for a frothy, 75%-full cup of warm juice is a little ridiculous.
