When we finally received the ring, NONE of the customizations were done, and they just sent us the ring as it was originally presented on the website. Then they would not offer a refund, despite the fact that it was too late to get it fixed before the wedding. We thankfully had a stand-in ring but I'm extremely disappointed because I made sure at every step that the customizations were received by the team and doable.

Some notes about the ring, it was one with wood inside as such my husband (who does not do any sort of manual labor work) took it off any time he did anything in water (kayak, swim, shower, dishes, etc) it was carefully handled and lightly worn and still the band separated into two pieces. I don't think it's unfair if a company cannot deliver on quality that a refund could be permitted but apparently the jewelry they make is essentially high priced costume jewelry. I wouldn't recommend this jewelry to anyone looking for a lasting piece. How terrible that I now have to spend money to get another ring (clearly from someplace else) because this one couldn't hold up in the slightest. Use caution If buying here.

I watched from the second floor as they greeted every customer but when a black family walked in they were not greeted and the old white woman at the register turned and made a face not realizing I was watching her from the top level while the other employee followed me around. They have a lot of racist materials for sale all over the store in several displays. They have a large picture hanging with a slave on it. Ive read the reviews and it seems like this is a regular complaint and occurrence so I contacted the local better business bureau and placed a complaint. God is always watching... do better be better
