Instead, I was told I had to pay $265 for a 3D CBCT scan not covered by insurance. They did not disclose this fee before I arrived. I told them I could not afford it and pleaded for help with my pain. The doctor did not even introduce himself and immediately jumped into a sales pitch for a consultation. After all of that, they told me I would have to wait over an hour because the doctor was working on other patients. They offered me absolutely nothing to help ease my pain while I waited. They just wasted my time. I should have gone straight to the emergency room instead of coming here.

Then, my usual Hygienist was not available, and I wish they had told me this beforehand, and some other... person... did the cleaning, to the point that I can honestly say that she was DEFINITELY UNHAPPY with me!! I didn't know that a simple cleaning can HURT so badly!!! At any rate, I don't know what it was that I did wrong, or who I made angry enough to deserve this treatment, but I can take a hint.
