For starters, the owners Erin and Angela are super detail oriented and provided such a great experience to my guest and I that I can't wait to host something else here just for the heck of it. We began out experience in the vintage dressing room where we could either come dressed or get dressed upon arrival. Afterwards, we went into another room to mingle and have champagne until our performance time. I opted for (2) add-on performances which was a pole and aerialist performance. Both of which were sooooo great. I even got to pick the song they performed to. Lastly, we went into our final room to have the actual tea party. This was the most beautiful spread ever. Everything was on theme and really made my guest and myself feel like the diamond of the season. You can bring your own food or add on charcuterie board options. We just did the deluxe add on and it was definitely worth it. My team was losing until flip cups lol. We came back and won the battle lol! My husband said he enjoyed it and would do it again & that he had more fun than he expected. That's a win in & of itself! lol Please bring cash or have Cash App to tip your host and game tech advisor person; I forgot the title lol. They make your game show battle experience fun! His birthday was in November, and I decided that it was finally time for him to take his hot air balloon ride. The original day that we scheduled rained so we had to reschedule. And several attempts there after we're also rescheduled. But it was well worth the wait! I truly appreciate Stu's communication and regard for our safety. Yesterday, it finally happened. The weather conditions were perfect. We arrived early in the morning for our flight. It was so exciting. We got to meet the ground crew, the balloon chasers. Stu and Ryan were amazing. The views were incredible. We got some amazing photos while we were up there but the ground crew also got some amazing photos for us as well. Oh, and did I mention that it was a surprise! I can't believe I kept the surprise for all of these months. He told me I really threw him for a loop! Belated Happy Birthday Honey! We learned so much about balloon piloting, and had the best time. Even watching the set up and take down was so fascinating. We can't wait to do it again! Highly recommend. 10 out of 10. Will definitely be recommending all of my friends to Balloon Atlanta.

Walking in, there was a room for us with tables to eat and have some drinks and from there on, we were instructed what we were cooking, split up into teams and were brought into the actual kitchen. It took some serious work and each of the personal chefs there were so helpful! I have to give kudos to our chef as he was so patient with me when it came to trying to cook and use some of the things!! Cooking is not my forte. But we had an amazing time. There was a minor hiccup at the end but overall, great experience. I'd recommend to other companies as a unique way to bring people together!

The ballroom was beautiful and elegant, and we had a great time. The Imperial Ballroom used to be the hotel's dining room in the 1920s (the hotel opened in 1924). It "features ornate blue and ivory hand-plastered ceilings, 10 columns, and a unique recessed wood floor." It looks really nice. I forget our event's guest count, but I think it was upwards of 150, 170. There was live music, both in the pre-function space during cocktail hour and on stage in the ballroom during dinner and dancing. There was also a two-sided bar. We had a seated dinner with the following: * First Course: Caesar Salad with garlic focaccia croutons, shaved Parmesan, and Caesar dressing * Main Course: Filet of Beef over herbed risotto with a peppercorn jus and Chicken Pancetta over sauteed greens with a lemon beurre blanc We also had cake. All of the food and drink were good. To drink, I had a couple of extra-dirty martinis (delicious) and also a bit of wine, with dinner. Service was fine. The bartender who made my martinis did an excellent job. The Biltmore Ballrooms is called "Ballrooms" (plural) because there are two ballrooms: the Imperial Ballroom and the Georgian Ballroom. The Ballrooms are conveniently located to many places in Midtown. We ended up walking one block north to the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel for after-party drinks. The Renaissance was the "official" hotel for our group. For parking, there's a garage on-site (next to Cypress Street Pint & Plate). We Ubered.
