I will say he was 45 min. late, but he texted twice to keep us posted. I did find that I had a hard time following some of his explanations, but that's mostly because I don't speak car! What impressed me was the tech telling me that the recommendation to replace the two front tires was not going to solve the problem I was describing. He was right. His advice to get the back tires balanced again at the dealership was the correct course. The dealership said the front tires were balanced perfectly so I verified the quality service from McDonald Tires. Will get all my tires here in future.
