The dentist was nice. Went here for several years. This was a slow build up over several months before i decided to find another dentist. It started when I was in for a check up. The hygienist was new. I was discussing some work that was done at the office and she disagreed with me. This was the first time I met her. I had to reassure her that I did get the work done at the office but was met with a tone that she did not agree with my statement. Not a big deal. I ended up needing a crown. Dr William had to give me shots in the back of my mouth. This is hard for me and I could barely stay in the chair while she administered the shot. We made it through that and the tooth was set up for the impression and the crown. I paid in full as I left that day. A short time later, I got the message that the crown was ready. I get the usual message with a disclaimer about charging me if I canceled late or didn't show. I was hesitant to answer. Next day, got the same message. I got a message the next day and responded. Within 30 minutes, I got a call that the crown was not finished and the appointment had to be rescheduled. I had to reschedule my day off but Dr William went on vacation. I got a message to schedule a time. I had to ask about the shots as I was sure Dr William said that I would need some to fit the crown. I got the reply back, "not that we don't trust you but we have to ask the doctor." That was the final straw. I texted them some time later to let them know I would no longer need their services. I never got the crown either. It wasn't worth it to me. Since Lakewood Smiles left Lakewood and changed their name, the office wasn't the same. The front office staff doesn't meet the high standards they had when they were in Lakewood. It was the little things over time that added up to my leaving. read more

I Love this Place! Dr Ali worked on my filling today. She was very cautious and the filling was a porcelain composite much better than the old school amalgrams that can leak mercury into your bloodstream. I am on a new treatment plan thankfully to the expertise of the care team here. Thank for a job well done and I look forward to the remainder of my ongoing treatments! read more

Made an appoint to get my cracked filling repaired. Explicitly said I needed to get it fixed as it's causing other problems. They asked if I had had X-rays and cleanings recently told them no. They said I couldn't do both on the same day. I said ok well I only wanted to get my tooth fixed then and I will go another day for X-rays and cleaning. Went over this 3 times on the phone. As they now think I am too stupid to know what was said to me on the phone. I go to the appt they start doing xrays I think they must have had extra time than. Dr comes in for few mins then leaves says to make further appoints. I tell them I came to fix my filling and now they don't have time to do it. Come back and say I can sit around for an hour then they can do it. Very unprofessional. Now they are trying to pretend I don't know what was said to me on the phone and things I said on the phone multiple times. read more

I cannot recommend this dental office enough! I originally came back in April for an exam and treatment plan after over a decade of avoiding the dentist. I've always been terrified of the dentist, which led me to ignore dental care altogether. But recently tooth pain became too much to bear, and I knew it was time to do something. Dr. Williams and her entire team are truly the best. During my first visit, they were able to fit me in for a same-day exam and X-rays, which was a lifesaver. Due to personal reasons, I had to delay starting my treatment--but fast forward to last night, the pain came back and even triggered a headache. I called the office this morning, and Maria worked her magic to get me in at 11 AM for both an exam and a filling--same day! I'm happy to say I experienced zero pain during my visit. ZERO. I was honestly in shock because avoiding pain is the exact reason I stayed away from dental offices for so long. What really stood out to me was their use of ozone therapy as part of their treatment approach. I'm a true believer in holistic practices, and this was another reason I felt confident and comfortable returning here. I'll definitely be back to complete my full treatment plan. If you're looking for a dentist look no further !  From scheduling the appointment to arriving for My first check up everything was super smooth. I loved being able to fill out my paperwork online prior to my visit. When I arrived Maria at the front desk said I was already checked in. She is very personable and made sure I was acknowledged while I was waiting to be called back . The assistant( wish I caught her name) was very efficient with taking my xrays. Dr.William is super knowledgeable and so sweet. She addressed all of my concerns and I had plenty. It had been a while since I was last seen by a dentist so I needed a more thorough cleaning and will need to come back for some work. I'd been having some intermittent pain on one of my teeth. Usually I'd feel a little more on edge about having to get teeth filled but Dr William seemed very confident with the treatment plan and made me feel comfortable with the plan as well. Might I say I'm actually looking forward to getting these teeth taken care of. I returned in the afternoon to get my cleaning done and my hygienist Tina was amazing. She explained the process and made it pretty much painless. Couldn't ask for more. She even made small talk with me which helped take my mind off the "scraping". I return to see her this week to complete the cleaning on the other side and I'm so glad it's her because she was gentle but got the job done. Dr. William is a fantastic dentist. My entire family has been seeing her the last 12+ years. She truly cares deeply about all her patients and is extremely thorough. The staff is kind, friendly, and highly experienced. Dr William will make you feel at ease with her exceptional chair side manner and her warmhearted demeanor. She is also great with kids. My two little girls love going to the dentist because of her. Also, Daniel (back office) is very knowledgeable and will make sure that your insurance company pays what they are supposed to pay.
